By my calculation, I think every one has heard they story, if not, than please go to the GAME IDEAS RedPirate is Edward, and I'm Alphonse, so I'm sorry for anybody who wanted to be one of them, but can't. If you feel like you don't want to be one of the many people trying Transmutation Alchemy, than it's okay, but you must be in the room when all of this happens. If you are a character trying Transmutation Alchemy, than please, do not make yourself have something like a leg made out of food <_< , it would be great if you could use something like glass, metal, e.t.c., so that is all of the things I think covered up, the rules. 1. No over powering yourself 2. Swearing is allowed, but people who swear at other people will get four chances, I expect that DigitalDreamer will help me on how to tell if some one is doing a bad job in the role play, I hope. 3. I will check to see if your character is RP material, so you get 5 chances. 4. No God Playing. 5. You can only play three people. 6. Use Spell check. Okay, how to join. Name: Age: Ability (if they want to do Transmutation, if not than no): Weapon (Only if you didn't do Transmutation): Look (Image fine): Personality: History: Writing Sample: Okay, here's mine. Name: Lina Age: 14 Ability: Glass Alchemist Weapon: Non. Look:  Personality: She is very friendly, but when she gets mad, she can be the worst person to bug at any time. She always feels that when she tries something that involves magic she always hates to join, and she is always pressured into doing it, because she is weaker than her friends. History: Her parents aren't dead, it's just they are on vacation in a town very, very, very far away, so she has the house to herself. She is always pressured into doing things dangerous, and when no was an answer is for her, her friends always drag her in to the problem, literally. She was never prepared for the sacrifice she was going to make, and she never wanted to try Transmutation Alchemy. Writing Sample: Her friends forced her, she was never prepared for the change. Ya, she missed Jacob, but she knew this "Transmutation Alchemy" was a bad idea to use, she just knew it. But, she couldn't beat them, so she had to join. They all looked at each other, she gave a big gulp, and then place her hands on the ground at the same time as her friends. The artwork done on the ground started to glow, and then a golden light flashed. She could feel Jacob coming back, maybe she was wrong about the idea, but she wasn't right. The color changed to a dark redish-purple color, her friends looked at each other in fear. She looked around, hoping nothing bad was going to happen. She then heard a scream, she saw Janet, her leg and arm was slowly changing, she started to get up, when she fell over, and saw that to, her legs and arms were changing as well. They all gave a big shriek, and as all of this was happening, Al heard this at a mile away. "Ed! Let's go, some people are in trouble!" he yelled running right to the old field house. Name:Ziran Age:14 Ability :Metal Battle Alchemist Weapon :None Look :Click!Automail arms and legs(that's why he's the mtal battle Alchemist, when he punches/kickes in battle, the punch/kick is metal!). Personality:The type that can be horribly serious when something is wrong, or very laid back in regular situations. Has a short temper and will be very mad if you mistaken him for an adult. History:Born from a family of incredibly tall and serious peope, he wanted to escape that before he became like his family members, so he did just that. He once had a smaller brother, but he died when he was only five. He thought that if they could pull off brining back their friend Jacob, then he could bring back his brother. He was never ready for what happened on that night..... Writing Sample: He hoped this had worked. He was hoping that he could bring back Jacob so he could bring back his brother. He believed they could do it, but as soon as he and his friends slammed their hands down, a gold flow came from transmutation circle. Then everything went wrong. "Guys...I don't think this is right..."He said looking around then he looked at his arm. It was slowly disappearing. So was his legs and other arm. "Guys, help! Please help! No stop!" He yelled, then he fell down. He couldn't see, he was loosing conciousness. He couldn't do it. He couldn't do this, so he couldn't bring back his brother. "Well, at least I'll get to see him now..."He whispered as he lost conciousness. Sooooo.......... |

