PRW WE DID IT FIRST RESULTS
A Fan Written Review of the Latest PRW IPPV!

by Christian Pabon

I ordered the IPPV stream after my ride to the show broke down. This is the first IPPV I ever ordered so I was curious to see how the product differed compared to your standard PPV. With a collection of surviv.....elimination style matches, this figures to be a real interesting night o' fights.

-It was announced by time keeper ring announcer Bob Saget that the NJ State Athletic Commission was enforcing DQs and Count Out rules to ensure that fans would get a "real" wrestling product. Nifty way to reset the rules without admitting to it.

The show began with The Alliance To End Seanamania coming to the ring sans Jesse Belle-Smothers. Team Captain Tracy Smothers announces that his daughter, Jesse Belle, was unable to attend because "some narc" got her arrested in New Jersey. He blamed Sean Aries and said it's "mark bullshit like this" that makes him despise Aries. He promised a replacement that "would blow the mark out of Sean Aries' ass" and then promised that when the night was done, he would put all of the fans in a "shoot penalty box of mass homicide". Smothers is great as a crotchety old heel who draws heat and the fans ate it up.-

Paranormal Blacktivity- Team Captain Patrick Slaughter, Alternative Captain Takato Kazama, Malik Logan and T-Digga DEFEATS The Undercard Cosa Nostra- Team Captain Josh Phoenix, Alternate Captain Tommy Nova, Jackson Riot and Chris Affliction

Malik Logan and Jackson Riot start it off. The match was all Malik early on as he was flying all over the place. He's a tremendous overall athlete and the crowd in New Jersey completely bought into Malik. Riot got thrown to the outside after a big Malik Logan hip-toss over the top. The Undercard Cosa Nostra had a "regroup session" on the outside which started a big sequence of dives. Malik Logan with a through the ropes tope on the group; followed up by a top rope splash from T-Digga followed up by a moonsault press from the top rope by Takato Kazama. To complete the dives, we saw Slaughter step onto the apron and simply fall on the Undercard Cosa Nostra. A cute but somewhat effective spot that got the crowd going wild. They all rolled Jackson Riot into the ring and Malik Logan pinned him after the high flying move. Jackson Riot eliminated by Malik Logan in 2:03

The heel team AGAIN regrouped outside although this time they worked up the ramp a bit to keep from getting dived upon. When the match got started again, it was T-Digga vs Chris Affliction. They had a sort of back and forth deal before Affliction was able to hit Digga with a reverse DDT (Sting style!). He looked the leg and put the feet on the ropes to get the quickie elimination on T-Digga. T-Digga eliminated by Chris Affliction in 6:49 Chris Affliction's elimination of T-Digga brought the heel team in for a big celebration. As Phoenix, Affliction and Nova were jumping around and being giddy, Slaughter entered the ring as the legal man and wiped all three all out. After a Country Line by Slaughter, Chris Affliction was pinned and eliminated. Chris Affliction eliminated by Patrick Slaughter in 7:30

Slaughter stayed in for his team as Josh Phoenix took over for his squad. Phoenix has some skills and it showed vs Pat. He certainly does have a dickhead quality to him. Slaughter was on point and the crowd was into him massive. He wasn't as over as Logan but it was close. Whenever Phoenix got too much offense going, Pat would cut him off quickly. Slaughter tagged out to Kazama and the duo did some of their nifty tag team work on Phoenix to a big pop. Phoenix got a little bit of offense going but Kazama reversed a powerbomb attempt into a pinning hurricanrana for the 3 count. Josh Phoenix eliminated by Takato Kazama in 10:21.

