Part 1: Ambition
The scene fades in on Josh Brunswick and John Bane sitting onto of two 10 foot ladders. Bane has the X-Division title draped over his shoulder as Josh Brunswick speaks into the camera.
Brunswick: I am Josh Brunswick, here with "The Real X-Division Champion" John Bane. John how are you today?
Bane: I am doing fine. How do you like my choice of interview location?
Brunswick scratches his head and continues.
Brunswick: I find it very interesting and a little scary to be honest.
Bane laughs a bit as Brunswick continues.
Brunswick: We have a lot to discuss so lets just get right into it. First thing is first I want to talk about the X-Division title and what it means to you. First I want to know why you have been such a strong supporter of bringing the X-Division title back and how did you actually get your hands on that title?
Bane: The X Division title is a prestigious title in PRW with a rich history to it. Why would you let a title that main evented half of 2016 just sit around. No one around PRW decided to take the initiative to bring this title back into the fold. People just wanted it to sit around and rust in peace. I am not going to let that happen. This title is the most important title in PRW. This title is not a stepping stone to that title that Jessie Drive has. This title always produces the best matches and this title means more to me than life itself. I will do everything and anything to keep this title on my shoulder. If you dont believe me you ask people that have faced me for it. Ask Alexander Owens, ask Alex LeBlanc, ask Takato Kazama and they will tell you the same thing. When this title is on the line I will do whatever it takes to win.
Brunswick: How do you feel about the title being contested in a ladder match.
Bane: I feel great about it. I have a very good record in ladder matches. When you put a weapon in my hand you raise the odds of me winning. Sure we have some tough opponents in this match but I have faced tough opponents before and I have always come out on top. You see I relish in the opportunity to prove myself once again. That is all I have done in this company. Every obstacle that has been thrown in front of me I have smashed it down. This is just one more obstacle and I will knock it down and walk out of The Clash as the greatest X-Division Champion of all time.
Brunswick: Where do you feel this match will end up on the card?
Bane: (laughs) I dont care where we place on the card. But let me tell you something. Jessie Drive and Ata, you can have that pipe dream but when it comes to the X-Division title match it will be the main event of Clash of the Titans. I didnt bring this title back just to have it become some lower card side show attraction.

Part 2: Anger Leads to Hate
We continue our five part interview with Bane just saying that his match will be better than the main event.
Brunswick: Why would you say that? Jessie Drive and Ata are one of the most anticipated rematches in PRW history?
Bane: If you say so. Last time I was X-Division Champion I carried this company on my fucking back for the better part of six months because the champion decided that he was too good to defend his title. I am going to bring this title back to its former glory. Can that be said for the others in this match?
Brunswick: Lets stay onsides. There is some very talented performers out there, is there anyone you are looking forward to facing eventually?
Bane: Well I would love to get into a one on one match with Joey Nox. Now I realize that he surpasses me in just about ever category and he is loved by the fans but I think I could give him a great match. Now I realize that his dance card is probably full from now until eternity but in a perfect world I would love to get into the ring with him and really wow the crowd.
Brunswick: That might be one for the books. Lets move on to your opponents for this ladder match. What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear Carlos Cruz.
Bane: Silver Spoon. This guy has been handed everything in his life. He has never had to work for anything in his life. Let me tell you about Carlos Cruz. His dad knew my dad when my dad was alive. I remember it clearly. They would hang out together and they would bring all of us together to play while they worked on matches and new moves and such. His dad always paid more attention to Carlos than all of his other brothers. Anything Carlos wanted Carlos got. When my dad passed and I left for a while to go to Okinawa it just got worst. Carlos always gets what he wants and when he doesnt he goes and cries to his daddy. Sure his dad was a legend in the business so, one phone call and Carlos gets what he wants. I came back from Japan and his dad gave me a shot when no one else would, something that I always will appreciate, and what was the first thing his dad did? He gave Carlos the title. He just gave it to him without proving himself or anything. Carlos has never had blood in his teeth or dirt under his fingernails. He never had to earn a damn thing. And now he wants to talk about beating me and play fighting around trying to give up all the secrets of wrestling. Let me tell you something, IF Carlos wins it will be the first damn thing he have ever earned in his life. I am going to put him through a hell that he has never ever dreamed of and when its all over there is no jesus juice or praying or miracle that can save him from me.

Part 3: If you dont like the answers, please refrain from asking questions
Bane clears his throat and continues.
