A hooded figure stands with his back to the camera, an overhead light shining down on him so that he's silhouetted and on his white leather jacket is a black Dia De Los Muertos skull, a "Calavera" with all the symbolism and design that one would expect from a Mexican figurine. Softly, the figure talks, long hair glistening in the light, the voice somewhat familiar, but not enough for us to catch immediately.

???: I was asked in early 2013 by a confidant if I had received a call from Ace Andrews yet. The word on the street was that he was looking for bodies for the upcoming Summer Tour of PRW. I was told to tell Andrews that I had been sent, brought forward to the powers that be with a resume and the letter of recommendation of two PRW Hall of Famers, even if those two wouldn't be caught dead in a room with me nowadays...

You hear the sound of a cigarette lighter flicker and seconds later, smoke billows upward, filling the room, the man continuing to speak.

???: Flash forward to August of 2013 and suddenly I'm on a PRW Pay-Per-View, working with one of Matthew Logan's students, one of his protege's. My mentor was nowhere to be found, but there was a buzz in the air, a palpable excitement. It was my big opportunity, my big chance to prove I belonged. A Top Rope Leg Drop later, a terrible finisher if I ever used one, and suddenly I was victorious. I had arrived.

We get a chuckle, and a turn, a slight one, and the hair is down over the face, covering it, but we can see the scruff, and a tell-tale shirt, one of a California Sunset, and slowly the pieces are falling into place.

???: Flash forward again, and I'm battling with a Division I Basketball Player who didn't know how to bump much less wrestle. I take him, I mold him. We win a ham-fisted Tag Tournament to become Number One Contenders and then we win the Tag Titles. We defend them all over, from here to Mexico, we sell out arenas South of the Border and become cultural icons. We transcend the typical Gringo set-backs and we get over. We continue to rise and rise until we plateau and suddenly I see my career sputtering...

The shrouded man pushes his hair back and we see him for the first time. Cameron Locke revealing his face, and looking quite good for his time away.

Cameron: Like a man fully cognizant that this a business and not a fairy-tale, I cut dead weight. I join up with Brandon Belmonte, I continue to defend the titles that I had restored to glory single-handedly, but when I do, I find myself working alone, and fully alone because Brandon Belmonte ended up being an overrated crock-of-shit with a worthless degree from the University of Minnesota. It was a misstep. Admittedly.

Cameron: I end up wrestling in some forced-upon Ladder Match for the titles against the Pseudo-Shield, the Siege or whatever other terrible fucking Steven Segal title was chosen for that godamn stable, and suddenly, PRW tells me that my services are no longer needed, no longer required after I lose said titles and partially tear my Meniscus while working inside their ring. Fun story that.

The bitterness is evident, and while there isn't so much a scowl on the face of the former Tag Champion, there's a hardened, emotionless expression, replacing the snark and pizzazz that made him such a fun character in the beginning.

Cameron: It wasn't enough that they made me sing Dean Martin hits, that they teamed me with talentless rejects, Ace Andrews saw my Workers Compensation claim come across his desk and he fired me on my birthday. I spent that birthday calling every promoter from my past while watching a fucking iPPV where Alex LeBlanc came out of retirement a conquering hero and Joey Nox frolicked in the damn ring. Yeah, I'm bitter.

Cameron: You think they called? You think anybody called? Hell no. The only person that called was Mexico, and while you guys were fan-girling over Gemma Traumaward and how edgy and hip a bull-dyke with an attitude can be, a gimmick that Wrath had done YEARS earlier, I was putting in work. Classic after classic. I tore down Arena Mexico. I tore down Guadalajara. I wrestled matches from Tijuana and Oacaxa to DF and Quintana Roo. I did the damn thing and I elevated myself...without your godamn company or any of your bullshit.

Locke snickers and shakes his head.

Cameron: For a year and a half, maybe a little less, I saw guys come and go. I saw the card change at a whim. I saw top tier dudes fall off the face of the earth. I saw guys return from retirement for a paycheck and a nostalgia pop, and through it all, I was, to borrow a phrase from a motherfucker of the highest order; a constant. I was THAT dude. I was the dude you could count on. Somehow I was the dude you guys shuffled out the door.

Locke sucks his teeth, angrily.

Cameron: Here we are though, April of 2015 and I'm the World Renown Star. I'm the hottest name available in Wrestling, and you're the struggling promotion that can't even fill their fucking roster for Superbattle, their PREMIER event of the year. PRW can't even find 20 fucking bodies for their Battle Royal, and because of that, THEY CAME TO ME, Ladies and Gentlemen.

Cameron: They came to me and I made them pay, for every slight, every ounce of disrespect and for every godamn match I won out of this company. PRW NEEDS ME this time around, not the other way around, and NOTHING...absolutely nothing will make me happier than winning their Battle Royal and sticking it to this company and forcing them to renegotiate once again when I hold their Undisputed Title, kicking the head off of Logan, Andrews, LeBlanc, Slaughter, Wrath, Traumaward and even Nebraska Jones in what will be the Superkick Party to end all Superkick Parties...

Locke laughs to himself

Cameron: I'm back, creeps. I'm back with a brand-new contract that makes Ace Andrews look like a fucking pauper, because I had leverage. Not only that? I'm coming to attack. Come one, come all.

In Cam, You'll Trust.
