No matter what happens, promise to always to be together, and be friends, for ever. Monkey. D. Luffy Mikiko arrived at the old house, she lived far from the city. She had already checked the house, and cleaned it from head to toe. It was perfect, she just knew it. She walked in, the walls gleamed with gold, she loved the color, and glad it was washed and repainted. She headed further into the house, looking for the fridge. She found the kitchen, the counters made out of pure Silver. She looked to her left, and saw four fridges, perfectly stocked. "AHHHH! I have four fridges! YAY!" she shouted, jumping up and down. She couldn't wait to see who would come, and hoped that people living with her would come soon. Tag to people living in Mikiko's house. :ph43r: |

"Do I really have too Zankia? I don't know, just let me get money for my own place to stay! I don't want to trouble you! I just said I wanted to see where you were going to live, not live there!" Kirayal whined. She was being dragged on the ground on her behind. Zankia had a hold of her tail and was dragging her. "Nope! My friend will not live on the street! There are some dirty people there and you shouldn't be confuzzled to be with them!" Zankia said her ears twitching every few seconds. "It'll be fun! We'll go to work at the same time and school at the same time-" "We already go to work and school at the same time you crazy kitten! Now let go of me tail you cat!" She said jumping up and snatching her tail out of Zankia's grasp. "I can walk just fine thank you!" she said walking up next to her, her tail slowly swishing. Though she didn't want to admit it, she actually wanted to live with Zankia. The only thing that had kept her company before were the alley dwellers and couldn't keep themselves groomed if their lives depended on it. "Here we are! This will be your AND my new home! Hello! Anyone here! Two new people waitin' to meet ya!" Zankia yelled as high as her cute ittle voice would let her as she threw open the door. Tag to anyone in the house!

"Oh, I thought they said I would have friends that were fish, not cats" She thought to herself, afraid they would try to make a slamon al' la' Cassorel out of her for Lunch. "Ohh, so you're a fish?" Zankia asked walking up to the strange girl. Kirayal came out of no where and whacked her on the head. "Ouch! What was that for!" Zankia yelled, rubbing her head with tears coming from her eyes. "You're so rude! You can't just call her a fish dimwit! I swear." Kirayal said shaking her head at Zankia. Then she remembered something, the girl was still there and she hadn't introduced herself. "Hi, my name is Kirayal. As you can see I'm am a cat human like my friend here, but unlike her I struck the cat half and she got the human half." She said curtsying(SP?) low, her tail sweeping around her in a graceful circle. "And this is-" "I'll introduce myself thankies! Hello, my name is Zankia. Please not the furry ears and tail," She said swishing her own tail, "Sorry I called you a fish. Meant no harm really, I just never seen someone like you. I thought there were only cat and dog people!" She added, then bowed very low with her tail also sweeping in front of her. "So your the owner of this great place? Wow. I have permission from you to live here, but I want to know if my friend can live here too. She lives on the streets and I don't like her being out there really." Zankia said, walking around and looking at the room they were in. Then she thought of something, most people thought this: cat + fish= a cat having a fish dinner. "Oh, and no worries. We're complete animal lovers, never eaten a live animal in our lives, never killed one either. We work at the Animaniacs shelter. I'd say the only meat we've ever eaten is...beef, pork, and chicken. Never fish, we just can't stand the smell of cooked fish and most certainly won't eat it raw!" Zankia said with a grin while putting her arm around Kirayal's shoulder. "So may she stay, or are you expecting even more people?" Tag to Mikiko. |

"Hm? What was that?" Zankia asked, turning her head to the door. She smelt a smell she knew from the shelter. "I'll get it!" Kirayal yelled as she quickly ran to the door. SHe opened it and in poured a bunch of cats. She recognized them though. "Zankia! Did you forget to close the cat cages and the shelter door again!?" She yelled as she tried to round up the cats. "Maybe! I don't know! Kifu, get over here! Gera, you get over here too!" Zankia yelled chasing a pair of tiger striped kittens. "This is like th tenth time, and the boss said you've done it before!" Kirayal yelled as she chased three cats called Kiyop, Nirum, and Zeron. "No! Don't go after Mikiko!" They both yelled as a horde of kittens and cats ran towards Mikiko. Tag to Mikiko. |

