The titantron screen cuts to a video feed as the arena darkens.

The camera is in a darkened, stone walled location. Two flaming torches on metal stands are the only real light source, illuminating a stone throne placed between them. On the throne sits a fiery-haired man in a dark suit, his face shadowed by the lighting. His elbows rest on the arms on the throne, but one hand brought up to his face, absentmindedly stroking his rough short beard. The other hand stays on the armrest, and in it's grasp a playing card; The Ace of spades.

Behind the throne towers a large and muscular figure. In the orange of the firelight, the blue paint that adorns his face takes on an odd shade. His face is unreadable, set in stone with a slight scowl, and he moves little, if at all.

The seated man sits up a little, looking towards the camera. The hand at his face moves to massage his temple, and after a moment he speaks.

Arthur: Wulfric asked me for permission to pursue Ace Andrews, under the condition that he bring down this apparent 'Legend' of the business.

A pause, and then what seems to be a drawn out sigh is heard as Arthur looks away from the camera, his gaze cast lazily to his side.

Arthur: Regrettably, he has failed. As you can see he is not with us here. Rather, he is re-educating himself. His failure must not be relived, and he will see to that.

Arthur considers the playing card, flipping it between fingers. He leans forward and holds the card out to the camera.

Arthur: Ace. You appear to be proving quite the problem. A thorn in my side perhaps. As you humiliate one of us so you humiliate us all with your defiance. Well Ace...

He leans back again, passing the card between hands he raises him right arm up towards the brazier next to his throne. With a deft flick, Arthur sends the card spinning into the flames. Arthur reclines in the stone chair, his hands steepled in front of him.

Arthur: ...I will not be humiliated any more. I will see to it that you realise what arrogance such as yours can cost you.

Ace, be prepared, for this is not over yet.
