What the hell is wrong with this town? Zoro asked himself, beginning to get desperate as he carried Sakura down yet another street where the docks weren't. It didn't help that he was certain he'd passed that house with the orange roof three times... Then he heard a voice yelling his name - a familiar and oh-so-welcome voice... "Luffy? Luffy! I'll come find you!" he yelled back, turning his steps toward his captain. Admittedly, Luffy would never be able to lead him back to the ship either, but if Nami was already at the point of sending people to look for him, she would have made sure the rubber-boy didn't go off on his own. Cradling Sakura closer to keep from jarring her, Zoro broke into a run in the direction Luffy's voice was coming from. ------------------- Saiyako usually wasn't much for yelling in public. But she'd been wandering around the market for far longer than it should have taken to find Rosebelle, and she'd tired of it at least 5 minutes before... So it was time, she decided, to get loud. "Rosebelle!" she yelled, running down the middle of the main street for the fourth time. "Oi, Rosebelle-chan, where are you?" ------------------- Zoro pongs Luffy, Chopper and the "unconscious" Sue... Saiyako pongs Rosebelle. (I may have to give Red another reminder about this thread.) |

Sakura frowned, cracking open one eye as she heard her swordsman calling Luffy’s name. ‘Looks like my potion didn’t do everything…I’ve still got some work to do…no matter, it shouldn’t take very long…’ With that thought she closed her eyes again, she was supposed to be unconscious after all! --- Luffy’s eyes widened as he heard Zoro’s voice and he grinned, glancing down at Chopper. “We found him!” He said, eyes wide with excitement as he skidded to a stop and glanced around. He then finally let out a triumphant yell and pointed over a building. “He’s that way!” He declared before looping his arm around the reindeer and stretching both hands forwards to grab onto the roof. “Now hold on tight! Gomu Gomu no….ROCKET!” He cried, launching both himself and the doctor clear over several roofs. He spotted Zoro in another street just as they descended, carrying something in his arms. “ZOOOROOO!” He cried happily. You know, just before he and Chopper barreled into him and sent all three of them sprawling on the ground. Once the dust had cleared Luffy promptly sat up and grabbed his hat from the ground , dusting it off before placing it on his head. He then proceeded threw back his head and laughed. “That was fun!” He declared, glancing around. His eyes finally settled upon Zoro and he grinned, hopping to his feet. “Zoro! We found you!” He cried. He then paused, frowning as he noticed the lithe, rather beaten up young woman lying next to him, twitching slightly from impact. Her gold and azure locks shimmered in the afternoon sunlight even with all the dust upon them. Somehow, in spite of how pretty she was, Luffy felt as if he’d just eaten something bad. Whoever she was, there was something off about her… “Who’s she?” He inquired innocently, pointing at the girl. --- Pong to Zoro and Chopper |

As glad as Zoro usually was to hear Luffy's voice in a situation like this, the boy's cry of "Gomu gomu no rocket!" only ever produced one reaction in the swordsman's mind. That thought was "Oh, shit". As usual, Luffy's aim was dead-on, and, as usual, Zoro wished it hadn't been as he and Sakura were suddenly hit by a flying rubber-man and reindeer. "Dammit, Luffy!" Zoro growled as he picked himself up. "Can't you just once not..." He trailed off, unable to shake the sickening sense of guilt that flooded him as he realised he'd put his annoyance with Luffy before... "Sakura-chan!" he cried, relaxing only a little as he saw that she seemed to be still in one piece, and no more bruised than she'd been when he found her. "You have to be more careful, Luffy," he scowled at the boy as he bent over to gather Sakura into his arms again. "You could have hurt her!" His voice almost broke on those last words... that the rest of the world was so cruel to his Sakura-chan was bad enough... the thought of his captain hurting her was too much to bear. Pong to Luffy, Chopper and Sakura. |

Nami sat down at the table, massaging her temple. "Thanks, Robin. I don't know what I'd do without you." The pose had stopped shaking now and was pointed directly northeast. "There's something really...weird about this island. Did anyone notice?" Kanthia, now finished hanging onto Robin's arm, decided to begin inspecting the contents of the cabinets. "This island is a pretty weird place," she said. "There's lotsa people looking for Luffy and stuff. But they might follow us, so we should leave soon." -- Open taggles. ~Kanthia |