Tommy Nova darted into the ring like a bullet and tried to mount some quick offense on Takato. Nova snapped off some suplexes and even broke out the dreaded NERVE hold to buy some stall time. The crowd serenaded Nova with some nasty chants ranging from "Razor Rip Off" to "Who's this Jobber?" To his credit, Nova never looked frazzled by the crowd. There was a small heat segment as Nova tried to stave off elimination by stalling and beating on Kazama. Kazama kicked out of Nova's modified chokeslam move which drew a nice pop. Nova whipped Kazama into the ropes where Slaughter got a blind tag in. Tommy Nova hit another chokeslam on Kazama but turned RIGHT into a Country Line from Slaughter. Tommy Nova eliminated by Patrick Slaughter in 14:38
Survivors: Patrick Slaughter, Takato Kazama and Malik Logan of Paranormal Blacktivity
Rating: 5 out of 10. It was obvious both teams were trying to work their way around a new match concept. The heel team was "squashed" but considering the name value on the face team, it made sense. Phoenix and Nova looked salvageable and the Onslaught continues to impress the fans.

-We cut from the ring to a backstage pre-tape segment. Regan Crowe is arriving to the arena in a limo full of security. One of the PRW stooges shows up to ask her who she thinks will win the main event and she predicts she will. Uh...okay? Obviously a filler segment to buy time until the next entrance was ready.-

Matt Caje defeats X-Dog

Matt Caje, the former PRW legend, got a big time response from the New Jersey crowd. X-Dog got no reaction and the crowd could practically smell the blood in the water. The story was easy to follow: Caje dominates except for instances when his rust kicks in. X-Dog is good enough to follow the story and adds some babyface spunk. Neither guy did anything fantastic but you can still see glimpses of what made Caje a major star. The crowd gave him the usual "Welcome Back", "You Still Got It" and "Best In The World" chants. Eventually Caje was able to take X-Dog into "deep waters" and forced him to tap out to a guillotine lock.
Rating: 5 out of 10
It served its purpose. Matt Caje looks set to be a force in the PRW and this was a good step towards reintroducing him to the fans. Still nothing special as a match.

-No special pretape segment as the camera just focuses on the ring while the next set of matches are getting set to roll out. You can sort of see the flaws of not having commercials or shit to sell as it throws off the flow-

Four Chicks and a Demon Seed- Captain Sylvia Wrath, Alternate Captain Sean Mendez, Bella Quinn and Jasmine DEFEATS Mid Card and Pregnant- Captain Ninja MAGIC, Alternative Captain Levinator, Johnny Awesome and Danny Diamond

There's drama from the get go as Midcard and Pregnant bickered as to which entrance song would be played for their team. They settled on Johnny Awesome's "Written In The Stars" to everyone's chagrin. Four Chicks and a Demon Seed lost Lucy Hawke for some reason so Sean Mendez, PRW jobber and hanger on decided to step in for them. The match began with Sylvia Wrath and Johnny Awesome. Johnny Awesome charges at Sylvia Wrath blindly and Wrath punches him in the face, dropping him. Sylvia mounts Awesome and begins to pound his face with both fists, all the while screaming out the names of PRW wrestlers who dislike him. She mentioned (from my recollection) Alex LeBlanc, Lucy Hawke, Kriz Blaze, NOX (twice), Ace Andrews and Aries a few times before turning to "officials who fucking hate you." Right before she got to Leroy Brown, Awesome tapped out to strikes. Johnny Awesome eliminated by Sylvia Wrath in 0:30

Wrath is so consumed with beating on Johnny Awesome that she doesn't notice Magic in the ring. MAGIC jumps Sylvia from behind and she plays face in peril for a while. The crowd seems to love Sylvia which suggests she REALLY needs a full on face turn. Midcard And Pregnant used a lot of quick tags, even if they griped along the way to doing it. Sylvia makes the hot tag to Sean Mendez around the same time that Magic tags in Danny Diamond. Mendez pumps the crowd up, charges and runs right into a big boot from the Levinator. Diamond covers up Mendez and he's eliminated fairly quickly. Sean Mendez eliminated by Danny Diamond in 5:49 Jasmine came in after that to give Wrath a quick rest. She fired off some of her high powered Euro offense much to the delight of the crowd. The crowd chanted "congratulations" at her as she flurried some spunky offense. Right when Diamond looked to be done for, he told Jazzy that her water had broke. When Jasmine looked down to check, he spike DDT'd her. The protests of Wrath screaming YOU DUMBASS YER NOT EVEN PREGNANT ANYMORE! couldn't overcome the count of the referee as Jasmine was eliminated.Jasmine eliminated by Danny Diamond in 7;32.

