The night is still young, the fans are still buzzing, and the atmosphere inside Madison Square Garden is electric as Bob Saget steps to the center of the ring. He stands there for a few moments, allowing the fans a few moments to quieten down, before raising his mike for the umpteenth time tonight.
Bob Saget: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it will be held under PRW Rules.”
Saget now turns towards the stage, and after a few moments of pause the lights dim, and a pair of orange and yellow strobe lights start circling the stage, as a guitar riff kicks in.
YEAH! YEEEEEEEEEEEEAH!
And as 'This Fire Burns' by Killswitch Engage plays on, from the back out walks The Dragon himself, dressed in his long tights and a black singlet, a flame design on the front, and in the midst of the flames image is the text 'DRAGONS ENJOY MYSTERY CHALLENGES'. Levitt crouches slightly, looking around at the Garden and nodding in appreciation at the reception he has gotten.
ALL I'VE EVER WANTED! WAS DESTINY TO BE FULFILLED! IT IS IN MY HANDS! I MUST NOT FAIL! I MUST NOT FAAAAIILLL!!
EVEN THROUGH THE DARKEST DAYS! THIS FIRE BURNS! ALWAAAAAAAAAAAAYS! THIS FIRE BURNS! ALWAAAAAAAAAAAAYS!
And with that, the chorus kicks in, and Levitt suddenly spins his hands, gets to his feet, and spits out a massive fireball to a roar from the crowd! Now Levitt starts walking towards the ring, slapping hands with the fans like he usually does. Levitt reaches the ring, and hops up onto the apron, as Bob Saget raises his mike.
Bob Saget: “And introducing first, hailing from Richmond, Virginia! He is 'The Dragon' TRAAAAVIIIISSSSS LEEEEVVVIITTTT”
Levitt now jogs across to the turnbuckles. Levitt climbs to the middle one, raising both arms for the fans and posing, before turning and leaping off the middle turnbuckle, over the top rope, and into the ring. Saget seems to steady himself to introduce the mystery opponent, but before he can Levitt approaches, asking for the mic. Taking the mic off Saget, Levitt gives a few moments for the crowd to quiten down a little, before raising the microphone with a grin.
Travis Levitt: “You know, most people would come into a match like this worried. They'd be under prepared, they'd be cautious, not sure exactly what to do. But me...I don't need to be worried. I don't need to be cautious. Because it doesn't matter who walks out from the back, I prepare exactly the same way every month. I step into this ring every month, with the belief that I can beat anyone. And it doesn't matter if your big bad and ugly. Or small, scrawny and quick. When you fight The Dragon, you find yourself being burnt down.”
“But maybe more importantly, the reason I'm not worried, is because The Inquisitor set this match up. And while Quiz is kind of stupid, very slow, and utterly retarded in most aspects, I know he's a decent businessman. And I know that whomever he has up his sleeve, their going to test my dkill levels, and give me a challenge. But I also know, they won't be good enough to beat me. So whomever you are, just know that The Dragon is ready for you, and its time that you step on out, prove yourself to be just another underwhelming surprise from the mind of an Australian, and I'll do ,y best to make this quick.”
Levitt now hands the mic back to Saget, and then steps back, leaning into the corner and awaiting the arrival of the Mystery Challenger.

-The crowd is buzzing after Levitt's little outburst, waiting for the entrance of his mystery opponent. Rumors have swirled about who it can be, but the moment of truth has arrived. The arena lights in Madison Square Garden dim down to darkness, and the buzz that had been generated turns into full-on anticipation. Blue lights shining down from overhead, they begin to circle the crowd as a memorable baseline begins to pump over the PA. Within seconds, the initial 5 seconds riff is repeated, a second set of overhead lights now pulsing in tune with the music.-
Brunswick: Who could this be?
Smith: You know, Brunny, there's rumors abound, but it could be anybody...
-The riff repeating and getting faster and faster, percussion joins it, banging on in, rapid-fire. The cadence getting more and more aggressive as the baseline continues to thump, it finally boils over as a lead guitar starts to play the lead-in to a recent Red Hot Chilli Peppers hit, and one that fans of combat sports would recognize instantly. The spotlights stopping and shining directly on the ring, they enlighten a confused Travis Levitt as an explosion of pyro goes off, Anthony Keidis' voice hitting the sound system.-
[dohtml]<iframe width="420" height="100" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/j1yZnvtObqY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>[/dohtml]
Keidis: Can't stop, addicted to the shindig Chop top, says I'm gonna win big Choose not the life of imitation, Distant cousin to the reservation Defunkt the pistol that you pay This punk, the feeling that you stay for In time, I wanna be your best friend Eastside love is livin' on the West End
-The curtain getting jostled, a man breaks through it wearing white tights with blue and gold coming down diagonally from one hip and red and blue accents coming down diagonally from the other. His hair shorn short, a spotlight pops on the entranceway and illuminates him, taking him from the shadows. It in this moment that the crowd comes unglued, Levitt left in the ring beside himself.-
Brunswick: The rumors are true!