Monkey D. Luffy was not the type to act morose. He seemed to only have two settings, those two settings being like a hyperactive puppy or one that had just been kicked. On occasion he was rumored to have a thoughtful side as well, but really, thinking was overrated. Lately, however, he found himself in the "kicked puppy" mode all the time...it was rather depressing really. It was only around four o' clock and he was bored out of his mind. As he had been hungry after school he had wandered home only to find that once again he had no food...he really needed to get some, he should use some of that check Ace had sent him for this month. So,deciding to use that as an excuse for an adventure the boy had wandered off to the supermarket. Unfortunately, nothing really exciting happened, and eventually the people there apparently got sick of him, shoved his assortment of meat and sugar products into a bag, and kicked him out the door. Well, now he was home again and he was bored out of his skull. The seventeen-year old let out a loud sigh as he lay halfway upon the beat-up sofa in the living room area of his small apartment. The apartment didn't have much, just a beat up sofa, a plush green arm chair (which everyone hated, particularly his landlord, who kept on spouting off rants about how The Chair was evil and was going to swallow him whole one day) and a few beanbags. His kitchen took up the other half of the room and really wasn't all that bad, though it made Luffy sad becasuse there wasn't much in it. A few photo's of him and his brother Ace adorned the metal refridgerator, as well as a few drawings and a magnet dry-erase board which had a drawing of a little ship in the sea scrawled upon it. Down the hallway was a small bathroom, as well as his room and a currently empty room where Ace used to say. Luffy sighed. The apartment may have been small, but it seemed so big and lonely now that Ace had left for college... But that was why he had made the "Roommate Wanted" ad in the paper! No one took the ad for the longest time, but finally this one guy did as he claimed to have no other options. ...The boy wasn't entirely sure why, but those few days ago when he had gotten the call from the person that would become his new roommate, he felt as if a great big hole in his heart had begun to be filled. He never really was sure why. As long as he could remember, he had felt it...as if something was missing, as if his heart wasn't even entirely there. Every time he went to the beach, he'd feel it...that tug at his heart, as if it were beckoning him to some far away place, to fill that hole. Sure, he made friends at his new school when he and Ace moved here, they had all been great... But something was missing. And he wasn't entirely sure what, but he knew it was something big. That hole just liked making itself known at the most random times. "Oh, you hush up." Luffy mumbled to the hole as he lay there, his legs upon the couch while his head was on the floor. His legs stuck up in the air and he twirled his feet idly, watching as the loose, floppy red sock with a hole in it sort of flopped with the whirring of the ceiling fan above him. "Boooring..." He muttered, rolling backwards off of the couch and sitting up. "When's that new guy coming...Zoro, was it?" He glanced at the flashing red numbers on his DVD player, watching as they changed from 4:00 to 4:01. "He was supposed to be here..." The boy pouted, then shook his head and stood, an idea suddenly coming to him. "I know! I'll listen to music!" He chirped, rushing over to the stereo and turning it on. Loud music immediately filled the room, lifting Luffy's spirits. A grin came to his face as the music played and he spun around the small room to the beat. When the singer began to sing, he joined in. He could only remember the chorus, but that was okay. "Hora CATCH YOU CATCH YOU CATCH ME CATCH ME matte~!" Monkey D. Luffy never stayed sad for long. --- Pong to Zoro, I'm assuming...gah, I hope this turned out alright... |

Nico Usopp rubbed his head as he whittled at a small piece of wood. He smiled a bit at the tiny woman he was creating. She was wonderful, and was getting excited about adding her to his collection of figurines he had been making. Someday, he'd have a whole one hundred, and then he'd mass produce them and get hundreds of thousands of dollars! Then he wouldn't have to worry about working too much, like his sister. He sighed after thinking about his sister, Nico Robin. She had taken care of her younger brother after the two of them were orphaned. She was a powerful executive at a rather large lumber company, and she raked in lots of money. The two lived in a rather large condominium, with two and a half bathrooms! Also, the third bedroom was converted into his study room, which he never used. His sister was rather... intent on him being studious. Fah, studying... "Finished!" Usopp said, smiling. He looked at the figurine, and hopped off of the backside of the couch in the main room. He walked over to his room, which was decorated with various Pirate Harpoon (Pen and Paper) RPG posters. He placed his figurine next to the other seventeen figurines, and placed his hands on his hips. It looked perfect! "Next..." He cocked his head to the side, and raised his thumb up to make sure he knew just what it was he needed... "A Gunman! That sounds perfect!" Whirling around, he rushed from his room, intent on picking up another plank of driftwood on the beach that the condo was overlooking, but stopped short when he noticed his sister was inside now. She was home... early... "What a day," Robin said, smiling slightly as she placed her hat on the hatrack next to the doorway, "But today was a great day! Usopp, have you finished up your homework today?" She was about to smile at her brother's direction, but she noticed his guilty face, not to mention he was covered in wood shavings. Sighing, she ushered the boy off to the Study Room, "Hurry up, I'm making dinner. Sloppy Joes again." Usopp sighed. It was ALWAYS Sloppy Joes at their house for dinner... --- I'm not going to be posting much. Christy's busy, so I'll probably interact during school and public outings. So sorry everyone, but that's that! Hope the intro stuff was okay. Yay! *rushes off* |

Sindell was feeling unhappy ever since her family died she was always depressed when she was alone. She looked around hoping no-one was seeing her cry then she looked at her hands the where bleeding because of how many times she had punched the walls with her knuckles shouting at the sky hoping her parents could hear her. She didn’t want her nakama to see her nether. Sindell then climbed a tree hoping no-one would see her to sleep because she was too warm and needed some shade. Sindell felt sick with depression and then growled and then her skin turned brownish-green and a tail was beginning to form and she began and she was being to get scales all-around her skin she was know Half-Komodo-dragon and she roared in anger and also thrashing her tail in the wind. |