Bane: But Carlos isnt going to win. The reason is as simple as 1+1. Carlos Cruz is too nice of a guy to do any real damage in a ladder match. He cares what people think of him and his actions. He goes around pandering to the crowd like some some little kid who wants to share his candy with the entire playground to be the cool kid. Guess what though, Carlos isnt cool. He thinks he is and he thinks he has the world in the palm of his hands. He thinks he has angels protecting him and god watching over him but the truth is he is no different than you and I. He thinks that he has a chance in this match but you and I know he doesnt. He is just another loser in a sea of losers looking to try and make a dime off of my name. But he will find out that its the hardest dime he will ever try and make because I lay down for no one and I reveal in the challenges put forth by this match. It will make me better and everyone else in this match better as well for just being apart of it.
Brunswick: Lets move on to Alexander Owens. You two seem to have lost some respect for each other over the last year. What are your feelings towards him and how do you think he places into this match?
Bane: I am glad he took some time from inseminating his livestock to come back to PRW. Do you ever wonder why all his livestock looks kinda like him? You know when Owens enters a ring it always smells like pig and horse shit afterwords? I find it funny that he wants a shot at the X Division title. Normally I would be a little worried but why should I be worried about Alexander Owens? The two times we were in a ring together he went down for the count. Alexander Owens cant hold a candle compared to some of the others in this match. He had issues at SuperBattle and again at Summerfest? Since when did we reward people for mediocrity? Oh wait...that seems to be all this place does. People who win struggle to get over while losers and people who leave and come back every few months get all the praise and acclaim. Just because you leave because your character went stale and "creative has nothing for you" doesnt mean you automatically get thrown into title matches when you return. But anyway good for Owens, im going to enjoy smashing his face in with a ladder all night long.
Brunswick: Lets talk about Gunnar Wuher real quick. He looked impressive upon his return to PRW a few weeks ago. Do you have a strategy for him?
Bane: As with all competitors, I am watching tapes. Always getting my hands on anything thats out there for me to see. Always looking for weaknesses. I always have a gameplan and I will enact it at Clash. Gunnar is definitely the wild card here in this match but it doesnt really change anything. My gameplans are always sound and when it comes time to take back what is rightfully mine, *Bane slaps the X Division title on his shoulder* I will finish the job just as I always do. Gunnar may have stepped off a viking ship or whatever but it doesnt matter because when it comes down to the brass tacks of this match I will emerge the winner just as I have foretold.

Part 4: The Return of an Icon
The interview with Bane continues.
Brunswick: So lets talk about the return of Alex LeBlanc. You guys faced off in a match at Blackout last year. Are you excited for his return and more so his eagerness to get involved in a match like this?
Bane: *laughing to himself* You expect me to sit here and talk a huge amount of shit for someone I actually have respect for?
Brunswick: I didnt....
Bane: Yeah of course you didnt. Let me tell you something about Alex LeBlanc. He is one of the best pure competitors that I have ever stepped into the ring with. This man went to hell with me at Blackout. I put him through things that would send a normal wrestler running for his mommy and never to return to PRW. But here he is again. Alex LeBlanc is the toughest man in PRW. If you dont believe me you ask anyone who has stepped into the ring with him. When some of the competitors saw he was going to be in this match they threatened to not show up to the match. I say to those competitors this. One, you can go fuck yourself, because you signed your name on the dotted line and if you happen to not show up, I will track your chicken shit asses down and we will have another little match and I can promise you that it wont be televised and neither will you for a long long time. Secondly, you should be privileged to be in a match with a man like Alex LeBlanc. This man bleeds PRW colors and faced off against me when no one else would and gave me one of the most memorable title matches in PRW history. Some people might be afraid of what is eventually going to go down in this match but I can promise you if you show up and give the effort, you will only get great returns from this match. You may not feel it in the morning but this is something you can look back on and say, yeah I was in that match and let me tell you it was awesome!
But let me speak to Alex LeBlanc directly. *Bane looks into the camera* Alex, I want you to know something. I am glad you are back. Having you in this company makes up for all of these wanna be scrubs and half hearted idiots who currently reside in this company. The only problem is you decided to take this ladder match as a return match. I am sorry but you have made a huge mistake. Your return, and your career, will be cut short by this match. Do you remember what you said to me after that title match last year Alex? You said good job and that you felt sorry for the next person in line against me. I remember that. It was seared into my brain because I figured you were coming back for more. You were so close but you decided to go an easier route and become undisputed champion. Yeah, you had to win SuperBattle and you had to beat Razer to win that title but you decided to do all of that rather than taking another match with me when the X Division belt was on the line. You have forgotten your history Alex and at Clash of the Titans, history is coming back and you will be doomed to repeat it once again.