Smith: Levitt did not expect that one!
-The crowd roaring at the return of Alex LeBlanc in Black Suit Outlaw country, in the heart of New York, the home of his longtime partner, Joey Nox, LeBlanc gets a hero's welcome. Acknowledging them momentarily, Alex takes it in before beginning his walk down the ring, the ring announcer introducing him.-
Announcer: Making his way to the ring, from Montreal, Quebec, Canada...The Former PRW World Champion, Dr. Arctic SteelHammer...The Canadian Wolf, Alex LeBlanc!
-Chants of "Al-ex" filling the arena, LeBlanc reaches the ring as the lights return to normal. LeBlanc looks in shape and ready to go. He locks eyes with Levitt, points to the cheering crowd and smirks a bit, nodding as the referee stands in between both of them.-

Levitt's face as he sees LeBlanc standing across the ring from him is one of shock, but it soon turns to a smile and a nod, understanding fully just how big a challenge has been placed in front of him tonight. The American Dragon stares down The Canadian Wolf, briefly looking around at the Garden crowd who are still going nuts for the return of Alex LeBlanc. Saget leaves the ring, and Politzer looks from one to the other, checking to make sure their both ready to wrestle, before calling for the bell.
DING! DING! DING!
Josh Brunswick: “And listen to this crowd! LeBlanc has returned, and this crowd is showing him some love!”
Doug Smith: “Levitt was told it was a mystery opponent. He says he would be ready for anyone. I think he lied.”
In the ring, Levitt and LeBlanc still haven't moved, each man staring the other down. The weight difference is only 2 pounds. Levitt has the height and the reach, but LeBlanc has the experience and the heart. Both men give the crowd a few moments to quieten down, and then Levitt steps towards the center of the ring, walking closer to LeBlanc, and when he's finally within reach, Levitt extends his hand with a smile. LeBlanc wastes little time accepting the handshake, a handshake born from respect for each other, and displaying the good intentions each man has for this match. The handshake is brief, and soon both men retreat back to their corners and start circling, finally ready to kick this match off.
LeBlanc is the first to draw closer, his two month sabbatical making him hungry to get back into action. He extends his hand up for Levitt, and The Dragon grins and accepts the unspoken challenge, reaching out to grasp Alex's hand in his own. Rather then finishing off the test of strength though, Levitt yanks Alex in, releases his grip, and turns sideways, locking a side headlock around Alex's neck in an instant. First Blood goes to The Dragon. LeBlanc has been in this position many times though and he doesn't waste time struggling, instead his hands go to Levitt's back and The Canadian Wolf looks to push Levitt off. However as Alex pushes, Levitt jumps a little and tightens his grip even more, stopping Alex from shoving him off. With his first option negated, LeBlanc now focuses on The Dragon's grip, trying to weaken Levitt's hands to switch up into a hammerlock. After a brief tussle, LeBlanc manages to slip out of the side-headlock, but before he can lock a hammerlock in, Levitt spins around behind him, and locks another headlock on, this time with his other arm. The crowd lap politely, appreciating the skills of Levitt as he manages to keep LeBlanc in the headlock.
Josh Brunswick: “And it seems LeBlanc has been caught off guard here. Levitt is in control right now!”
Doug Smith: “LeBlanc rushed back, and now he's paying the price for it.”
In the ring, LeBlanc has his arms wide, his mind constantly thinking and plotting ways to reverse his position, while Levitt merely grinds down on the headlock some more. LeBlanc now wraps his arms around Levitt's waist, pushing The Dragon forward towards the ropes, looking for a ropebreak maybe, and as they close in LeBlanc pushes hard on The Richmond Raider's back, slipping his head free, and pushing Levitt into the ropes. Levitt bounces back, and LeBlanc turns, swinging an arm out to start off a hip toss, but The Dragon grips LeBlanc by the arm, pivots, and as he comes down beside LeBlanc, he puts on the headlock again! The crowd are chuckling now, but LeBlanc is far from happy, his entire expression one of severe wounding at seeing Levitt make him look like a fool. The Canadian Wolf tries to shove Levitt off again, but Levitt tightens the headlock, dragging LeBlanc forward a few steps with him. LeBlanc now tries to slip out and into a hammerlock, but Levitt has learnt from that one and he jumps a little, sending spasm's of pain down LeBlanc's neck and forcing The Bees Knees to stop attempting his escape that way. Finally LeBlanc wraps both arms around Levitt's waist, and after planting his feet, LeBlanc starts lifting the DC Dragon up, and then drops Levitt's arse across his knee with an atomic drop, breaking Levitt's headlock!