It's 3 on 2 now as Wrath and Bella take on the monster trio of Levinator, Ninja MAGIC and Danny Diamond. Bella Quinn was able to fare better than her previous partners. Quinn had some success early battling off Danny Diamond. When Diamond tagged out to MAGIC, we were greeted to some really good wrestling between the two. The crowd took a liking to MAGIC, giving him a few chants in between cheering for Quin. During a great rope running sequence, Bella hit the ropes and Danny Diamond tugged on her hair to slow her down. Ninja MAGIC didn't see it and took advantage with a superkick to the face. He got the cover on Bella and the ref counted the pin.Bella Quinn eliminated by Ninja MAGIC in 10:45. Danny Diamond took the time to gloat about his move which pissed Ninja off in a cool bit of character continuity. Ninja and Diamond argued while Levinator stepped in to take on Wrath.

The crowd was solidly behind Sylvia as she basically got the shit kicked out of her by the big beast that is Levinator. She had her occasionally comeback but whenever she got going, Levinator would hit a big power move to slow her down. Levinator tagged out to MAGIC who would (begrudgingly) take out to Diamond. They looked to be showing some semblance of teamwork and the crowd felt the situation get grim for Wrath. Ninja MAGIC hit his superkick on Wrath and went for the cover to end the match when Danny Diamond broke it up. Diamond didn't want MAGIC to tie him in the pinfall tally category and demanded to get the pin. Diamond and MAGIC got into a pushing contest in the ring which brought the Levinator in as well. Diamond tried to put him in his place and made the critical mistake of slapping the big freak. This GREATLY upset Levinator as he proceeded to boot the fuck out of Diamond much to the crowd's delight. Ninja MAGIC tried to step in to break it up and only got pulled into the fracas which spilled to the outside. As the three remaining team members of Midcard and Pregnant brawled, Sylvia Wrath wisely played dead in the ring. By the time MAGIC was able to restore some order, all 3 members of Midcard and Pregnant were counted out! Ninja MAGIC, Levinator and Danny Diamond are all eliminated by Count-Out in 11:39. The crowd popped hard as Sylvia survives for her team. To make matters worse, the Midcard and Pregnant trio resumed their brawling as they tried to pass blame onto the other for the loss.

Sole Survivor: Sylvia Wrath
Rating: 6 out of 10. There was a lot of dead weight in the match, granted, but it was more fun than it had any right to be. Diamond, Wrath and MAGIC are compelling characters and the personalities blended to overcome the shortcomings. It wasn't perfect but it was a lot of fun.

-We cut to a highlight video to outline the Melle Mel vs Joey NOX feud/rivarly. My stream seemed to go to shit during this segment so I missed a bit of it but it was your typical PRW highlight film. It's a nice "alternate universe" feud between Hip Hop Legend and PRW superstar.-

Joey NOX's Multicultural Interracial Nation of Violence- Captain Joey NOX, Alternate Captain Serial, Kevin Steen and Scott Steiner defeats Melle Mel's BX Goon Squad- Captain Eddie Kingston, Alternate Captain Slugga and the SAT

Team Joey NOX came out to Let's Get Physical while Melle Mel's Goon Squad came out to The Message. Talk about two different worlds. Both teams seemed to have good unity and the fans were definitely hot for the NOX tandem. The match started with some lucha shit with Serial and the SATs. Serial looked sharp and on point despite not wrestling in forever, even breaking out some of those patented Serial armdrags. Serial tagged out to Joey NOX while Joel tagged out to Julio. Julio Maximo tried some lucha shit on NOX but Joey wasn't having it. Instead Joey blocked a hurricanrana attempt and dropped Julio Maximo's fat ass with a powerbomb. NOX tagged out to Kevin Steen and one big package piledriver later, Julio was eliminated. Jose Maximo eliminated by Kevin Steen in 4:58

