Cool. I'll just come in waterlogged and bewildered. XP Oh btw as to language...I just thought of that this morning/yesterday night...Berehad knows Japanese because he met a Japanese stowaway (formerly a slave) on board ship and learned the language from him...but unfortunately, everyone was killed in the storm, and so on and so forth. Right. Just wanted to make sure there were no questions there ^^ Tor-chan |

Read, read, read, read, read. Of course you must learn English grammar...but reading, endless general reading, is the only way to develop the sense of rhythm and language which enables a writer to 'hear' good prose inside his or her head. and write it down...reading is more important than writing...Although I write for television, I feel passionately that children should watch it very seldom;... and instead read a book. -Susan Cooper

Tokubi Now that I think about it I don't want to do a sub plot... my idea just didn't seem to work. So now there isn't going to be one sorry for the delay. |

Dangit, I should've posted this ages ago... I've also thought up a theme for Ryuusei-- Gentle Twilight (although my MP3 Player spells it Gentile O_o?), from the .hack//SIGN OST (All my characters' themes come from that, for some reason o_O) |

^____^ That's cool...but I'm not really making themes for the characters or anything...so...I don't see the point kinda. Anyway, since I'm posting, I'm going to let you guys know that I will start the RP soon(hopefully sometime this week, though I've been dreadfully busy). Kanthia will join in later on(but hopefully not too late or I'll have to just put the RP in "pause" mode for a while if it's goes too fast. We really can't get too far without Kanthia since her characters are involved(though not directly) with the first fight). So, just letting you guys know in advance. Saiyako and Redpirate, please make sure you read the profiles for Akama and Ruoko I posted earlier in the thread. I know they will help your playing of them in-character. |

I did read Akama's profile when you first posted it... I've just gone back and reread it now. Thanks for that... And if I do screw up on anything, just point it out to me and I can edit it. |

I've felt this way before. The world goes deafeningly silent. I hear my heartbeat thundering in my ears. This must truly be... the brink of death. I hear it. The breath of his steel. A katana follows will... All that's left... is to see if I truly have the power to cut steel.