The Richmond Raider bounces forward a few steps, clutching at his sore behind. Alex spots his chance and pounces, gripping Levitt in a side headlock, as the crowd roars out its approval at seeing the tables turned. Even Levitt seems to be grinning, recognising that he was caught in the very move he had been tormenting LeBlanc with. Now Levitt tries to throw LeBlanc off, but The Canadian Wolf tightens his grip, and before Levitt can do anything else, LeBlanc swivels his body and flips Levitt over, dropping him with a hiptoss, and Alex keeps his headlock on, even as Levitt is laying on the mat! LeBlanc grins as he tightens the hold, but the headlock isn't on for long, as The Dragon's height advantage allows him to stretch a foot out and place it across the bottom rope, forcing a break. LeBlanc releases immediately, and gets back up with a grin, staring at Levitt who rolls to his feet with a nod.
Josh Brunswick: “Some respect being shown here between The Wolf and The Dragon.”
Doug Smith: “Respect won't win them matches Josh. Why bother with it?”
With both men back on their feet, they start circling again, Levitt rubbing at the back of his neck while he stares at LeBlanc, while The Canadian Wolf merely watches Levitt's circling, anticipating his next move in this back and forth contest. Its the Fire of The Dragon versus The Ice of The Canadian in this match. Who Will Win?

-Standing before each other with the respect for each other fully established, Levitt steps forward and clasps his hand on LeBanc's collar and elbow, the Canadian reciprocating as they find themselves locked in a Tie-Up. Both men momentarily struggling and jockeying for position, the Virginia native slips from Alex's grasp and grabs hold of his wrist. Sidestepping, Travis hooks the arm and pulls it taut, stepping behind the former World Champion. Wrenching the arm upward at an uncomfortable angle, the Dragon has that arm and shoulder wrenched, the Canadian Wolf's fingertips touching his shoulder blade.-
-Not one to be left behind however when it comes to technical wrestling, Alex takes his free hand and reaches across, slapping his straining shoulder, measuring up what it is going to take to reverse the hold. Noticing that he can't turn inward, LeBlanc swings his free arm outward and over Levitt's head, going clockwise. The jarring motion of the maneuver gets the Canadian free, loose from Travis's grasp. Standing face to face, even if its momentarily, LeBlanc drops down to his knees and scoops Levitt, flipping him onto his back with your standard Fireman's Carry. No sooner does the Dragon hit the mat, Alex is on him, isolating the arm and pinning it to the canvas, laying on top of it while turning it outward, barring it and pushing so that the elbow's threatened by hyper-extension.-
Smith: Alex showcasing that he's been inside of a Wrestling gym once or twice before..
Brunswick: You know, it has to be said, but it was always a pleasure to watch Alex when he actually wants to work. He often gets wrapped up in that brawling sort of style, but when he puts his mind to it, he's as good a Shooter, as good a technical wrestler as we have here in PRW.
Smith: Matthew Logan would beg to differ...
Brunswick: Matthew Logan thinks Jesus owes him a favor...
Smith: Ouch...
Brunswick: I only speak truths.
-Regardless of Brunny & Smith's little tiff, Levitt is still on the canvas feeling the affects of a arm getting pushed in the wrong direction. Desperate, he reaches for Alex's hair and tugs with his free hand. The official however, is having none of it. He gives Levitt a count and before you know it, Travis is letting go, back to where he was just seconds ago. A bit of panic beginning to set in as LeBlanc continues to grind away and work that arm, the Virginia native digs down deep and kicks his legs up. The momentum enough to alleviate the pain on his arm, the Dragon rolls backward onto his knees. -
-The hold LeBlanc had nowhere near as tenuous as it had been, Travis pushes to his feet, only to have LeBlanc keep that arm held and wrap it around the Dragon's back. Confidence beginning to rise as the knowledge that he can hang with the former World Champion begins to set in, Levitt remembers his training and ducks down, slipping through the lock and countering by stepping to Alex's side and wrapping his arms around the Canadian's waist. Driving his feet, Levitt pushes the Canadian Wolf into the ropes and then whips him across the ring, waiting for him on the return.-
Brunswick: Levitt not being left behind here, whipped LeBlanc across the ring.
