I'm actually going to go with Razz on this one; he not only did some neat things at the start, and one REALLY bad thing, but he came back from it like a trooper and has shown some awesome improvement and mat psychology that I've enjoyed.
Razz, all the way.

As a back to back winner of this award I feel as if I'm obligated to give my two cents here.
Jesse Drive has come along way in the past year but I think in terms of overall promo and match writing improvement, Carlos deserves the award. He has come on strong, especially towards the end of the year.