Sakura cracked open one eye just slightly to catch sight of Luffy’s confused face. She allowed a small smirk to come over her face before closing her eyes again as Zoro gathered her into his arms. Luffy cocked his head to the side, brow furrowing in confusion. “’Sakura-chan’?” He repeated, apparently missing the bit about him nearly hurting her and all. “Do you know her?” --- Pong to Zoro |

Luffy cocked his head to the side as he stared at Sakura, still looking rather baffled. The love of Zoro’s life? Where had that come from? He’d never heard of her before…but then again, if Zoro had felt like telling him before he would have, right? …and why did he feel a sort of pain in his chest at those simple words? It shouldn’t have been that big of a deal…right? Even with Zoro treating the blonde like she was a Goddess, something Zoro had never treated anyone like, Luffy couldn’t help but feel like something was seriously wrong…there was something bad about that girl. But if she made Zoro happy… “Oh…well, okay then!” The boy chirped, a slightly-less-enthusiastic grin than usual coming to his face. He reached out to lightly poke the girl, giggling a bit at the way this made her hair randomly shine in the afternoon sunlight. She was like a strobe light! It was then that he paused, frowning. Why had they come looking for Zoro? Oh yeah! “Oh! Zoro, we have to get going! Nami said the log post has set, so we’re going to the next island!” Luffy exclaimed, his eyes shining with excitement. --- Pong to Zoro |

Somewhere in the back of his mind, Zoro was vaguely aware that something was wrong with Luffy, that his captain's grin wasn't quite as wide as usual... and that that cloud had come over the rubber pirate as soon as Zoro had declared his love for Sakura. But that awareness lasted only a moment before it fled, driven out by his concern for his unconscious love - who Luffy had now decided to poke, like she was some kind of doll! "Don't do that!" he growled, pulling Sakura closer to him, not exactly out of reach of Luffy's intruding fingers, but far enough away to make the point. At the news that they were leaving, though, he brightened. Now he could get Sakura off this island, give her a new start... "Let's get going, then," he grinned. Pong to Luffy and Chopper. |

Sanji sighed in annoyance. "Trust Marimo to get lost." The cook wandered over to the rail. Hey, Usopp. Can you see any sign of him with those goggles of yours?" Sanji tags Usopp. -- Rosebelle wandered up and down the streets, foot sore and tired. Hours of wandering had shown her no sign of a single Strawhat. Then: “Do you know her?” That voice... Rosebelle pressed herself against the wall, shimmied along it and poked one eye around the corner. Finally! Oh, and look who was with them. She had already gotten to Zoro. Rosebelle stepped out of the shadows. "Still alive Sakura? You must have drugged him. There is no other way he would touch you, so unless you have an endless supply of that drug you might was well give up now." Tag Sakura and Zoro (Redpirate lives!) Tag Sakura, Luffy and Zoro |

Drugged him? Drugged who? Zoro frowned at the new enemy, shifting his hold on Sakura to free his right hand so he could take hold of Wadou. Kuso. I'm not going to be able to fight like this. "I don't know who you are, or what you think my Sakura-chan did to you," he told the girl coldly, "but coming after my friends is dangerous." He just hoped the implied threat would be enough to make her back off. He didn't want to have to rely on Luffy to deal with her. ------------- Rosebelle, Saiyako finally decided, must have gone elsewhere, because there was definitely no sign of her in the market district. Maybe she'd given up looking and gone back to the pub - or maybe she'd found a Straw-hat and come looking for the others to say so... in which case she could be anywhere. At least Saiyako knew where to look for Kanthia and the Black Mage... That's it. I'm going back to the ship. Sighing, she turned her steps back to the dock, and Merry. ------------- Zoro pongs the people in town. Saiyako pongs the people on the ship (since I suppose someone will see her coming). |

Usopp looked at Sanji as he stretched a bit. After all those beatings, he already seemed fine! The sniper nodded at Sanji and pulled his goggles down, searching for any sign of Zoro, Luffy or Chopper, "No," He said, "But I DO see a swordsWOman coming down the way." "Really?" Vivian asked, grabbing the railing and staring, "Heeeeeey! It's Saiyako! HEEEEEEY! Saiyakooooo, over here!" She waved for Saiyako to see; the Black Mage then turned and smiled at the Straw Hats, "She's a friend of ours, you see. Now all we're missing is that Rosebelle woman." --- Chopper FINALLY got a hold of himself, as all that time his eyes were swirling around. Finally, he hopped up and pulled out his medicinal supplies. Rushing to Sakura's side, he began treating her wounds. The bandages, after being applied to the woman, made her seem even more cute and lovable than before, "Zoro, be careful!" Chopper said, "We heard from some ladies there's a mean woman about trying to hurt Luffy! She might be one of the bad people!" He then turned to Sakura as he replaced his supplies in his backpack, "You're okay now, right, Sakura?" --- Chopper pongs Zoro/Sakura Vivian pongs Saiyako |