Smith: But Alex is gaining a bunch of speed...
-Meeting in the center of the ring, Alex throws a quick Shoulder Charge, knocking Levitt onto his back. Head bouncing off the mat, Travis' hand instinctively goes to clutch the back of his skull as he sits up slowly. Alex just waiting, he looks down at Levitt and motions for him to stand up, no smirk and no smile on his face. Frustrated, Levitt punches the mat and pushes off his knees, the two men circling each other once more.-
Brunswick: You can just see that look of frustration etched on Levitt's face. He's not enjoying this one bit.
Smith: Of course he isn't. He thought he was going to get some Job Squad member and instead he got a returning World Champion. He's demanding respect and he just got made to look foolish in this last exchange. Wouldn't you be a bit annoyed, Brunny?
Brunswick: Fair enough.
-The two men looking at each other, the Dragon's eyes narrowed and his eyebrows furrowed while LeBlanc looks on focused, Levitt throws his arm up asking for a Test of Strength. Accepting it, Alex throws his hand up tentatively, his hand meeting Levitt's but not before he eats a flurry of three quciks boot to the gut. With Alex doubled over and on a knee, Levitt goes on the offensive, pulling Alex in by the wrist and whipping him into the ropes. LeBlanc coming back toward no-mans land completely defenseless, the Dragon scoops him then drops him back-first across his knee with a Tilt-A-Whirl Backbreaker. The crowd groans at the impact, the Canadian Wolf going convex and contorting like the girl in the Exoricst upon landing.-
Brunswick: There goes that sportsmanship...
Smith: Levitt is trying to make a statement, not make friends. Sportsmanship is for suckers. He knows as well as anybody that LeBlanc has a bad back. It's got a bullseye on it. That's a smart strategy, is all it is.
-The crowd booing, Levitt pushes the Canadian off his knee and onto his stomach before he stands and plays to the crowd. Their booing could bother him any less and he shows them that by giving him a quick "Up Yours". Luckily for him, his opponent is helpless. LeBlanc is on his stomach, and has started to crawl toward the ropes, latching his arm over the bottom one as he starts to pull himself up. A snickering Levitt, who has since taken an observatory role toward his opponent just watches as LeBlanc drapes himself over the middle rope, kneeling, that oft-injured back barking at him due to that Backbreaker.-
-An evil smile creeping across Levitt's face, he comes toward the ropes and leans over the returning Quebeccois, choking him with the ring rope! The official begins his count and the crowd boos incessantly but the Dragon is content with his work, letting go at 4. Alex still hung up on the rope, gasping for air, Levitt pulls him by the hair to a vertical position, hitting him with a Forearm that causes him to stumble back into the turnbuckle.-
-His back screaming at him, and his young opponent gaining momentum, Alex has to turn this around now before it gets out of hand. Levitt coming toward him in the corner, LeBlanc flails outwardly with his foot, catching Travis in the gut. Taking it like a man, Levitt returns fire with a Knife Edge Chop. The chop rattling off the Canadian's chest, it seems to have woken him up and ignite him a bit. Desperate times calls for desperate measure and LeBlanc returns fire, throwing a Forearm of his own that catches Levitt on the chin. -
Brunswick: Oh! LeBlanc fighting back here!
Smith: But look at Levitt!
-The Dragon isn't taking this lightly and Alex's forearm shot leaves him undaunted. He rockets another chop into LeBlanc's chest, knocking him backward. A primal scream escapes Alex's lips and he turns and fires yet another forearm into Travis' jaw, throwing everything he has left into it, falling forward as he does and onto a knee because of a stumble. Unbelievably, the shot sends Levitt onto the ropes in a daze.-
Brunswick: Toe to toe here and a fight broke out!
Smith: Look out! Alex rocked him! Levitt is on chicken legs!
