Luffy let out a yelp as Usopp was suddenly tossed to him. He grabbed onto his friend, slinging the sniper over his shoulder as he continued to run towards the Going Merry. He didn’t see what the big deal was over this whole ‘infected’ thing, it wasn’t like these wounds were really that bad… …Well, maybe Usopp’s were, but still…he never did get this whole “health” thing. That’s why Chopper was his doctor, duh. As he was running to the ship the boy suddenly paused, eyes widening as he felt a sudden chill come over him and he sneezed. The boy blinked, glancing around, eyes narrowed. He swore he felt as if something really…evil had just been about to devour his soul. Weird. He’d have to chalk this one up as another mystery feeling like the one with Zoro, except a different mystery. --- The manager’s eyes widened. “I-I didn’t do anything!” He stuttered. “He’s…he’s right, he did nothing of the sort.” Sakura said with a weak smile. “Don’t worry…all the power returning at once has just made me a bit…tired, that’s all…” She slowly attempted to stand on shaking legs. “D-don’t worry…come on, let’s go…” As she spoke, she took a doddering step forward and stumbled. "What are you talking about?" Ruby screeched like a spoiled brat, "You're wrong! WRONG! My singing is so lovely, my mother told me so! If I just sing for Luffy, he'll accept me! He'll let me come with them! You're just jealous. You're jealous that you're just ugly and a dyke and you're not as pretty as ME!" It was then that the guild's fighting had begun to die down. Most were dragging wounded away, or twitching on the floor, but Ruby cared not. She continued to shout about how wonderful she was, "It doesn't matter! I love Luffy and that's ALL that matters!" Ruby sniffled now, changing from mad (as Saiyako didn't seem to be phased by it) to saddened, "You're so mean... You think that just because I'm pretty you get to make fun of me? You're so mean..." --- Chopper pulled out some disenfectant for Kanthia's cut and applied it to the girl's wound. He then wrapped it up and went to Vivian. Placing a bandaid on her temple where her rock wound was from, he then went to Usopp, as Luffy could handle his slight bruises. "Thank goodness I remembered I'm a doctor!" The reindeer squeaked, pulling out a bunch of items and beginning work on his sniper, "Poor Usopp! I wish I could have helped you!" "Paiiiiiii...n..." Usopp gurgled. "Don't speak, Usopp!" Chopper cried. Vivian gulped. "This place is really... dangerous..." The Mary Sue murmured. --- Open Pong from Chopper/Vivian/Usopp Pong from Ruby to Saiyako. |

Zoro caught her before she could hit the ground. "Don't worry, I'll help you," he said softly, sheathing Wadou so he could lift Sakura into his arms. She was a fair bit heavier than she looked, but it wasn't like that was a problem... Zoro could easily carry a man much bigger than himself with one hand, after all. To carry Sakura in such a casual way, though, was unthinkable! He needed to hold her close, to feel her softness against his chest, to see her smile as she snuggled up to him... "Let's get back to the ship," he said, unable to keep from smiling. -------------- This really is ridiculous, Saiyako thought, her smirk growing wider at Ruby's tantrum. She frowned, though, when the girl suddenly changed tactics. Not that the "you're so mean" game would work on her, but she hated it all the same. "Yeah, like I care what you look like," she said sourly. "I'm pretty sure Luffy's not impressed by spoiled brats. Now..." She raised her sword again. "Do we get on with this, or did you want to stand here ranting all day? Or then again, you could go help your wounded nakama over there instead of wasting your time with me." ------------- The drugged-out-of-his-brain swordsman pongs the demon Sue who's definitely going to Hell. Kanthia thought that the Order was going to have to make a more boring retreat but it looks like everything is going to be okay." She frowned. "But it looks like Ruby the Fangirl is here. That's why Vivian and Kanthia and Saiyako-san and Rosebell-san had to come. There's this girl, and she's really weird and everyone is thinking that she's coming for her one true love-" Kanthia paused and looked to the door as Robin walked in. "ROBIN-ONEE-SAMA~!" -- Nami and Sanji appeared out of the fifth boutique, both of their wallets empty and Sanji's arms laden with clothes and food. "Come on, Sanji-kun! "These two must have heard a lot about us," Chopper said. He was smiling happily, "The morons are trying to suck up to us, but it won't work, no it won't!" --- Ruby turned towards the guild, and pulled her eyelid down as she rushed off to catch up with the guild, "Just you wait, dumb dyke! NOTHING is going to get in the way of my engagement and marriage to Luffy!" She gave another laugh, "No one else can have him! NO ONE!" --- Half-Pong to Kanthia from Robin. Saiyako is free from replying to Ruby, but if she wants to, what can I say? |

Luffy blinked in confusion as he watched Kanthia babble. He hadn't gotten anything she had said! "Ruby....fangirl?" He repeated, brow furrowing. "So she's a mystery person?" He looked to Kanthia as she listed off a bunch of other people. "Do you have more friends here, weird girl?" He asked. --- Sakura smiled weakly as she leaned against Zoro's chest, sighing as she took in his scent. Oh, this was bliss...her plan was finally working! Just one step closer to how things should be, and this was just a little slice of what was to come! "To the ship...finally. Thank you so much, Zoro-kun..." She whispered before slipping into "unconcious". --- Pong to Kanthia from Luffy! Pong to Zoro from Her. |

