Souljah seeing theres no way the ref is going to make the count he lets him drop. Souljah takes a moment to collect his thoughts. He pushes up to his feet and grabs GodFather by the head. However with blood mixed with perspiration GodFather with his last moment of clarity is able to get his hand firmly gripped back around the bat. Souljah not noticing this picks him up in a firemans carry. He drops to one knee but digs in deep and gets back to both feet.

He goes to set him down on his feet on the way down bringing his knee up. Godfather swings the bat as the knee connects with GodFathers face (Tearz-finisher) GodFather's bat connects snapping in two at the handle. Both opponents are left in a heap on the ground as a new ref slides into the ring.