-Scrambling to his feet to take advantage of the situation, Alex uses the adrenaline he has left to scamper and unload with Overhand Rights to the skull of his opponent. Each blow landing and jarring Levitt's head back, LeBlanc comes alive, that bloodlust and desire for violence beginning to consume him. Snarling he grips onto the Dragon's hair and starts to headbutt him viciously, driving his head into Levitt's forehead repeatedly, busting both men up. Levitt beat down onto a knee, LeBlanc yanks him forward with his tightened grip on his hair and pulls him to a standing position. -
-Blood starting to trickle down his face and the face of his opponent, Alex takes advantage of a dazed Levitt and steps behind him. Energized by a crowd that has become raucous at the brutality and the violence, LeBlanc moves beside Travis and hooks his arms around him. Picking him up, Alex steps forward then drops Levitt straight on the back of his head with an emphatic Back Drop that leaves both men down and the crowd cheering wildly.-
Brunswick: Back Drop! Both men down!
Smith: Jesus christ, what a pace so far!
Brunswick: This is neck and neck! They're so evenly matched that whoever makes the mistake first is going home with a loss.
Smith: That may be true, but LeBlanc's ring rust has to come back to bite him at some point, right?!
Brunswick: But LeBlanc's experience trumps Levitt's aggressiveness! Something has to give here, it's too close to call!

LeBlanc's fired up assault has the crowd roaring, but more importantly, the Canadian Wolf himself is firing up. There is little time waste following the back drop, as LeBlanc rolls over and pushes himself up, blood trickling down his forehead as he pushes to his feet, and takes a look around at a New York crowd that is roaring for him. Right here in the Garden, LeBlanc has returned, and after an initial struggle, he's found his footing again, and the adrenaline is pumping. LeBlanc does a slow turn, waving the fans on again, as the Wolf starts to sense blood in the water. The former PRW Undisputed Champion turns around to look towards Levitt who has rolled over and is clutching at the back of his neck. LeBlanc moves in quickly, grasping Levitt by the back of the head once more and dragging him up. LeBlanc pushes Levitt back against the ropes, his forearm in Levitt's chest, and when The Dragon has his back on the ropes, Alex fires off a right hand to Levitt's jaw.
LeBlanc keeps firing with a quick series of right hands to Levitt's jaw, keeping The Dragon off balance, and allowing Alex to irish-whipp the DC Dragon across the ring. LeBlanc waits for Levitt to rebound back, and as the Dragon does, he's caught in the jaw by a diving European Uppercut from LeBlanc! The Dragon hits the mat hard, and lays there unmoving as the crowd roars at seeing one of Alex's best shots landed flush. LeBlanc is quick to cover Levitt's shoulders, watching Steven Politzer dive in to count. ONE....TW-NO! Levitt manages to kick out!
Josh Brunswick: “And The Dragon manages to get a shoulder up there! LeBlanc has this match firmly in hand right now.”
Doug Smith: “And thats a bad thing for Levitt. LeBlanc is a master at controlling the pace of a match, and the longer he does, the less likely Levitt looks to win.”
Back inside the ring, LeBlanc has sat up on his knees and taken a firm grip of Levitt's hair. Firing off one...two....three right hands, LeBlanc is targeting the cut on Levitt's face, and freeing up even more blood to start flowing down the Richmond Raiders forehead. Politzer doesn't allow this to go on for too long though, cutting LeBlanc off and warning him against closed fists. The Canadian Wolf lets go of Levitt long enough to stand up and glare Politzer down, but seems to realise there are better ways of hurting Levitt, and with a sneer, Alex turns back to face Levitt. The Dragon has rolled onto his hands and knees now, and is slowly crawling towards the ropes, looking for the temporary breather they will grant him. Alex looks around at The Garden crowd, guaging the reaction of his second home as to whether to stop Levitt or not. New York's response is unanimous – 'FUCK HIM UP ALEX! FUCK HIM UP!' - And with a grin LeBlanc moves forward to do just that. Alex reaches down to grasp Levitt by the hair, but Levitt was playing possum! Quickly darting his hand up to grasp Alex's wrist, yanking The Canadian Wolf forward and driving him throat first into the middle rope! With his windpipe bouncing off the iron ropes, LeBlanc staggers back wheezing, and Levitt catches him and drops him with a Hangmans Neckbreaker!
Both men are once again down, LeBlanc clutching at his neck while Levitt is taking his chance to catch his breath, LeBlanc's assault wearing Levitt down slowly. The Dragon is the first to his feet though, blood covering his forehead and dripping down his cheeks, as he paces over towards LeBlanc. Levitt slams his foot into Alex as he gets close enough, forcing Alex to stop his attempts to get up and instead puts him back down. Levitt grips the nearby top rope and places his foot on Alex's windpipe, stepping down and choking The Canadian Wolf with his boot as he leans back while holding the top rope. Politzer doesn't let that go on for long though, demanding Levitt break the choke, and starting to count him out for a disqualification when he refuses to do so. At four Levitt breaks it and gets into Steven's face, screaming out the ever familiar ”I'VE GOT TIL FIVE, REF!” The Dragon wastes little time in Politzer's face, again turning back to face LeBlanc. Again Levitt goes back to standing on Alex's throat, choking him out with his boot, as the New York crowd jeers loudly at him.