Mou! "SAIYAKO-SAAAAN~!" Kanthia hopped out of the galley and made it to the railing beside Vivian. "Mou, Saiyako-san!" She waved. "Welcome to the Merry! Have you found Ruby or Zoro-san yet? It's kinda cool here! Have you seen Rosebelle-san?" She jumped up and down, obviously as happy as Vivian was to see a familiar face. -- Nami clenched her jaw, not at all happy that Zoro was lost, and now Chopper and Luffy were as well. Never mind that they had been gone for half an hour- she wanted to go. This island was no longer interesting. Besides, there was still that nagging feeling that something really wrong was happening. She stood up quickly, almost upsetting the table. "I'm going to go look for Chopper, Luffy and Zoro," she said. "Knowing them, they're either lost or in a resturaunt." -- Kanthia tags Saiyako. Luffy blinked in confusion as this girl came on the scene. She seemed to know Sakura somehow…and asked if she had drugged Zoro? That didn’t make any sense, Zoro was way too smart to get drugged by anyone! He cocked his head to the side as he listened to Chopper speak. The reindeer was right, she could have been one of those people the cool girl was talking about. But…somehow Luffy “Who are you?” Sakura tensed in Zoro’s arms even as Chopper applied bandages to her “wounds”. Damnit, the Fangirl Order was here too!? That could be a problem…but no one had come up with an antidote for Love Potion #10 yet…so for now, unless they wanted to make Zoro mad, they couldn’t do anything…right? She cracked open one eye slightly to glance at Rosebelle. Just one…she could deal with it. With this thought she quickly slipped into the innocent act, closing her eyes once again. “Huh…where am I?” She murmured, sapphire orbs slowly opening. “Oh…my head hurts…” She glanced around, looking rather confused. Her gaze finally settled upon Zoro nd she cocked her head to the side cutely as she looked up at him. “Zoro-kun…where are we? And who are all these people?” She inquired. --- Luffy pongs Rosebelle Sakura pongs Zoro and probably Rosebelle since she’s “waking up” |

"Navigator-San, be careful..." Robin murmured. Once again, aside from Sanji, she was alone on the ship with Fangirls. She suddenly realized something as she settled down to start reading her book again: Sanji was (practically) alone on the Going Merry Go with a sea of estrogen, three Fangirls and an archeologist. The cook could either choose to take care of four women's needs or watch over one navigator in the town. Choices, choices... --- The narration kinda pongs Sanji. I do wonder what Sanji will choose =) EDIT: Must run to bed... *run... run...* Good night everyone! *gahhhhhh, I need to die...* |

Saiyako stifled a groan as Vivian and Kanthia both rushed to the railing and started yelling at her. "Please tell me they didn't spill everything," she muttered under her breath as Kanthia started asking about Ruby. Still, at least she'd found someone... and even if Kanthia's impulsiveness was worrying, Saiyako still couldn't help but be glad to see her. "No, I haven't found Rosebelle or Zo -" She paused, frowning. "Zoro's missing?" She wasn't sure why, but she suddenly had a bad feeling about that. "I've seen Ruby, though... She's..." No. No talking business in front of the Straw-hats. "We should talk about her when we find Rose-chan." -------------- Zoro frowned at Chopper's warning. Someone was trying to hurt Luffy? Then why hadn't she shown herself...? This woman didn't seem like she was after Luffy, though. She seemed more focused on Sakura. His gut twisted at the thought. No one was going to hurt Sakura again, not while Zoro drew breath. Then Sakura spoke, and Zoro glanced down at her, seeing her eyes were open again at last. "We're... on our way back to the ship." He couldn't bring himself to admit that he'd gotten lost and his nakama had had to come out looking for him. "I don't know who the girl is," he went on, his voice hardening a little. "But the others are my nakama." ------------- Open pong from both. And if Sanji's alone with 4 women, where's Usopp? Did he go with Nami? |
