Actually, Duo already established that the woman had multiple vials of the poison, so it was just a feint.

CORRECT:

- Did she poison the handle of the bathroom door?

YES:

- Did she kill him?

- Did the woman have more of the poison on her somewhere, ie, in a pocket, a purse, etc?

- Would the poison, in the same dosage the man had of it, kill the average person?

- Did she manage to get the poison in the man's hands someway?

- Was she having an affair with said victim?

NO:

- Did they find poison in the bathroom and she was the closest one, so they assumed it was her?

- Was the woman employed by the cafe, ie waitress, etc?

- Did she go talk to him while they were in the restaurant?

- Did she kiss him before going into the bathroom?

- Did the woman give the man the poison in a bottle and told him it was hand sanitizer?

- Is the man diabetic?

- Was she wearing gloves?

- Did she shake his hand?

- Was the woman the only one in the cafe, besides the staff?

- Was the woman close to the food, so she could've had a chance to put poison in his food?

- Did the man drive the woman to the cafe and she put the poisen on the steering wheel?

- Was the poison that killed the man either actually some sort of condiment or disguised as one?

- Was this a cafeteria inside a hospital?

- Was the woman dead too?

- Does the poison have other uses other than killing?

- Was the poison disguised as medicine? Like, in a medicine bottle?

- Did she Confess?

- Did he somehow get ahold of the vial of poison?

- Did the woman put it on him during intercourse?

- Did she somehow poison the soap?

- Was the poison in the men's bathroom?

- Was somebody giving out the vials and coincidentally both the man and woman had their own, with the woman not using hers yet?

-Did the cops catch her wiping the handle?

Ooooooh.

So like bathroom seats are normally the smoking areas, but the woman's table's ashtray was completely unused. For her to just sit there with the fumes of cigarretes and not be bothered by the pollution at all would of course make her suspicious!

Er... was that right?

Yay, Ok I'm going to pull one from the past here....

"During a party at the library, the librarian passed out from being overworked. Her assistant then carried her to her office where she could rest in peace.

The next morning, the librarian was found dead, hung in her office next to her favorite book shelf. Blood on the floor could be seen from a recently gained cut on the librarian's lower left leg. After taking down the body, the autopsy reported the death to have occured only 2 hours ago.

After a quick survey of the death scene, the police determined that the death was defintely not suicidal. What evidence lead them to this conclusion?"

Nope no chair. There was nothing around her death area to jump off of. Er... do I give 5 points if they guess a correct fact?

Correct:
-There was nothing around for the victim to jump off of.

Incorrect:

Does the fact that her assistanct carried her to her office to "rest in peace" have to do with the death?
Did the librarian drink to much?
WHY WOULD THERE BE A PARTY AT A LIBRARY?

Hoi hoi Maple-kun! Slow down a bit! Let's see... to answer all questions:
-No poison was found.
-The assistant was involved in her death.
-The librarian did drink too much, which is kinda why she needed to be "carried" to her room/office
-And parties do happen in libraries! Not rave-like parties, but parties! I know cause I've been to some!

So to put in the columns:

"During a party at the library, the librarian passed out from being overworked. Her assistant then carried her to her office where she could rest in peace.

The next morning, the librarian was found dead, hung in her office next to her favorite book shelf. Blood on the floor could be seen from a recently gained cut on the librarian's lower left leg. After taking down the body, the autopsy reported the death to have occured only 2 hours ago.

Let's see...
-The bookshelf was involved.
-The bookshelf was not knocked over.