Josh Brunswick: “And the respect shown earlier has gone now! Levitt is trying to choke LeBlanc out like Sylvia Wrath at a BDSM party!”
Doug Smith: “....that explains so so much.”
Once more Politzer demands Levitt break off the choke, but The Dragon merely looks at him and releases one hand off the ropes, and holds up five fingers in Steven's face and reminding the ref of just how long Levitt can keep the choke on. And with a grin Levitt slowly lowers his thumb, pinky, index and ring fingers, leaving just one finger up in Politzer's face, which gets a surprising laugh from the New York crowd. Because everyone loves seeing a ref get flipped off. Politzer starts to count now, but to get back at Levitt he counts quickly, and Levitt is forced to step away from LeBlanc within moments before he gets unfairly disqualified. Well, okay, maybe not unfairly, but still. Levitt glares at Politzer, pissed at the zebra shirted man for cutting him off so quickly. Stepping back towards LeBlanc, Levitt glances down and seems to contemplate choking Alex again, but a glance at Politzer warns him off, and instead Levitt grasps LeBlanc by the back of his neck and drags him up. With a grin, Levitt hooks both of LeBlanc's arms and seems to be going for his Raiding Party. Levitt starts trying to lift Alex, but The Canadian Wolf flails around with his legs, and Levitt is forced to put him back down! The Dragon steadies his grip, and tries again, but LeBlanc flails around again forcing Levitt is to put him down again as the crowd roars!
Levitt is struggling to keep LeBlanc in his grip, and with a roar LeBlanc breaks an arm free and slips behind Levitt. LeBlanc starts trying to adjust his position, going to lock Levitt up in a Full Nelson, and possibly setting up for the Skull Crushing Finale but The Dragon senses it coming and fires back an elbow catching LeBlanc flush on the nose, and breaking his grip. LeBlanc drops one arm, and now Levitt is the one to spin behind, and he switches his own grip, looking to lock LeBlanc in the Virginia Choker! Levitt gets his arm around LeBlanc's neck, but he can't get the second arm up, LeBlanc managing to raise his arm to block the grip being locked on. Sensing the danger he's in, LeBlanc charges forward into the ropes and grips the top one to stop himself from bouncing back, but the jarring impact of the ropes is enough to spring Levitt back, breaking the attempted choke. Levit rolls back upto his feet and charges in again, as LeBlanc turns sideways. The Canadian Wolf acts on reflex, seeing the charging Levitt incoming he fires off his Adava Kedarva Superkick! Levitt spots it coming and drops under the boot, his momentum seeing him slide out under the bottom rope to the outside of the ring, and stumbling into the ringside barricade. Inside the ring, LeBlanc turn back around and grins at Levitt, standing tall inside the ring and staring out at The DC Dragon, as the crowd applauds the sequence. LeBlanc waves Levitt on, demanding he get back in the ring immediately. However Levitt shakes his head and instead paces over towards the ring steps, taking his time in climbing while never once taking his eyes off Alex.
Josh Brunswick: “And that right there is why both of these men are so highly regarded! Each man is so well versed in wrestling, that they can move on instinct.”
Doug Smith: “Both men went for their big moves there, and both men were able to avoid anything. Alex stands tall this time. But can he do it again next time?”