"Try telling Zoro that..." Saiyako muttered under her breath with another smirk. She was a little disappointed that the girl hadn't chosen to stay and fight... but at least they wouldn't have any trouble finding her again. And it was probably safe to go find the others now. She turned to follow them towards the docks, and hesitated. She didn't think Ruby was smart enough to use her to the others... but maybe she shouldn't go straight there, just in case. And come to think of it, Rose-chan hadn't been around for that fight either... Where had she gone again? Right, the market... Saiyako turned that way instead, and ran off to find her missing nakama. -------------------- Something was bothering Zoro, and he wasn't entirely sure what it was. It wasn't the fact that he was wandering around the town with his unconscious true love in his arms and no idea which way to go to get back to the ship. It wasn't the stares he was getting from the townsfolk. He felt like it had something to do with Sakura herself, but that couldn't be right... Briefly, he wondered why anyone would capture a Demon Angel just to use her as a barmaid, but he stopped worrying about that almost immediately. That Sakura was with him now was all he cared about, whatever had happened before didn't really matter. He stopped at another crossroads, glaring down both directions - both streets looked the same, just like every other street in this town. Choosing one at random, he headed off again. ------------------- Open pong from both. |

Robin looked down at Kanthia as she latched onto the archeologist, and sighed slightly, a smile on her face. Chopper looked around, shivering a bit, "Who... who's this Ruby person? A bad person? She wants to hurt us?" His eyes swerved from side to side, as if this Ruby woman was about to leap out and eat him alive. "It'll be okay..." Usopp muttered, already sitting up. He certainly was a master of shrugging off wounds... "Luffy's not one to be beaten by anyone. He'll be fine." Chopper looked at his captain, and he smiled, "Yeah!" The reindeer said, "You'll be fine, Luffy! You're our captain!" Robin giggled, "Indeed. However, Captain-San, I suggest you remain careful. If there is someone after you, it would be best that you did not wander alone. It would be disasterous if anything happened to you." --- Just then, as Nami and Sanji wandered through the town, the navigator looked down at the Log Pose in a reflexive action, and found that it was already pointing to the next island! Luffy frowned a bit as he listened to Kanthia speak. If this Ruby person was out to hurt him, he really didn't care. If she tried to hurt his nakama, well, that was a different matter entirely. Oh well. If she showed up, he'd stop her. It wasn't worth worrying over. With this thought Luffy threw back his head and laughed. "Don't worry, I'll be fine! "Sanji-kun, be careful with that..." Nami looked down at her wrist, and was surprised to notice the Log Pose finally set! This island had been too...disquieting, and it would be good to get away. She beckoned for Sanji to follow her and they jogged back to the Merry. With her bags of clothes in hand, she stepped into the galley to hopefully find some of her nakama and was surprised to find everyone except for Zoro and a strange girl hanging onto Robin's arm. Chopper smiled at Nami and Sanji as they entered the galley of the Going Merry Go, where everyone was congregated at the time, "Nami! We've met some new friends, right, Luffy?" "And the long nosed one got rather beaten up, does he do that often?" "Not very!" Usopp proclaimed, "One time I was beaten up, but that was when I was facing the ravenous gopher hoards! They assaulted me, but I would NOT let them have their way!" "Really?" Chopper and Vivian asked. The Black Mage looked skeptical, but Chopper wa amazed, "That's quite an endevor, Long Nose." "It was a hard battle," Usopp acknowledged, nodding his head, "And I barely made it out alive! Thank goodness I was able to..." He continued on with his story. Vivian was beginning to listen in, her eyes widening as the story got more and more wild, including such things as giant UFOs and lasers in the tall tale. --- Usopp open pong. |

"And that's how I was able to defeat the giant that attempted to rampage through Syrup Village!" Usopp proclaimed, nodding. Chopper and Vivian both clapped, cheering on the Great Captain Usopp-Sama. The reindeer smiled at Nami and Sanji as they entered, "Kanthia and Vivian are really cool! They're really nice friends!" "However, we cannot remain with them forever," Robin murmured, glancing quickly at the Log Pose. She remembered what that Fangirl had mentioned. These Fangirls mustn't get caught up in the affairs of the Straw Hats too much, "I suggest we find Zoro and bring him back to the ship, we must depart soon. Captain-San, could you take Doctor-San and search for Swordsman-San?" "Alright!" The doctor replied, smiling, "Come on, Luffy! Let's go find Zoro!" The doctor knew that was a job the captain would want to do any day! And with Chopper, Luffy wouldn't get lost... --- Chopper pongs Luffy. OOC: Alright! Rosebelle and Saiyako are wandering around the market, and Zoro's heading to the port, or lost, either way you wanna put it (I know which way ZORO would put it). So yeah, I'm reviving the story. Luffy's wide-eyed attention was finally torn away from Usopp when Robin spoke. "Oh, we're ready to go!? Great, I'll go find Zoro!" He said with a grin, grabbing Chopper. "Come on Chopper, let's go!" With that he rushed into town, dragging the poor little reindeer with him. "Zooorooo!? Where are you!? Come on, it's time to go!" Luffy called as he ran through the streets, cupping his hands around his mouth to make himself even louder and drawing more than a few stares from the townsfolk. --- Pong to Zoro |