Fullmetal Alchemist RULZ! How dare you be Alphonse :angry: ! He's my favorite character! I'll make one up Name: Reggie Age: 13 Ability: Elemental Alchemist (Currently: Earth, Fire, Water, Ice and Lightning. Wind comes later) Weapon: A lighter(fire), A water bottle with a transmutaion circle(water and ice), A pair of gloves one rubber one fur(Lightning). A spear. Look: Black hair in dreadlocks. Brown skin, Brown eyes, tall, white torn up T-shirt and a black torn up jacket, blue sweat pants. A transmutaion circle on hands(earth). Always has a aomething in his mouth like a toothpick, a straw or a lollipop. Personality: Loner. Joker. Surviver. Sarcastic. Improvisor. Sees the down side to most situations. Likes planning stuff. Helps when needed. When needed, asks for help, he asks. History: Once a happy, cheerful, jolly kid, Reggie lived a happy life with his Mom and dad. His entire family was made up of alchemists. One day, they were killed by an anti-alchemy extremist. Reggie was torn apart and lived alone after that. He never wanted to get too close to people but he had friends nonetheless, but remained distant. He was a scavenger, a survivor. He lived off the surrounding environment and hunted in order to live. That was when he was 8 years old. He remains to live like this to this very day, brushing up on the one thing that mad him feel close to his family, Elemental Alchemy. His dad was a flame and earth alchemist and his mom was a water and wind alchemist. Reggie never bothered brinig his parents back even though he longed to do so. He knew human transmutaion wa highly dangerous and restriced so he scrapped the idea with a great sadness. Writing Sample: Reggie stood in the fields alone. He wondered what everybody was up to. he just happened to be friends with the local alchemists who, to his surprise, where his age. He noticed Janet, Ziran and Lina enter an old field house. Being the animalistic person he was, His sixth sense wasn't likeing what was about to happen. "Something is not right..." Reggie whispered as he squinted his eyes and romed the toothpick from his mouth and put it back. He sensed alchemy was about to be preformed. He sighed and scratched his head. Alchemy didn;t seem so bad. It's not a bad thing. But he knew they where doing something dangerous so he just watched. A little later, there was a large glow of golden light. He squinted his eyes more at the blinding light. Then he heard screams. He panicked. He started swaeting like crazy and pulling his dreads. "Oh crude! What did those freakin's idiots do?" Reggie quickly ran to the cabin. he passed a big dude in armor and a short blonde guy. regie snsed was a bodiless but he didn't care at the moment. the shorty and the armor were running in the same direvtion as he was. reggie panted as he tore the door open, but the results he would find would be fearful and unexpected. Reggie didn't think he would find such horror..... |

AC Drawings- I love everything, and I am actully glad we got a person who isn't going to try Transmutation Alchemy, but your character is over powered. I mean, one, he can't have both, a weapon and Alchemy, like, you can change an item like a lamp post into a weapon, but you can't own one. Second, you typically have all the elements in one, and to tell you the truth, I don't think you could have all of the elements at a young age. So you might need to pick a element, and say he is still trying to learn more. To help, Ice and Water are together, and so is Lighting and Wind. So if you only change those, your in. :ph43r: |