-The DC Dragon just sauntering slowly into the ring, LeBlanc shakes his finger at him, mockingly. "It won't be that easy". the refrain seems to be, and the more time passes and the more we see these two in the ring, the more it becomes rapidly apparent that it indeed won't come without a good dose of effort and a pinch of luck. LeBlanc and Levitt are evenly matched, each move coming with a counter, each mistake coming with dire consequence.-
-Unfortunately for both men, the time has come for decisions to be made, risks to be taken and matches to be won. Travis needs this victory to make a statement, to signal his arrival in the upper echelon of PRW that has so vastly eluded him. Tag Team success aside, he's always been that guy who hung with Malik Logan, much less the deft and capable wrestler that he portrays himself to be. A victory here would change all of that, silence the critics and build the momentum needed in a world where points need to be bundled in order to make a splash in this promotion.-
-On the other hand, LeBlanc has been brooding, looking at the landscape, seeing the change and the rising tide. Gone are some of the heroes of our past, but present are the same snakes in the grass. Wolves in sheep's clothing as they'd be called. Having done everything there is to do, it's not about the points for Alex. There's something deeper at play and a score to settle with the devil himself. To get there however, LeBlanc has to play by the rules and go through the gauntlet. 5 points will give Alex the showdown he's after. A victory here would be the first step.-
-A crowd buzzing and cheering raucously, Levitt and LeBlanc come together again, another Tie-Up, another jostle for positioning. Sinews and muscles twitching, Levitt throws the quick knee, doubling Alex over. Backing into the ropes, the DC Dragon gets leverage and springs off, coming back with speed. Getting closer to LeBlanc with each step, he looks to attack but Alex hits the deck leaving Levitt to high -step over him so as to not get tripped up. Hitting the opposite ropes, Travis springs off, the momentum and his speed not allowing him to slow down. Catapulted toward the center of the ring, Alex hooks an arm underneath his and catches him with a big Hip Toss.-
Brunswick: Huge Hip Toss from LeBlanc and Levitt is reeling!
Smith: LeBlanc may have been away for a bit, but he's still an in-ring maestro, and as capable as anybody there's ever been in this company.
Brunswick: It does have to be said, Smith, that layoff certain didn't have any ill effects. If anything, it looks like its rejuvenated the former champion.
Smith: Well, nagging injuries, a barking pair of knees and a bad back all need rest, Brunny. Maybe he finally got to relax for once instead of yelling and fighting everyone.
-And maybe Smith is right. Maybe the time away has been more of a blessing in disguise than LeBlanc will let on. Maybe it did give him the rest he needed, not just physically, but mentally as well. No longer burnt out from being "The Man", no longer shouldering the load he used to, he walks back into PRW with no expectations, free as it were. Levitt before him gripping his back as he sits up, Alex is crouched, just waiting for him to pop onto his feet. -
-Travis, hellbent on fighting on, hellbent on not allowing LeBlanc to get the best of him rolls onto his knees. Looking down at a vulnerable Levitt, Alex rushes forward and pulls him in by his shouders, positioning the DC Dragon's head between his legs. Not wasting a second, Alex wraps his arms around the waist of his opponent. Hoisting him up, Alex settles him upon his shoulders before tossing him down toward the canvas like a sack of potatoes. -
Smith: Jesus! He just dropped him on his neck!
Brunswick: LeBlanc with a huge Powerbomb and Levitt is in a bad way, he's looking worse for wear!
Smith: Worse for wear? Worse for wear!? He got folded up like a friggin' accordion!
-The crowd cheering wildly and momentum starting to creep over to his side, Alex drops down and makes the cover, hooking the leg. The official dropping down to make the count, the crowd begins to count along with the referee, shouting out as the count gets closer and closer to victory. The official's hand coming down a third and final time, the crowd begins to buzz, waiting on the edge of their seat. Just as they were ready to count "Three!" however, Levitt gets the shoulder up and breaks up the count! A loud groan is elicited by the crowd followed by an appreciative round of applause at the heart displayed by the Virginia native.-
Brunswick: And just when you think that this match is over, Levitt gets a shoulder up and this battle continues! Say what you want about Travis, but the kid has some guts to get a shoulder up.
Smith: Yeah, he's got some heart alright, but LeBlanc is none to pleased with the display of it.
-True to Smith's words, Alex is staring a hole right through the official, frustrated as ever because he thought a move like that would surely put away his opponent. Aggravated, he pounds his fist on the canvas and then looks at the Senior Official. Eyes locking, Alex claps his hands rapidly, as if to teach the official, before snarling and letting fly an insulting quip, asking the official in not-so-many words if "they teach you to fucking count in New South Wales or wherever the fuck you're from".-
-Turning his attention back to Levitt, Alex grasps onto the youngster, ready to continue his attack as the match continues. A peturbed Canadian keeps his eyes on the official, Levitt lives to fight again, and a thrilled capacity crowd in MSG stays on their edge of their seat, thoroughly enjoying the athletic display at hand.-

-Having pulled Levitt to his feet, Alex keeps his eyes on the Aussie referee. Jawing at him and a bit distracted, Levitt takes his time to act out of desperation and send an unseen forearm straight into Alex's crotch, bending him over. LeBlanc slumps a bit, gasping for air but the DC native gives the Canadian no chance to recover, pulling him in and hooking his head with his near arm. Sweeping his legs out from underneath him, Levitt drives the former Undisputed Champion's head into the mat with a sickening thud. Not wasting any time, Levitt turns to his side, dropping his arm over the fallen returning superstar. Politizer making the count, the crowd looks on in anticipation.-

-No! Alex gets the arm up, kicking out himself, this match continuing as a temper-tantrum throwing Travis Levitt bangs his fist and screams. It's another case of the Dragon losing his cool in the middle of this match, but rather than turn his anger toward the official, Levitt turns directly into LeBlanc and looks down at him, choking him blatantly as Alex kicks and screams, the referee administering the 5-count. Getting to 4, Levitt lets go and looks at the referee. Locking eyes with him he then looks down at LeBlanc and slaps him stiff across the face, eliciting boos and a gasp from the crowd.-
Smith: Jesus! Where'd the sportsmanship go?