Part 5: Revelations
Brunswick shifts uneasily on the ladder as Bane stares at him. Brunswick quickly changes the subject as when he met Bane's icy glare it unsettled him a bit.
Brunswick: So finally you have this mystery opponent. She cost you a match at Hawaiian Heatwave. The question I have is this...you were going to attack this lady but you stopped. It was like you were frozen. Why did you stop?
Bane: It was the eyes. I have seen those eyes before. They are very familiar to me, something about them I cant put my finger on where I have seen them before. I know I have though, I never forget eyes like those.
Bane lingers off into thought for a second as Brunswick keeps him on task.
Brunswick: You have to be worried though. She used your own blood to mark a date, which happens to be the date of this ladder match. What is your plan for this person?
Bane: You know you keep asking me for gameplans. Why would I give my gameplan away, knowing that people are watching this? That is the stupidest shit I have ever heard.
Brunswick: Why did you superkick Bob Saget at Hawaiian Heatwave?
Bane: Because I didnt like his stupid face? Sometimes you give superkicks and sometimes you have to eat superkicks. Saget ate two from myself and Ashura.
Brunswick: Speaking of Ashura. This was your first time teaming with her. How do you feel about that?
Bane: Well it was the first time she talked to me in a few months ever since I put her mom down for the count again. I guess it was ok. She isnt a great wrestler because she wont finish her training. Its kinda pathetic if you ask me. She could be the best of us but she is hardheaded and stubborn, kinda like me. But I was smart enough to finish my training. She does what she wants. She will figure it out eventually and when she does watch out cause nothing is gonna stop her.
Brunswick: Finally, it seems that Tsuki Shadow has it out for you. Do you know why this is?
Bane: Unfortunately I do. You see when Dixie and I split I was kind of in a bad place. I let the demons take over and they were taking me down a bad path. I was drinking heavily and I was pretty damn pissed off at the world. Well Tsuki came over to the house and she was trying to talk me into getting back with Dixie. Well we started drinking a lot of Sake and ended up doing something that I really regret. Then when the morning came I kicked her to the curb and told her to never return. She told Dixie which drove her pretty much insane and she burned her house down. Now Tsuki blames me for this and the reason that Dixie is in the crazy house. I came to Dixie to try explain what happened and I think I did a pretty good job even though Dixie was heavily medicated and strapped down. She only lunged at me twice. It is something I am not very proud of and I knew it would eventually get out so if you hear it here first there will be no question if it actually happened or not. Anyway I think Tsuki is sending her monster after me as vengeance for that and Dixie losing it. Not that it really matters because Im not worried about either of them. They are sneak attack artists and when it comes to the Clash....my back wont be turned and they will have to face off with me face to face. No more backstabbing bullshit.
Brunswick: Ok well no amount of scrubbing tonight will get the thought of that out of my head. Lets go ahead and close this interview out. Do you have any last words for your opponents in the ladder match.
Bane: Yeah. Let me finish out by saying this. The best I have been here in PRW I had the X Division title. I ended the one year title reign of Takako Kazama, I beat Alexander Owens, and Manik Mercer. I beat Alex LeBlanc. I became the best X Division champion in the history of this company. I was so good I main evented pay per views with what people said was the lower title. But now, things have changed. I dont feel I have anything to prove in this company. I have beaten just about everyone in this company who has been put in front of me. I am PRW's buzzsaw because if you put something in front of me I will cut it in half. Come August 20th, I am going to the land down under with the loot and plunder....and I plan on leaving that ladder match with what I came in with. Everyone wants to talk shit and they want to have fun an games on twitter. That is all bullshit and you are going to find out just how violent I can get. You saw what I did to Marcus LeVine. You saw what I did to Owen Drive and Alexander Owens. You saw what happened to Nika Kosov. You see what happens and you think things are going to be different when you step in the ring with me. You think you are some sort of PRW savior, doing the masses will. Wanting to be the next big thing in this company. The crowd loves you and cheers you on as you do your thing but at the end of the night that cheering will become jeering. They will be jeering at the disappointment that you, once again, could not get the job done. You once again will choke when the game is on the line because you are all unworthy. You see everything has a price, nothing is free in this game. The price you pay for entering this match is your blood and years off of your career. You think that I wont be coming with everything I have? You are dead wrong. I will walk over five bodies and reclaim what is rightfully mine. This right here.
Bane holds up the X-Division title as the scene fades out.
