Yes, so Weird Al's new album "Straight Outta Lynwood" comes out in late September. The big single he made for this CD is called "Don't Download this Song." You can find it at http://www.dontdownloadthissong.com and see the music video too. The song "You're Pitiful" won't be on the CD due to some complications, but he's distributing it online (Link to news post, as well as the song)

Al is great. Probably one of the best American artists out there. I only have a few albums by him ("Dare to be Stupid," "Greatest Hits Vol. II," and "Poodle Hat") but I'm going to have to go out and get some more, especially "Running with Scissors," since that has some of my favorite songs ever by him on it.

Right, so who else loves him?

The first song of his I heard was "Hardware Store." That one's hilarious. I think I saw an episode of his tv show once, too.

but even in death the righteous have a refuge.

Meh, my first song was "Albuquerque". I loved it so, that I did. XD Damn long song, but it was eleven minutes of insanity and hilarity, that it was.

Found one of his older albums on sale at Wal-Mart today ("Alapalooza") and bought it.

Bohemian Polka. Best cover song EVER.

Weird Al is one of my favorite artists- he's a genius. Amazing. ^^

I first heard/saw him in a concert on TV, and I heard a lot of his songs there. I don't have any of his CDs, but I plan on getting the songs somehow. ^^;;

The first song I heard was Yoda. Lol, they're all great, but his older ones are the best.

Al is awesome super cool! The first song Kanthia heard by him would probably have to be Polkamon or Bohemian Polka (which really and truly rules), though she'll always have a soft spot for That's Your Horoscope For Today and Hardware Store ^0^;;

I randomly went to listen to You're Pitiful. Loved it. I should look for more stuff from him.

A few days ago I bought his new album, "Straight Outta Lynwood." Aside from "White and Nersy" and "Don't Download this Song," which everyone should've heard by now, the two standout songs are "Canadian Idiot" and "Weasel Stomping Day."

Oh, and you know how "Alberquerque" was about eleven minutes long? Yeah, he made a song that comes close to beating that. "Trapped in the Drive-Thru" is a parody of R. Kelly's "Trapped in the Closet," and if you've ever had the misfortune to listen to the whole thing like I have, you'd know why this parody is so great.

The album is also in DualDisc format, meaning that one side's a CD, and the other's a DVD, with videos on it. The videos are done by everyone from Robot Chicken to the creator of Ren and Stimpy. "Weasel Stomping Day" unquestionably has the best one.

The first Wierd Al I ever heard was "Truck Drivin' Song" and my mom made my brother turn it off, but we were both rolling around laughing our asses off.

In addition, "You don't love me anymore is great." ("Well if you don't mind my askin' what's this poisonous cooobra, doin' in my under wear drawwwwwer...")

My first Weird Al song was "I'll Sue ya", but his better ones were 'Albuqurque', 'Virus Alert', 'Amish Paradise', and 'You're Pitiful'