No time for celebrating as we got a "King of the Indies" off between Eddie Kingston and Kevin Steen. The two trades stiff knee buckling forearms amongst one another until Kingston retreated and tagged in "the big guy" Slugga. Steen tagged out to Steiner and we got the muscle battle between Slugga and Scott Steiner. The two of them traded some "big bombs" with The Big Bad Booty Daddy getting the upper hand. Steiner managed to suplex Slugga to a massive pop which led to Slugga tagging out to The King of Diamonds Eddie Kingston. Steiner made the tag to Serial and we got Eddie's puro vs Serial's lucha for a while. Serial went to the top rope but Slugga shoved him off the top rope. Serial took a shot at Melle Mel's Goon Squad but turned right into a BACKFIST TO THE FUTURE from Eddie Kingston. Shocker of shockers, Serial is eliminated! Serial eliminated by Eddie Kingston in 9:32. Scott Steiner entered the ring to take over for Serial and he and Kingston brawled for a while. Steiner was on fire against Eddie and busted out all the trademark suplexes for big pops. Steiner went to hit him with the Frankensteiner off the top rope when Slugga entered in illegally. He grabbed Steiner off the top rope and hit him with a modified chokeslam. Kingston fell off the top rope, crawled over and covered Scott Steiner for the 1-2-3. Scott Steiner eliminated by Eddie Kingston in 12:13..

Kevin Steen came in to try and even things up as Kingston desparately tagged out to Slugga. Steen wound up taking the heat segment, getting beaten on by the 3 remaining members of the Melle Mel squad. The situation was pretty dire until Kevin Steen was able to hit an out of nowhere package piledriver on Julio Maximo for a surprising 3 count! Julio Maximo eliminated by Kevin Steen in 16:25. Kevin Steen tried to make a tag before the next partner could get in but he was cut off by Slugga. This seemed sensible that Slugga would be able to get the jump on the far more talented Steen considering Kevin had taken a beating and was in desperate need of a tag. Before Steen could tag out to NOX, he ate a big chokeslam from Slugga and was pinned and eliminated. Steen had a great showing until his elimination. Kevin Steen eliminated by Slugga in 18:05.

It's two on one now as a fresh Joey NOX charges into the ring to take on Slugga. NOX goes all "babyface fire" on the big man and tries to wear him down with big strikes after big strikes. Joey goes for a running forearm on Slugga but gets caught and lifted with a chokeslam. NOX revereses the chokeslam into a guillotine hold and Slugga taps out to a big big pop. Slugga eliminated by Joey NOX in 21:12. As the referee was trying to roll Slugga out of the ring, Melle Mel emerged from the crowd and tossed a golden mic to Eddie Kingston. Kingston walloped NOX in the back of the head with the mic, KOing him. The ref turned back to the action to see Kingston covering Joey and made the count. Joey NOX eliminated by Eddie Kingston in 21:45

Sole Survivor: Eddie Kingston of Melle Mel's BX Goon Squad
Rating: 6 out of 10. It got going real good at the end but the middle stuff was a little drab. Once the immobile (Steiner) and the untalented (SATs) got eliminated, this turned into a really motivated sprint. Too much chafe to really get a high grade though. I guess the NOX vs Melle Mel rivarly will continue?

It must be intermission time as we get a quickie highlight video of the earlier matches.

-We're backstage with a promo from the survivor members of Paranormal Blacktivity. Slaughter and Kazama were happy "go figure" to be back from Japan and putting on a great show. The Onslaughtp romise they'll end 2011 as champions in some form. Logan says something similar with less charisma and more words. Malik needs a gimmick overhaul soonish.