Brunswick: The same place all of Levitt's success has gone.
Smith: Ouch.
Brunswick: Truth hurts.
-Gripping onto LeBlanc's hair, Levitt drags him to his feet, knocking him with right hands until he forces him backward into the ropes, staggering him. Whipping him against the ropes, Levitt waits from the comeback. Sizing up the Canadian, a weary and battered competitor who has seen his fair share of bumps and bruises throughout this encounter, Levitt turns his back to him and drives the point of his elbow into his throat as he reaches him dead-center in the middle of the ring. Dropping straight to his back, LeBlanc hits the canvas as if he were drawn to it and magnetized. His head bouncing off the mat, Alex instinctively grabs at it, curling up in a fetal position.-
Smith: That cannot be good. At all.
Brunswick: Drove the air out of the windpipe and the drive out of his sails.
-Alex turning to his side, scrambling a bit to safety, The Dragon is just a step behind, pulling him back to his feet. Hoisting a battered LeBlanc to his feet, he slumps an arm over his shoulder and takes the Quebeccois down with a Uranage, leaving Alex flat on his back before quickly rolling onto his feet. LeBlanc down before him as a result of a string of abuse laid upon his body, Levitt heads for the turnbuckle, stepping through the ropes and looking out toward the crowd. LeBlanc still not having moved an inch, Levitt looks at him, then at the crowd and makes a cutthroat motion, circa Edmonton 2004.-
Brunswick: Levitt going up top for the Diving Headbutt! He's trying to put the Canadian away for good!
Smith: If he hits this, it's done-zo. Pack up and shut off the lights because it'd be over.
-Reaching the top of the turnbuckle, Travis steadies for a minute and sizes Alex up before leaping outward, face-first. Floating through the air, it looks like he's about to hit pay-dirt. There is a reason however, that they call these "high-risk maneuvers". Desperate as he's ever been, Alex sees a flying Virginian coming toward him and he rolls to his left, propping his right shoulder up into the air. The moment becoming too late for Levitt to simply abort his "kill-shot" attempt, he comes crashing down, burying his head into the hard, stiff bone of LeBlanc's shoulder, his head snapping backward as he falls onto the canvas, jerking about like a dead fish from the pain.-
Brunswick: LeBlanc got the shoulder up! He avoided the Headbutt! He countered it!
Smith: He's not human! LeBlanc isn't fucking human! He's a godamn zombie! He just doesn't die! Fuck a wolf, he's a Canadian Zombie! The bastard just keeps coming!
-Blood flowing freely from Levitt's mouth, Alex grips his shoulder openly, grimacing as he rolls over onto his stomach, blinking wildly, gritting his teeth. Clawing his way to his feet, he stumbles into the corner and uses it to steady himself as across the ring, Levitt does the same, using the ring ropes with the crimson dripping down his face. The opening is there however, and the band is starting to tune up as Alex lets his right arm hang limp but starts to make that "reel-in" motion, that famous "reel-in" motion with his left hand.-
Smith: No friggen way. None. No. Way.
Brunswick: Levitt better look out...
-Levitt scrapes himself to his feet, trying to shake the cobwebs and steadies himself, even if he's off-balance. He turns around wobbled, not really able to hold himself up. The turn however, is all it takes for LeBlanc to explode out of the corner. Throwing that leg up, LeBlanc connects and gets ALL OF IT, hitting Levitt flush on that chin, the same chin that just ate shoulder, the same chin that just missed a Diving Headbutt. Broken or not, only a doctor could judge, but LeBlanc made damn sure to put everything he had into that Superkick and leave nothing to chance.-
Smith: He got it!
Brunswick: Chin Check Superkick by Alex! He nailed it!
-Wasting no time, LeBlanc falls on him and hooks a leg, the referee sliding into position to administer the count.-
