OVER 9000!!!
The following press release was handed down from the offices of the big, bad Inuqisitor over the weekend. It got lost in the bracketing battles of PRWreports.net. We apologize for the delay and promise it will never happen again. As a side note, damn you Duke.

PRW RETURNS TO INTERNET PAY PER VIEW ON MARCH 30TH, APRIL 6TH!

The first ever PRW Draft Special!

Ever since the Florida Rumble, PRW has enjoyed a quiet off-season from the internet pay per view business. There have been the normal standard montly pay per views such as Blackout and Tough Love, the typical workings of PRW 24/7 and even a lady's tournament that has been selling out pre-orders in DVD stores across the country. The break has allowed PRW to access the iPPVs and build up a strategy to return to form stronger than ever. With Slaughter's iPPV; a summertime return to Florida in the cards, the PRW has decided to return to the iPPV format with another unique concept from the minds of the PRW Head Office.

If March is all about the madness, April is all about getting involved with the draft. The National Football League routinely dominates a three day stretch in April where the top prospects in college football are drafted by NFL teams eager for the next superstar in a seven round format. The first round is all about superstar power, the second and third rounds revolve around discovering starters while rounds four through seven are known for depth and uncovering hidden gems. It's a passionate time of year for sports fans, often coinciding and leading into the NBA playoffs. The great minds at PRW have studied this concept and thought "what if we held a draft? With rounds, teams and tons of overdone analysis and mock drafts?" Of course, fans would argue that another wrestling organization does a draft but that's less of a draft and more of a lottery. What if we took it a step further? What if wrestlers were actually allowed to PICK other wrestlers?

With all of that exposition out of the way, PRW offices are proud to announce that PRW will host it's first ever Two Part PRW Draft Special Show live on iPPV! This show will be our most ambitious yet, so much so that the show has been broken into two parts! That's it, it's not ONE but TWO nights of PRW action for one price! The first part on March 30th will take place in the Sky Deck Sports Grille & Lanes in the Mall of America in Minnesota. On that day, Team Captains Sean Aries and 6Pac Shakur will work with Draft Overseer Inquisitor to select from a list of 20 wrestlers to determine teams. Starting from round one, each team captain will get to pick a wrestler until both squads have six in total including the captains. That means from a squad of 20, both Aries and 6Pac will have 5 rounds to fill their teams as they so desire. Wrestlers not selected from the draft eligibility list will be deemed undrafted and "released". The night will also features a few matches from some of the draft eligible players including Alex LeBlanc, Terry Bukowski, Ninja MAGIC and Mr. Turner!

On April 6th, 2012, from the Aldrich Arena in Maplewood, Minnesota, PRW will present PRW Draft Night 2! This is the second part of our PRW draft doubleheader and will feature the action you've come to expect from PRW This show will be headlined by a 6 on 6 No DQ No Count Out elimination match featuring Team Aries vs Team 6Pac. Also throughout the card will be matches featuring the undrafted talent as organized by The Inquisitor! There will also be more than bragging rights at stake in the 6-on-6 main event. Not only will the winning team receive a bonus check for $30,000 (to be split six ways over a four year period) but the captain will be allowed to choose the next match stipulation in their ongoing feud. The stakes will be high that night in Maplewood! As stated earlier, you can get both shows for the price of one!

Draft Rules

-A coin flip before the draft will determine who gets to pick first. The draft order stays the same throughout the draft for all five rounds.