Eddie Kingston is backstage after his match alone. He admits that Melle Mel isn't a friend of his but he's kept Kingston alive by getting him into PRW. He says tonight is the biggest win of his career and he's planning to make his time in PRW a painful one for every other wrestler in the company. Kingston promises nothing but violence and disaster, the kind only God's Middle Child can bring. Great stuff from Kingston.

Joey NOX's time to respond to Kingston. He says he promised Eddie a shot in the door but Kingston turned him down to align himself with Melle Mel. Joey calls the entire situation "God's Payback" for all the times he laughed at Aries having to deal with Smothers. The difference between NOX and Aries is he has a killer instinct and he won't stop until Eddie, Mel and anyone else who dares associate themselves with the BX Goon Squad is dead. Great back and forth between the two which sets the stage for a match that's bound to be lackluster.

Canary Kid cuts another one of his quirky heel promos about defending his title against Kazama. Tonight isn't about the belt though, it's about settling the grudge with Evanston. Kid is far and away the most improved member of the roster even if this promo is 10x generic.-

Canary Kid defeats Jake Evanston in a submission match
Our post intermission match is the culmination of their rivalry. The story of the match for the most part is that Evanston is far and away the better wrestler so the submission stipulation should favor him. The other side of the coin is that submission means NO DQ which means Canary Kid can use his element, the hardcore stuff, to keep himself in the match. Evanston spent a lot of time working the leg of Canary Kid to try and ground him. Kid would always look to be on the ropes but find a way to answer back with something weapons based. Evanston put the breaks off of Kid but Canary always found a way to bring some stiff weapon shot to slow things down. Evanston's leg work was sublime. A table was brought into play and Canary Kid went to powerbomb Jake through it but his leg gave out. Evanston was able to reverse it and put Canary through a table. If this was a singles match, Evanston would've won the match. Instead Evanston found himself needing a submission which sort of stalled out his match. When Evanston went to pick Canary up off the pavement but Canary Kid clubbed him win the throat with the ring bell. Evanston's thrashing around on the mat holding onto his throat bought some time for CK to recover. Canary Kid recovered and locked in the STFU (to major heat from the crowd) before Evanston was forced to submit.
Rating: 7.5 out of 10. The match itself was really good, even if the ending was a little blegh. Canary Kid and Evanston have solid chemistry and this was another solid addition tot heir little rivalry. Here's hoping Evanston finally gets over "that hump" to take Canary Kid down a peg.

-We cut to a pretaped segment from "High Check No Foul" discussing their main event elimination match. Sean Aries does the talking, Emily does the hand wringing, Alex does the mean mugging and Stevens does the blind cheering. Aries promo is so absurd it has to be heard. Here's a word for word transcript of it:

Aries: WELL! GOODNESS GRACIOUS, MERCY MY! We're about to enter THE RING which is good for us and BAD FOR SMOTHERS AND BAD FOR X AND BAD FOR ACE! The simple difference is...THEY CARE! We DONT! You care about Mom?! You care about Dad! You care about Aunt Eileen if you got one! You care about your hamsters, I had hamsters. Used to feed em to my Boa Constrictors just for kicks before I sit down and beat someone else up! Ya know what Sherri? You get in my face and I'm gonna slap the sequins of that SO SO dress yer wearing, PUNK!

Emily: HOLLA ATCHA GIRL ONE TIME

Talk about amazing.-

Main Event Bullshit Fun
It's time for the entrances of The Alliance To End Seanamania. Smothers reveals it's now time for him to announce the new member of the squad. He said all 3 members signed off on it, including Jessie Bell from "Chained Heat Mark Bullshit Jail." There's a drum roll, a dimming of the lights and then finally the revelation that the 4th member of his team is......

Former Flyer Great Eric Lindross!

