THERE! Pant, I finally finished Sannel's history. The bad news is, I spent over an hour on it, spent eighty more straight minutes on it, and it is 10:20 in my timezone right now so it will probably look weird.

Then one day, Sannel obtained his Occultic, the Byul Soojung, and his powers through a sort of ritual called the Descent of Shudders. To describe it, Sannel was walking through the beach outside his hometown and thinking about imaginary worlds he recently read in a few books (I did mention that his hobby was reading such books), when a shimmering aurora suddenly appeared in the sky. It was actually appearing a lot within that continent around the time, for reasons nobody could figure out, and people heard about the aurora on the news. Anyway, it was during the passing of the aurora that Sannel's soul became connected to a creature called a Saokashi. Since nobody except him could see the Saokashi, Sannel assumed that it was some kind of ghost. The Saokashi didn't seem to know anything about its existence, or maybe he didn't remember anything, except that he is called a Saokashi. Of course, Sannel didn't want to keep saying Saokashi when he talked to him, so he just named him Kashi.

The next day though, a mysterious cloaked stranger appeared in front of Sannel. It appeared from Sannel's perspective that the stranger could see Kashi, so he shot a dark purple beam through him and wordlessly disappeared. Sannel wasn't hurt, but Kashi actually seemed to remember much about his existence. Before even the first bacteria appeared, there was actually a civilization of humans that existed on Earth. But due to some cataclysm, the civilization had to be compressed into a ship the size of Sannel's home continent and banished. The ship was going to return however, and the Descent of Shudders signaled its arrival, sending the Occultics and the Saokashi to the chosen young people who were to be the next Nobility of Worldship, as they referred it to. Unfortunately, that was actually all Kashi remembered, which disappointed Sannel because he was led on. Of course, Sannel's first reflex was to doubt that story, but there was a Saokashi standing in front of him, so it had to be true. Or otherwise the stranger had implanted fake memories into Kashi. Sannel especially doubted the part that he would actually become a Noble of Worldship.

But eventually another chosen noble named Lances came to Sannel's town, revealing facts that were almost too unbelievable. Sannel was actually to become the most powerful of the Nobles, the strongest of the highest class, inferior only to the ArkhMaster Zeno (I should also note that Zeno is pronounced "Zeh-no", not Zeeno). Sannel and Kashi both discovering this, Lances said that all the Nobility of Worldship would gather in Sannel's very town, and Lances himself was appointed by Zeno to fully unlock Kashi's power, for some reason he arrived on Earth not so, and Zeno found out. And so, Lances performed a ritual to revitalize Kashi and the Byul Soojung's full power. But it failed. It was because of a mark set by the cloaked stranger, who was actually a dark sorcerer named Katoria who existed since Worldship was in its original form, and probably had something to do with its banishment.

So, since he couldn't unlock Sannel's full power, Lances started training him, and not only did Sannel become a fighter of the Nobility of Worldship, but he discovered that he could live in a fantasy he had never read. Oddly, he also remembered that he never wrote any fighting in any of his stories from his younger days. And as Lances said, many other Worldship Nobility began arriving to his home town.

Now for the roleplay, just assume that Sannel is sent by his parents to another school, and but plans to join Lances again eventually.
And as for your question about his personality, Digi-odono, he has not angsted over the decline of his imagination. His attitude is something more like, "Heh, those were some pretty good stories I wrote back then," not angsting. That's just the way he is.

And as for Kashi, he is sort of like a second character, but since nobody can see or talk to him except for other Nobility, I think he just requires a short description.

Kashi: Picture
Personality: Although he looks like something that would be a wise mentor in a fantasy story, he is actually dependant on Sannel, letting him fight as he pleases and trusting him to defeat enemies, mostly monsters created by Katoria. Of course, Kashi does also serve Sannel as an extra set of eyes, but he must always stay by his side, for Kashi is connected to Sannel's soul.

@ @ Ugh... finally done... not... used to vigorous computer activity...

Digitaldreamer-odono, you have made a powerful impact on my life. *hug*

There seem to be a lot of characters, and Kanthia is confused. Could Digi-san or someone post a list of everyone, or something like that?

And here it is! Zoro's long-awaited profile!

Name: Roronoa Zoro
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Race/Species: Human.
Distinguishing Marks: The three gold earrings in his left ear, and his semi-permanent scowl.
Anime/Manga/Whatever they're from: One Piece

Family: Parents both dead. Foster-father Koshiro, foster-sister Kuina.
Likes: Fighting, sake, Luffy, sleeping, swords, anime, Sanji's food.
Dislikes: School, people who hurt kids, people who don't fight fair, doctors, hospitals, being manipulated, being compared to Fighter from 8-Bit Theatre, and having to admit he likes Sanji's food (or that he likes Sanji at all, actually). And General Grievous. XD
Fav. Saying: "I'll never lose again!"
Hobbies: Does kenjutsu count as a hobby...? More of a vocation, in his case... Other than that, he mostly gets dragged into doing whatever Luffy's doing.