This was the place. He was sure of that now. Mind you, he'd thought he'd been sure of the last three places he tried that had turned out to be wrong, but this time he was definitely certain. (It wasn't as though he had a bad sense of direction or anything... buildings just kept moving when he wasn't looking. Kuina had always laughed at that theory, but he'd just figured she was in on it.) He wasn't even certain why he was doing this - yes, he'd had nowhere else to go after his two best friends had gotten nervous about him crashing on their couch, but people did manage to survive on the street, and the guy's ad hadn't exactly been one to inspire Roronoa Zoro's - or anyone's - confidence in his sanity. It was only pure luck that he'd found the ad in the first place. He'd arrived at school early and found Yosaku and Johnny laughing over something they'd found in the paper. At his questioning look, they'd started reading bits of the ad out to him. It was... the best word Zoro could find to describe it was "ridiculous". The worst was "scary". He certainly wouldn't have considered it anything more than a joke if Johnny hadn't finished up with, "And get this! The guy calls himself... Monkey D Luffy!" "Luffy?" Zoro grabbed the paper, poring over the ad as the other two fell over laughing. He didn't know why that name had grabbed his attention, or why he didn't feel like making fun of the guy anymore... or why he suddenly felt like a drowning man who'd just been thrown a rope. He'd called Luffy the same day, and somehow, over Johnny and Yosaku's protests, that had led to him standing outside the boy's door, being deafened by some anime theme. This was it. Last chance to back out. And there was no way Zoro was gonna take it. Taking a deep breath, he knocked at the door. Pong to Luffy. |

Mikiko jumped up onto a chair, amnd waited. "Get them away! Get them away!" mikiko yelled. "And don't think you can kepp them as pets, I'm having a huge aquarium of fish come in... as pets and I don't want some cats eating them" she said. On jumped up and bit her tail. Nami rubbed absentmindedly at her head. She was sick of this- sick of the dirt, of the grime, of the lies. Sick of the shower that was never scrubbed for mildew. Sick of the constant smell of ciggarette smoke. Sick of coming home from school to broken beer bottles on the floor. Ever since her older sister Nojiko had moved away to a university out of town and her foster mother Bellemere had passed away it had been like this. Arlong had been a wonderful guy when she first met him (at a bar, but she was pretty sure she was sober back then), and when she had let on a month ago that she was out of a home since Nojiko and her had always shared the expenses she was estatic when he told her she could move in with him. It had been the perfect solution to move in with her boyfriend she was sure she'd be with forever. Now she was second-guessing and third-guessing and last-guessing. Arlong's home was nasty and he was getting more violent lately. She needed out of this, only she didn't have a home if she left him. Sighing, she put down her pencil on top of half-finished calculus. She needed a shower, some sleep, and she'd think it over in the morning. -- ~Kanthia |

Sindell then climbed out of the tree and walked she was still in her half Komodo-Dragon form which was a problem considering people screamed at her saying monster and throwing rocks at her which pissed her off even more she then brought out her Dagger and started attacking the people throwing the rocks and she knocked them unconscious she then walked off. Sindell then noticed that she was still alone and went back to her human form when she walked back to her small flat and shut the door and hoped that she didn’t have to go to school. Sindell read her book and sat with her pet her pet was a baby Komodo-Dragon that loved sitting on her lap Sindell smiled and gave her baby Komodo-Dragon some meat she then got some meat out of her fridge and ate it whole considering she didn’t eat anything the whole day so she thought. |

Luffy paused in his strange dance as he heard a knock at the door. His eyes widened and he spun around, a grin coming to his face. His new roommate was here! Finally! He vaulted over the beat-up sofa and rushed over to the door, tugging it open. “Hiiii~!” He chirped, standing up on his tip-toes so he was pretty much right in Zoro’s face. “Zoro, right!? Yaaaay, you’re finally here!” He moved back, hopping up and down. “I’m so glad you came, I was getting so bored! Come on, I’ll show you around and show you your room and oh maybe we can eat something! Come in!” He rushed back into the apartment almost too quickly for a person’s eyes to follow. “Okay, so this is the kitchen and that’s where all the food is and that’s the living room and it has video games and and…why are you still in the doorway!? Come on!” --- Pong to Zoro~! |

"Zankia you really know how to drive people crazy don't you!" Kirayal yelled staggering after two more cats. She had at least five cats in her arms. "I'm going to go get the cat cages, calm the cats down while I'm gone!" She yelled as she walked out the door and sprinted off in another direction. "Mikiko, please, stay still! Please! You're going to hurt yourself and Spikey!" She yelled running after Mikiko. "Please! Just stop! Spikey! Get of her tail right now! Bad kitten! Get off of her tail!" She yelled as she grabbed a kitten off the floor who was playing with Kirayal's favorite ball of yarn. Tag to Mikiko. |
