Marcus Levine, a name that we are sure any member of our audience here at PRW has heard. Marcus Levine has expressed many transgressions with PRW and on more then one occasion has been suspended for breaches of PRW policies. We have recently received word from the lawyers and staff of Marcus Levine, that the wrestler in question has requested what he calls an 'open mic policy.' He has requested that we allow him to speak from the heart, no edits. Marcus Levine has expressed many grievances with PRW and its policies in the past and today has ended no differently. So, Ladies and Gentlemen of PRW, after long consideration from our legal team, and many more complaints from Levine. We, the board of directors of PRW, have decided to allow Levine his open mic and release this video in full.
Below this statement is a video entitled "The problems with hypocrisy."
The video begins with a large warning text: 'This video does not in any way endorse the views and beliefs of the PRW company has a whole. The views expressed within this video are solely those of Marcus Levine and his constituents. Any offense or transgressions shall not be the fault of PRW.'
The screen fades into what seems to be a hand held camera placed onto a table. The camera is picked up and you can hear the rustling has Marcus Levine appears on the screen. He seems to be in a boiler room, and standing next to him is a women not seen before in PRW, Cassie Sykes. Marcus stares into the camera for a few seconds, seeming irritated hand combs through his hair.
Marcus Levine: "You know, there was a time in PRW where I looked around this place, and all I could think was 'wow, how lucky am I that a place like this noticed me.' I used to sit around just soaking it all in, trying to find my way through all of the legends and new guys, try to stand out amongst them all. And in my search to find my own situation. In my search to discover what would set me a part I discovered something.... No matter what I do, I'm still a joke. I can go to any company and I'll still be a joke. And for the longest time I wanted to blame anyone but myself. I wanted to hate anyone but myself. The truth is though, the truth is that I'm treated like a joke for one reason.... I am. "PRW's Magic Trick," I couldn't stand that little nick name. But I feel like now is the time to embrace it: I am Marcus Levine, I am the magic trick, I am a joke, and it's all going to change. Today I stand with my path open, Agustin Gates, you're first. You are my first obstacle, you are the first step in my road to greatness. I am Marcus Levine, I am the Patriarch of Punk, I am the Manic Mauler , I am the monster, and I Stand Now! I am Marcus Levine, and the road ahead of me is long. I have work to do. I am not going to stay this way. I will work, day in, day out, I will fight to prove myself to my fellow competitors and to the fans. I am not gonna make any more excuses. My losses are mine alone. I am Marcus Levine, The Most Undeniable, Unobtainable, Undenied, Unbelievable, Unstoppable Face Factor of Wrestling, I am the future Undisputed Champion. This is where I begin. This is where I Stomp It Out!"
The video fades out slowly, a crown insignia with the words "Stomp it Out" written underneath come onto the screen before the video ends.
