First of all, Welcome sivapc.
PRW works on a simple philosophy of "If you want it, Organize it". Basically PRW is a turn-based federation which means you post a series of attacks in turn with your opponent/s. Check some of the matches that are happening in the Livewire section to see some examples.
If you wish to get into a match to debut or just go out there and try yourself out go to the "Fighting Arena" in the "PRW 24/7" section. Create a new topic called "Open Challenge and post an entrance and a call out to anyone. On the flip side you could always answer an Open Challenge from someone else and have a match there.
If you wish to write a debut promo then head to the "PRW 24/7" section and go to the "Promo Arena". There is basically the place where you will find an area most similar to an RP fed.
To start up a feud you have to get in contact with another RPer. This can come from friends, if you have any in PRW, or from a random RPer like myself. Organize how you want your feud to be set out with your opponent and share ideas with him. Once it has been set out and you have an admin know what you are doing you can get into action and get your feud going, writing promos or having matches.
To get into our Livewire show you have to sign yourself up in our sign-up topics that will come up maybe a week before the event. You can ask to have a promo, match, really anything you want.
For a PPV match you have to PM an Admin and tell him that you want a match against Wrestler A and what type of match it is. If it all works out you have yourself a PPV match. The easiest way to get on the PPV is to have an active feud and if an admin knows whats happening you will probably be added onto the card anyway.
Tag Teams are basically the same as feuds. If you PM the other person and get it set out with him, you'll have yourself and Tag Team and can register it in it's designated section.
To get onto the contendership lines for our PRW titles you have to have matches for them. To see which title we have go to the bottom of this page (You've probably noticed it by now though). If you click on the title picture it will take you to the Contendership Lines and the Title history. You have to call out the #5 (for normal titles) or the #10 (for the Undisputed). Make a topic much the same as an open challenge and call it #X Contendership for - Title. If the contender doesn't answer in 5 days then the title is yours. If he does then a match is played for it.
This is an important one. When you are doing matches and you post, you have to wait 24 hours before you can post again. If a ref has posted a call then you must wait an extra 24 hours from that time. If an opponent posts a finisher then you MUST wait for a ref's call. If a ref hasn't posted 12 hours after your opponent has you can post again
I know this explanation was long and confusing but I think those are the basic thing you need to know and get you started.
Basically PRW is a place where you can set up anything you want and work your character anyway you want. It combines an RP/promo fed, an Angle dominant thread and a Match dominant fed and meshes it into one.
I hope you have fun here and enjoy

Don't be worried about it, this place is for the most part very, very laid back and friendly. I'd start off checking out the rules thread before you do anything else though.
We all do this for fun as a side hobby, where life obviously comes before PRW (trust me, i'm one of the biggest examples of this... i'm infamous for disappearing for months on end)
I think IQ (Inquisitor) covered your question the best way possible, and for that I've got nothing to add other then-
Welcome, I hope your stay is a pleasant and long one