Physical Weaknesses: Probably his arrogance. He knows he's a great fighter, so he tends to overestimate his power and that can get him into trouble. He'll also keep fighting way beyond his endurance, which makes him more vulnerable to serious injury, and aggravates any wounds he already has. And then there's his complete lack of a sense of direction...
Physical Strengths: He's strong. Really strong. You know how strong you have to be to wield three katana...? He's also fast and has a good sense of balance. And his stubbornness in battle is as much of a strength as a weakness, since it makes it harder for an enemy to keep him down.

Powers: None.
Weapons: His three katana. (I'm not gonna give him Kitetsu and Yubashiri to start with. He might get them during the RP, depending on how things work out, but for now he uses those unnamed swords he had in the first arc. He has Wadou, though.)

Physical Description: Tall (5'10"), broad-shouldered, tanned and muscular. Short, spiky green hair, and black eyes. He dresses pretty simply - white t-shirt, black pants and boots, a green sash, and a black bandana that he keeps tied around his left arm most of the time, but transfers it to his head when he's expecting a fight. And when it's cold, he wears a black leather jacket.

Personality: You wouldn't think he'd be the kind of guy Luffy would be drawn to. He has a serious nature, and with people he doesn't know, or like, he's cold and reserved. He also gets exasperated by idiots easily. But around his friends (especially Luffy), he's more relaxed, and he has a really odd sense of humour. He's also very protective of his friends (again, especially Luffy), and he tends to blame himself if anything happens to them.

History: Zoro lost his parents in a fire at the age of 9 and was sent to stay with his mother's cousin Koshiro. Koshiro, being a kenjutsu teacher, inspired Zoro to take up swordfighting, and the boy's greatest rival was Koshiro's daughter Kuina...

When Zoro and Kuina were 13, their rivalry got to be too much for even Koshiro to handle, and he decided he had to separate the kids for awhile. Since Zoro had nowhere else to go, it was Kuina who was sent away, to her mother's family. Zoro and Kuina stayed in contact, but the physical distance seemed to settle them a bit, and when it became obvious how much they missed each other, Koshiro decided to bring Kuina home. But before she could come home, the city her mother's family lived in was wiped out by the angel, and Zoro always blamed himself for her being there.

When the destruction was over, there wasn't much of her body left to bring back, but they were able to retrieve her sword, and Zoro begged Koshiro to give it to him as a way of keeping her with him, and a reminder of their promise that one of them would become the best swordsman in the world.

The two of them also moved house after that - their old house had too many memories of Kuina, so they moved across town, and into a place nextdoor to a one-armed man named Shanks... and thanks to a certain raven-haired rubber-boy, that's when Zoro's life became completely insane.

And the rest of his history you know from Digi-senchou.

And oh, yes, Digi, Hikaru definitely looks like a self-insertion to me... only in a good way. ;)
I've felt this way before. The world goes deafeningly silent. I hear my heartbeat thundering in my ears. This must truly be... the brink of death.

I hear it. The breath of his steel. A katana follows will...

All that's left... is to see if I truly have the power to cut steel.

You've seen Revenge of the Sith, ne? You know how Grievous uses four lightsabres? When I saw that scene, my inner Zoro just went, "Yontouryuu? That's not fair!" So I decided that Zoro resents him a bit... ;)

Hi...uh...sorry about the complications -'__-'...I don't read stuff carefully. I'm stupid X.X...and I didn't know that you wrote out the profiles. I looked for them on the front page. I figured they would just be there when you first made the RP.

So is Hikaru going to hand out class scheduals so we know which hour we have which class? And who has which class with which?

And before I read Hikaru's profile, I thought she was an older woman and looked sort of like...that woman in Water seven...with the glasses and hair up.

Oh, and speaking of general grevious...my sister thinks he's ugly. So now we know why "yontouryuu" is an insult. It means "Zoro you are an ugly robot" XD!!!

XD Poor Zoro, he can't match t3h awesome robots skillz because he lacks an extra limb.

And no, Hikaru won't hand out class schedules. She's not a teacher. This is a boarding HOUSE, not a school. It's just a place where lots of people live, though most of the teens in the house go to Yume High in the city. Hikaru can get them enrolled, but she's not a teacher...eh...yeah...

Okay, because there’s so many damn characters I’ve come to realization that keeping track of them all is going to be very hard, so here’s a list of our players and the characters.

