It's time to take PRW to a place darker still...
"The last few days, all anyone has been asking me about is what I think about Jack Rider." Barbed Wire's voice says, though her face is not visible. All the audience can see is a silhouette in a dark room. "What do I think about him defending his title while he's injured? How long until he's back? What do I think Lal Singh holding the Internet Championship?"

"I've been asked a lot of things about other people, so, let me address them all now." Barbed Wire leans forward, her face now visible. She is wearing the same jacket she wore at Salvation.

"It didn't have to go down the way it did. I offered, no, I begged Paladin to let me interfere on his behalf. Would he have lost the fight? Sure. But by being disqualified, the Black Knights would have held onto the title." Wire explained. "But pride got the best of Paladin. He wanted to show that he was a true champion, worthy of the title, whatever that means. Does a man like Ric Flair get told that he is not worthy of being a 16-time champion because he is willing to do whatever is necessary to keep the championship around his waist? Of course not."

"I joined up with Paladin because I thought it would help me climb the ladder. That, together, we could change this place for the better." Wire smirked. "But, of course, it was never about us. It was, from the very beginning, about Paladin and his ego. All I really got to accomplish by his side so far was being in his corner at Salvation. What an achievement." Wire's voice dripped with sarcasm.

"And don't mistake this for bitterness. Truth is, Paladin is still teaching me. He has, from the beginning, been focused on his own needs. And instead of sitting here and getting angry at an injured man...what I should be doing is following his example." The camera on Wire zoomed out to reveal a baseball wrapped in the same vicious metal from where she got her name. The bat was held in her hands, and she caressed it as though it were a newborn child.

"I hate hardcore wrestling. I hate the blood. I hate the feeling of metal colliding with my skull. I hate the splinters that enter my body. And most of all, I hate the fans who cheer for anyone willing to put their bodies through hell." Wire looked down at her bat tenderly. "But...these last few months, without it in my life, I've felt lost. I hate hardcore wrestling...but I'm addicted to it. No matter how far I go to leave it behind, it keeps drawing me back."

Wire chuckled to herself, gripping the bat tightly. Then, without warning, she wiped it across her face. With a tug, the wire tore into her skin, and blood began dripping from her forehead. Wire smiled as the blood slowly dripped down her face. "Everyone here likes to say that I'm an afterthought. But, trust me, you haven't seen anything from me yet. I have many darker places still to go."

"Paladin's plan was to reach the top of PRW and use his spot as leverage to get rid of hardcore wrestling. My goal is the same, but the plan is different." Wire's face flashed. For a split second, it looked as though facepaint in the form of a skull was covering her face, but it vanished. "My plan is that I'm going to feed my addiction. And, after I've injured as many of PRW's finest as possible, then they might see fit to get rid of hardcore wrestling."

"Until then, I plan to enjoy myself." The scene fades to black.