-Smothers reminds the booing crowd that Stevens "killed Lindros" and that Eric has relocated to Knoxville and taken up bear hunting to train for his eventual moment of revenge on Scott Stevens. Lindros gets on the mic and berates NJ for welcoming trash like Aries and Stevens and points out that Alex LeBlanc is part of the reason why he turned his back on Montreal. He promises to finally get revenge on Stevens and to give each member of "High Check No Foul" a concussion of their own. Lindros has better promo skills than half the PRW roster, no joke. Team High Check No Foul storms out to the ring and make a B-Line towards Lindros. The ref breaks em up as the heels bail out. The hard camera picks up Aries screaming "A COLLAPSED LUNG?! YOU FUCKING PUSSY!" as LeBlanc cussed him out in French. Stevens merely pointed toward his head and mouthed "Remember? You probably don't."

Team High Check No Foul-Captain Sean Aries, Alternate Captain Alex LeBlanc, Emily Hart and Scott Stevens DEFEATS The Alliance To End Seanamania-Captain Tracy Smothers, Alternate Captain Ace Andrews, Adam Xclusiv and Eric Lindros

The match starts out with a major brawl, both teams spilling to the outside of the ring. Alex and Ace paired up, X and Emily tied up to brawl a bit (WOOT!) while Aries and Smothers finally got their shit going. In the ring, Lindros was hiding out until Scott Stevens spotted him. The two had a staredown in the ring before a shoot hockey fight broke out to some love from the NJ crowd. Eric Lindros managed to win the Last Man Punching fest and whipped Stevens into the ropes. Stevens ducks a clothesline, hits off the side ropes and launches a shoulder block right to the head of Eric Lindros! Stevens scrambles for a cover as Lindros is going back to Knoxville with another concussion. Some men, you just can't reach.Scott Stevens eliminates Eric Lindros in 1:23.

The match continues to be a big brawl and there's a cute spot where Smothers starts screaming out for Eric Lindros because he has no idea Eric is eliminated. The ref threatens both teams with a count out to stop/quell the madness and we get a bit of an in-ring reset. When Smothers realizes Stevens eliminated Lindros, he throws an epic bitch fit. We get the start off we desire with Aries laying into the Wild Eyed Southern Boy Tweener with all of his championship might. Aries teases a shoot piledriver but Smothers scurries out and tags in Xclusiv. Xclusiv and Aries run some modest stuff before Xclusiv becomes the bitch heel for a while. Even Emily comes off the top rope with a double axe handle which reminds people that just because she's a lackey doesn't mean she's not accomplished in the ring. Xclusiv manages to reverse a suplex attempt and tag in Tracy Smothers again. When Aries gets in there, he proceeds to Southern brawl with Smothers much to the delight of the crowd. No sign of Ace in the ring yet although he seems set to go. Xclusiv is in total douche heel mode, basically chewing heel scenery whenever he can. The dude is A form tonight and A stands for asshole.

Smothers tosses Aries into the ropes and Emily makes a blind tag. Smother hits Aries with a "Southern Fried Spinebuster" and then signals for the shoot piledriver. Em scales the ropes and watches as Smothers sets Sean up for the Shoot Penalty Box. She dives off the top rope with a crossbody splash and gets the cover AND the 3 on Smothers! The crowd went NUTS!Tracy Smothers eliminated by Emily Hart in 9:51 Note to PRW: More Emily matches. Gracias.

Unfortunately Smothers doesn't take too kindly to getting upstaged and catches Emily off guard with a kick to the lady bits. Emily sells it (god bless her) and then gets DESTROYED with a Smothers style shoot piledriver! Oh hell NAW you done done it now, Tracy! Aries sees Emily get laid out with the piledriver and goes NUTS on Smothers, absolutely obliterating him with punches. He tosses Smothers to the outside and absolutely wallops him with a chair! This draws a somewhat inexplicable DQ from referee Mitch Mitchellson. Smothers was eliminated dude. Just to make sure he's DQ for a fair reason, Aries nails Xclusiv (who was trying to protect Smothers) with a chair on his way out. Maybe Mitchellson was just showcasing referee incompetence again. Aries basically chairshots Smothers again as Tracy retreated up the ramp way. PRW security came out to provide a momentary distraction as a bloody Smothers absconded to the backstage area. Aries left to the back, chair in tow to a loud "Sean Aries" chant. The best part about all this is he left Emily behind all vulnerable. In other words: Sean is man enough to wild to defend his girl but selfish enough to forget about her as he pursued a personal vendetta. Perfect way to sell vengeful bravado immaturity. Sean Aries eliminated via DQ in 11:44.

