Who have you seen play live? Which was your favorite? Who would you like to see again?

For me, I haven't been to too many big name shows, mostly just local bands. I did get to see Voltaire recently, which was pretty awesome. I'm also getting to see Modest Mouse in a month.

I've seen mostly a few local bands, but just a little while ago I got to see Switchfoot with Superchick and a couple others as special guests.

Other than that, I haven't seen too many live shows. And Switchfoot was pretty good, I'd probably definitely go see them again.

I've seen some local bands, and have seen Red Hot Chili Peppers and Gnarls Barkley.

I can honestly say I could go the rest of my life without ever seeing anyone live again. Not that RHCP was bad, just that being around all those people + standing still for two hours cause I don't enjoy breaking my vocal cords or moving a lot = lol f. no.

If everyone would sit the f. down, sure.

Also: I hadn't heard RHCP new shit, and was hoping for some 1990s One Hot Minute and such. Didn't get it. Probably why it sucked more than shit. I got like ... Under The Bridge. Which isn't bad. But not a single Aeroplane or anything.

Edit: I did know the sax player from Bare Naked Ladies and he played a few times in for me via mic. Does that count?

... I didn't enjoy it.

I saw some Christian bands live once because I was made to go to some big concert thing with my youth group. It was alright, I will admit I enjoyed seeing Reliant K live. Aside from that no live shows for me.

If I could see any band live it would be The Hush Sound. Oh how I wish I could see them live, they are kickass.

In order for me to see a band worth mentioning, I would have to go to Detroit.

I would rather not go to Detroit.

the "biggest" band i've seen live would be The Classic Crime.

I've seen a lot of local bands, and i get to know them pretty well so i can get free merch and stuff....

i support a lot of bands "scene" kids would listen to and i've gone to like....3 shows from guys out of state. Ludo, Eye Alaska, The Graduate, The Higher, Dance Gavin Dance, A Skylit Drive, I See Stars, In Fear and Faith, Emarosa, Broadway, Our Last Night, Burden Of A Day...list can go on.

so pretty much i go to a lot of shows. Some ones lined up for me in the fall: Mayday Parade/Set Your Goals/The Academy Is.../The Secret Handshake/You Me At Six, Dance Gavin Dance/Emarosa/Of Mice and Men/Of Machines/Tides of Man, whatever tour Sparks The Rescue goes on.

I've seen Flyleaf, Three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, Seether, Hurt, and somebody else. Can't remember. But they were all pretty good.
