Back at the Slaughterhouse, Owens is ripping through an intense workout. He is currently perched over two massive kettlebells. He is firing off rapid fire elevated push up; stopping every set of 15 to do 5 lifts with each bell while balance on his other hand. He is drenched in sweat and upon closer inspection his casted arm is no longer in a formal cast; instead being in a tight wrap that compresses his arm while allowing full motion and movement.
As the camera swings around into his face; Owens barely slowed his pace as he looks into the camera.
Owens: Patience is one of my strong points. Always has been, always will be.
Owens keep his pace up; not letting up even as he starts to feel the drain.
Owens: But I have to say. This rehab has killed me. I need the ring. I need to get back into that ring and prove why I am the best and why the X-title is the title to fight for in PRW.
Owens stops the assault on his body; letting go of the bells and dropping to a seat position on the floor. As the camera zooms onto his face, a wet rust sheen can be seen on the grips of the bell. Owens had been bleeding onto the handles, his fury and focus pushing him through the pain.
Owens: Despite my best effort I still won’t be cleared to in time for Salvation. But that does not mean I won’t be there. Just like I'll be in Allen come next Wednesday. And I’ll be there to discuss business. The question is who got the gumption and gall to join me and have a talk?
Standing up, Owens walks off and finds himself a towel; wiping his brow off as well as cleaning off his raw hands.
