A letter addressing the reality of the situation

"You know, at first it was starting to get boring round here... I mean this time twelve months ago, Alex LeBlanc came out of his ivory tower and put boots on the ground and much like myself, tore his way through the company until it was just me left between him and another statistic to add to his impressive resume.

Much like myself, Alex failed at the first attempt but I was lucky, I was given a second chance to retaliate immediately, once again going through the entire company, past and present and those deemed the future to get back to the final ascent once more, only this time there were three of us up there, two climbing and one hanging on for dear life... Needless to say, I alone remain at the top and that is where I intend to stay.

Alex is doing what I did. He taken the loss and reflected on it, he analysed it, it has made him stronger, as too did Patrick's failure to recapture what he had held. The two men, vying for the right to challenge me now fight, trying to overtake the other on the climb to the top... Only now newer faces are joining the expedition.

Takato Kazama, the X-division champion, an unlikely contender but given how consistent he has been and how the X-Division has now become synonymous with his name has earned the right and I do believe that pretty soon he will be next on the list of challengers.

Sean Aries, a bonafide legend in these parts has thanked me for keeping 'his' throne warm... I'm sorry Sean, but the last name engraved on this throne was Sylvia Wraths... Everyone else has just been keeping it warm for her until she realises that the iPPV scene succeeded without her and the fact she needs to put a lid on the whole Undisputed Championship thing... Why? Because no matter whoever sits at the top, they will always be compared to Wrath whilst the shadow of her reign and her ego is hovering over it.

Caje... A man who has held everything PRW had to offer in the past has surfaced again, saying he plans to finally wrap things up and take the Undisputed title, much like Sean and Alex - adding further to their legacy.

Then there is John Bane, a man who reminds me of myself, a force to be reckoned with and someone who is every bit as dangerous as I can be... The real dark horse in this multi-person expedition.

I have all these actual contenders vying to face me, but the ones who talk loudest are those who are so far away. The ones who make excuses for their own inability to come up with the goods when required.

Jesse Drive, all bark, no bite, a classic example of inadequacy. I gave him the offer of a lifetime, the chance to finally make himself relevant and much to my disappointment, he couldn't even come out, instead retreating to the internet to say he does what he wants... Let me ask you this Drive, if a tree falls in the forest with no one around to hear it, do you still think you can take on the undisputed champion?

See, you're not the only philosophical one.

Sean, Alex, Matt, you gentlemen aren't the only legends round here. You might be legends in the red and black, you were responsible for creating this reality we exist in here in PRW and you guys know that when the fans are crying out for something, whether it be good, bad or just violent, you are the types they turn to... But you forget that whilst this may be useful despite the fact that some of you haven't set foot in a PRW ring for a long time, this isn't your PRW anymore... The days of the likes of you being dominant are long gone.

This is the era of Razer, Takato, Mercer, Bane, Alice Harris, the new wave of talent with a broad spectrum of experience between them. From the battle hardened veterans like myself and Bane to the future leaders of this place like Mercer and Harris... With Takato bridging that gap with stature and experience...

What I am saying is this.... You can all come out of the woodwork, you can all make your statements of intent and I know for the majority most of you can back them up... But somewhere out there, somewhere inside your mind, gnawing away at you is the knowledge that no matter what you do, you know you will never come close to keeping up with this new era.

Talk big, let out a battle cry, raise your banners and rally your fans... Build a great army and try to conquer what you created, try to claim it back...

Because waiting on the battlements with the Undisputed title in hand is the most dominant entity in PRW right now... Waiting to meet you head on with everything you have at your disposal is the one man army, the enforcer, the unpinnable, the man who cannot tap....

Waiting for you at the top of your climb is me... And like Salaman Rushdie said

"Sometimes legends make reality, and become more useful than the facts.

And the fact is this... I am now the legend round here, and this is my reality... You're only here because I allow it..."