Ooh, cool! Kanthia would be Winry, only there's no spot for Winry (t-t) so she'll make a fanmade character. Name: Kiri (but it'd be nice if you called her 'Kir') Age: 16 Ability (if they want to do Transmutation, if not than no): Kiri has no alchemial ability. She's pretty apt at fixing things and building things, and she knows a little about automail crafting. Weapon (Only if you didn't do Transmutation): Having a natural apathy for anything that goes boom, Kiri uses what she can- she carries a pistol on both hips and is the kind of person who'd strip a gun off a sleeping person just in case. She also has a weird contraption set up in both arms: basically, cardboard tubes with springs in them. When she claps her hands together (and pretends to do Alchemy), small blades locked and loaded on the springs snap out so that they protrude a couple of inches from her balled fist for extra poking ability. But she's best with guns. Look (Image fine): Will post later, when Kanthia gets home from vacation~ Personality: Kiri's a pretty happy person. She's a little laid back, a little hyper at times and mostly realistic. Think Portgas D. Ace, but she can get worked up about situations and has a bit of a motherly instinct when things go wrong- the kind who asks 'are you okay?' while preforming CPR. This can get annoying at times. History: Kiri comes from a family of mechanics. Her father was a sniper in the Ishabal War and her mother was a medic; both came back alive but her father lost his right leg in a landmine incident and wears a wooden one. She works as the clerk in their miscellanious repairs shop and sometimes does repairs of her own, and when they get time off her father gets her to practice sniping in the backyard where they have some targets set up. She's been brought up to inherit the shop when she grows up, and other than occasionally having to replace her dad's leg she's had a normal childhood- pranks, getting in trouble, occasionally trying to sneak out of town. Writing Sample: The day was hot, humid and boring. The perfect kind of day for either nothing or something horrible to happen. It seemed as though it would end up being the former. Her dad was inside resting; his quadriceps in his right leg were always strained from supporting that half of his body on the old, rickety leg he had never gotten rid of. Mom was probably applying salve to it or ringing up orders she'd have to look after when she was done with sniping practice. Pulling out both her pistols, she fired at fifty paces. The right one hit the bulls-eye, but was a little to the right of the extreme centre. The left one was in the ring outside bulls-eye. Her family had a weaker left than right side- she'd have to work on that, or Dad would be mad. Suddenly, she could hear screams. Faint screams, but screams nonetheless, and from people she knew. Jacob. She threw down her pistols, almost firing the left one at her foot (which would have been painful) and took off at a run for the source of the sound. Her mom came out of the back door of the store, yelling something about fixing some old lady's proesthetic hand, and she yelled back that she was going to go her friends' house. Almost tripping over a low fence, she ignored the reply to be back in time for dinner. -- Kanthia would do more, but it seems like she's starting to role play, so when we start she might use it as her opening post ^-^; ~Kanthia |

Yeah, I decided to make another person. May finish the rest of it tomorrow though... Name:Kilona Age:13 Ability :Automail fixer Weapon :A barbed wooden spear and her trusty tools. Look :Click! She isn't a cat! She's human! Personality:Goofy and silly. Very carefree and laid back. History:She was always a silly kid. She would do crazy things like dace, sing silly songs, in other words, make people laugh and smile. She never knew her father and when her mother died, she was alone. Luckily for her, her mother was an automial mechanic and she was very skilled at making automail legs, arms, etc. She ran the shop her self and made enough money to make a living. She befriended Ziran at a very young age. Ever since they were practicly always together. Writing Sample: "I really don't think this is a good idea Ziran. You saw what the books said, it's forbidden. why should we do it if it's forbidden?" She asked Ziran. He just made a gesture to stand over by the wall so she wouldn't get caught in the transmutation. Suddenly, after everything had been going good, everything went bad. She screamed Ziran's name over and over. When the smoke cleared and she saw him with no legs or arms, she fainted. |

Okay, I'll join at some point tonight or tomorrow, but I need to post in the Iregulars thread, and I also need to know a few things. 1. At what point in the series does this RP take place? 2. Can I play as a Hommonculus? (If you've been through most of the series, you should know what I'm getting at here, because it's going to happen at some point.) 3. Can I only have my character lose his hands and feet, if I can't play as a Hommunculus? It would tie into his ability, and it wouldn't work quite the same if he had (Chuckle Chuckle) Full Metal limbs. Oh, and I thought Transmutation was just the name for the general act of alchemy. Working like a summary for the three stages (Destruction, Organization, and Reconstitution, I believe). And that the alchemy that Ed, Teacher, and anybody else who has tried Human Transmutation uses didn't really have a name. (Every time I've referred to it, I've called it "Clap-On" Alchemy.) Anyway, I'll make up the Bio for my character right after I've posted in the Iregulars thread. |