Hoihoihoi! Super late, and Kanthia is super sorry, but here it is~ x x x Name: Keiji Age: 23 Gender: Male Likes: Sour foods like umeboshi, quiet forests, little trinkets like figurines in the shape of animals like turtles, turtles, the sun, ‘justice’ Dislikes: Sweet foods (and sugar in general), ‘evil’, people who try to come in between him and his brother, people who talk about death like it’s something funny Physical Weaknesses: Keiji’s not very strong. He’s somewhat frail for a man and really has no idea what his limits are- pushing himself to the limits of his abilities even for the most trivial of tasks, just because he feels as though every little thing deserves honour or that he has something to prove. He’s also a little too attached to his brother, and if anything were to happen to him Keiji would he ready to give up his life. Physical Strengths: The opposite of his brother, Keiji is a quick little devil. He is a skilled alchemist; able to aid his allies in battle with explosives, smoke bombs, poisons and all of those funky little things. His ability with the sword is passable but deadly in combination with his alchemy and brother. Weapon: Keiji’s weapon is a fearsome sword given to him by his father called the Koudou. It’s a thin, light blade that is well-balanced and perfect for finishing the job quickly. Physical Description: Keiji is about five feet eleven inches and somewhat lanky. He has skin obviously slightly tanned from too much sun and can become quite pale in the colder months of the year. His nose is rounded and her lips are small but his smile is wide and his chin is quite strongly built with a short goatee, kind of like Sanji’s. He has deep grey eyes and black hair cut somewhat short so that it keeps close to his head but manages to spike out in an unruly but fitting way. He weighs in at 152 pounds and prefers to wear loose-fitting black clothes to serve more as protection than fashion. These black underclothes, commonly long pants over soft shoes and a shirt with a trenchcoat are always covered in acid green belts and shoulderbelts carrying various potions and explosives. His pants are also filled with pockets- Keiji has a little skill in pick pocketing and it comes in handy from time to time. Personality: Keiji is usually cheerful and quite competent but sometimes a little dim. He has a very clouded sense of justice- he’s been almost brainwashed into believing that his father’s side is the side of ‘good’, and whatever groups are working against them are therefore evil. This is probably because of his upbringing and his lack of being able to understand the other side. He doesn’t capitulate easy to the needs of others (especially when food is involved- he has a very strange taste in food) but is always willing to do exactly what his younger brother, Daiki, wants to do- which is dangerous considering the other man’s penchant for losing his temper and thinking short-sighted. x x x Name: Daiki Age: 21 Gender: Male Likes: Training, lifting weights, eating anything, rain, being better than everyone at everything, showing off for other guys, protecting Keiji, doing things, sweet foods Dislikes: Sitting around, weak people, people who act like they’re all good and he’s all evil, the hot sun, school and having to remember things, dirt between his toes, sour foods Physical Weaknesses: Daiki is not extremely intelligent and hates advance tactics. He prefers to rush headlong into any engagement with his ego to guide him. He’s on the slow side because of his size and is not very good at defending himself, since he’s always to focused on chopping or slicing whatever’s in front of him. Physical Strengths: When he manages to connect with his opponent the message is conveyed that Daiki is very physically strong. He fits the image of a hired goon well with his size but has an admirable amount of skill and enough speed to dispatch of most cannon fodder. Weapon: Daiki carries a large, heavy battleaxe strapped to his back. It is red in colour and the blade is, on close inspection, damaged with the force he puts into his blow. It’s perfect for smashing ribs and cracking skulls, or whatever Dai feels like doing. Physical Description: Daiki is a giant, the opposite of his much smaller twin. He stands at six feet four inches and almost 200 pounds, being quite muscular with broad shoulders balancing an even waist. His skin is darkly tanned from hours outside training and the heat haze he often gets has caused his dislike of the sun. He has a broad nose and mouth like his brother and the prominent chin that runs rampant in the family. His eyes are grey and his hair black, cut shorter than Keiji’s so that it just covers his skull. He prefers to wear clothes in black and red, a trench coat over an undershirt always left open but held together at its bottom by a belt holding nothing particularly useful. When he’s trying to look menacing, Dai will hook his fingers in it. The coat can snap together with small red clasps but he’d never do that. Finally, he wears simple brown leather pants and tall black boots because he hates getting dirt in his toes. It takes forever to get out. Personality: Unlike his brother, Daiki can be arrogant and cruel. He has an ego complex from here to the moon and the skills to back it up…most of the time. The only person he’s ever lost to since he can remember is his older brother, whom he keeps a running record of wins and losses with. He enjoys being able to through his weight around and can convince Keiji to do almost anything with him as long as he ties it into ‘justice’. Basically, a brash, arrogant young man whom you wouldn’t want to get in the way of. x x :q Writing sample: Keiji took a deep breath and carefully lit his iron training sword in a practiced stance. Across the field, his brother licked a bead of sweat that had dripped down his cheek- the sun beat down on both of them, wonderfully bright and clean. Daiki shifted his worn practice axe and squinted his eyes. "'Gonna beat you today, Kei," he said, mussing his hair with his free hand. "What's the score, anyways?" "Fifty-one to fifty in your favour, I do believe," Keiji said with a smirk. The sun laughed gently, irking Daiki in a minor key. "Shut up! Take it more seriously!" Lowering his axe, Daiki pushed off with both feet in a flying run towards his smaller brother. Just as Keiji pulled into a parry that had worked too many times, Dai showed an uncommon flash of insight and quickly shifted his weight backwards. With the change in timing came a change of pace. Daiki spun on his back foot, using the weight of his weapon to slam his older brother to the ground and crudely pinned him under his weight. "See," he said, laughing and lowering his head, "I've wo-" In the moment of talking, he had let his concentration falter just long enough for Keiji to loose a smoke bomb underneath them. In the confusion that followed the smaller man slipped out and pulled the sword around his now kneeling brothers' throat. "I do believe that ties it," Keiji said with a laugh. "You remember the bet, I hope." Daiki groaned. "Can we get the umeboshi without maiyonnaise this time?" x x x ~Kanthia |

Hmm... I can tell Kikan won't like Keiji very much. BTW Tokubi I was wondering if I could create another character. I didn't want to before, because If i had 2 characters and you had to play as them when I'm not here then you would be slightly annoyed (probibly) & I didn't want to push you, but since my mom is moving up here. I can play as my character(s) and you won't have to be either of them. Thus not being as annoyed (if you are) than before. |

Kanthia: They're both awesome, but of course, we never get anything less than Sugoi from our Kanthia. I really really like both of their personalities(and how the both have a bit of a brother complex ;) ). I can't wait to see you play them. Their clothes are just a little bit too modern for the setting, but if you think about it the right way, they are just fine. Now we can start as soon as Redpirate is available! *hugs* Sorcina: Yah, I PMed you. |

Now that I think about it I need to make 2 characters instead of one. The female is just going to be there for a little bit. Then the Male goes off and ends up with the others. Is that okay? |

It's not going to change the RPG very much. When my 2 new characters are walking the find Toromwe-san's character & nurse him to heath. Blah blah... My Male character Decides to travel with Toromwe-san's character & then they find the group. So on so forth. |