Emily is still laid out after the shoot piledriver so Ace Andrews is able to slurk into the ring and make a quick cover. The crowd boos but it's not HIS fault Smothers went crazy. Emily Hart eliminated by Ace Andrews in 12:38 We're all tied up now and Scott Stevens makes the foolish decision to charge into battle like a dumb ass. He takes the heat from Xclusiv and Ace who alternate between beating on the former Devils great and taunting Alex. Stevens will never be Lou Thesz but he obviously knows a thing or two about a thing or two. Your typical heat segment is carried by the outstanding personalities involved. Adam X and Ace Andrews blow a double team attempt (Xclusiv was late on his part) and Steven is able to counter with a double clothesline. The crowd is RABID for a tag and they get one to Alex! Alex flies into the ring like your proverbial bat out of hell and is flinging Andrews and X about with suplexes of various flavors. Eventually though Ace is able to chop block Alex down from behind to put a stop to his hot run. Andrews went to work on Alex's leg, a hint from their previous encounters, and reminded us why his botched title run shouldn't hurt his stock in the long run.

Ace Andrews takes over and gives Alex LeBlanc a taste of his own medicine with some suplexes of his own. You can see the heeldom in progress as Andrews tries to upstage Alex with suplexes and occasional ankle work on his bad leg. Adam Xclusiv screams for a tag in and Ace ignores him to work on Alex some more. Adam Xclusiv threatens to walk out on the team if he's not tagged in and so Ace Andrews makes the tag. Adam X convinces him that a spear is in order to put Alex away. He goes for the X Marks The Spot spear on Alex LeBlanc but Alex dives out of the way and Xclusiv hits Ace with it! Adam X is so disoriented from missing LeBlanc that he eats a half nelson suplex and is eliminated from the match! Adam Xclusiv eliminated by Alex LeBlanc in 18:43 It's Alex and Stevens against Ace who is still feeling the effects of the spear. Alex makes a cover and Ace is able to kick out. Alex tries a Chin Check and Ace kicks out as well. Alex goes for a suplex and Ace Andrews reverses it into a roll of the dice type move (RENO THROWBACK!) for a clooose two count.

Ace Andrews tries to pounce on Alex again but LeBlanc reverses his attempt at another of the dice with a shoot piledriver! Alex puts Ace up on his shoulders and Scott Stevens comes off the top rope with a DOOMSDAY DEVICE CLOTHESLINE! Alex makes the cover, the sold out crowd counts along and this one is donezo! Ace Andrews eliminated by Alex LeBlanc at 22:38

Survivors: Alex LeBlanc and Scott Stevens
Rating: 8 out of 10. The main event match had all the good things you love in a survivor series elimination match and the twists necessary to be a great one. You had shocking eliminations, a GREAT freak out moment, some unique team dynamics and a whole bunch of stories woven together. The story of both teams losing their captains early and having to rely on their Alternates was great too. Solid way to end the show.

-No last minute promos or anything as the iPPV ended with hype for Bloodletting and Christmas Carnage.-

Final Thoughts: An interesting concept, a solid delivery and a good night of wrestling. It could have been better but overall, you got some good wrestling and some stuff you normally don't see from PRW. It could've used more match quality and the feed itself could've used some HD sprucing up but whatever. It was solid and I plan to order more of these so long as the cards are interesting. This was a good step forward for the company.