Digitaldreamer, AKA the GM and probably the one attempting to conduct this crazy thing: Monkey D. Luffy, Hikaru Yume.

Saiyako: Roronoa Zoro, Kyo Sohma

RedPirate: Sanji, Momiji Sohma

Charlett: Usopp, Kaya (not be confused with the player Kaya)

Kanthia: Nami, Ritz Malheur

ChibiKitsune: Ryoko Mitsurugi, Zev Mentior

Ka Tokubi: Hong Su-yo

OverChasm: Sannel Striper

Kaya: Flent Walter

StrawHat Dragon: Zeralu

Dragonzroolx9000: Coryn

J.A. Lover: Mira Nieli

Envy: Tori

Sin Sorel: Zack Sorel

MacabreLAM: Khalid Armand, Hyun Armand

Takumi: Leon

So how are we going to know when and how and where to go to school? And I didn't know what a boarding house was. I thought it was like a boarding school. Could you please explain a little bit about the situation and the living? And who should be Su-yo's roomate? Kaya? Or is she Usopp's roommate? Whoe else is who's roommate? Which classes should we go to? And when are we "late" for school?

When RPing, usually one just says, "It's about time to head to school. Let's go", and they write that they travel from the boarding house (Sakura no Yume) to the high school (Yume High).

A boarding house is a place in which a landlord has a rather large apartmentlike home, and rents rooms out to people.

No one really has "Roomates" just yet, but we can start thinking them up right now, if we don't already just live in a room each. And if we DO have roomates, I doubt we'll have room mates of the opposite sex (so Usopp and Kaya will not work. It'd be scandelous), but Kaya and Su-Yo could be together, and Usopp and Leon could have the same room, and so on.

*deep breath* I'm a total n00b at this, so, bear with me.

Name: Mogadishua'ya (nickname Mojo)

Age: roughly 6-700 years

Gender: Male

Race/Species: dragon (called Ilukeda'ya where he's from)

Distinguishing Marks: blue-white slashes on the back of both hands and two silver six-pointed stars on each temple

Anime/Manga/Whatever they're from: my very very odd and overactive imagination

Family: was created directly by Al'eh (God in their language)

Likes: swimming, listening to Erechmasi (Elvish) minstrels, LotR and Pirates of the Caribbean (yay! ^__^)

Dislikes: annoying/obnoxious people, people who carry too many wepons (looong story there...), timid/shy people

Fav. Saying: "It wasn't me!" or "What the bloody heck is it now!?!?"

Hobbies: attempting to compose music, writing "poetry"

Physical Weaknesses: well, he's on earth, so his normal dragonish strength is down. It will take him a lot of effort to turn back into his real (dragon) form.

Physical Strengths: agile, good at sneaking aroud, good endurance

Powers (if any): healing (though he does it better in dragon form) physical wounds...plus he has r0x0r dragonish instincts (meaning if somethings bad is coming, he'll probably notice).

Weapon: small knife shaped like a scythe (mini Grim Reaper-ish) made of an unknown metal, he kickboxes.

Physical Description:

Eyes: Long black-lashes; piercing, sad violet color in human form; red with yellow/black pupils in dragon "natural" form

Hair: shoulder-length and raven black (has purple-ish tint to it...)

Clothes: black leather trench coat with steel studs lining the seams; unknown metal 4-in-1 chain maille vest under that overtop a random LotR shirt (probably of Gandalf or Aragorn, depending on what he feels like); black jeans ripped at the right knee; leather boots (like medieval style, not cowboy.), a leather pack (like a backpack with only three inner pockets) with a stainless steel buckle to keep it closed

Skin: tanned, smooth, clean-shaven

Face: High cheekbones, proud straight nose, thick eyebrows

Height/weight: 7'3 (he's a dragon! They're supposed to be tall!), weighs roughly 200 pounds (he never bothers to check cuz he's lazy)

Speech: ancient dragonish oaths (most mean absolutely nothing bad but convey the sense of "What the freaking crap!"), Erechmasi (which he doesn't speak unless he's with an elf), and english

Personality: Very angry, bitter, and depressed (not emo though. He doesn't get cut unless he's shaving), yet warm and kind-hearted to those who are hurting emotionally/mentally/physically, very secretive about his feelings (which makes flriting difficult, but, he tries). UIs also determined not to let anyone down in anything.

History: He was one of the first dragons ever created on the world Hermitticha. Endowed with awesome powers and strength, he was well-loved by Al'eh. Hwever, when two of the dragons broke trust with Al'eh and slew three humans and four elves, all Iluked'ani (plural oF Ilukeda'ya) were banished and cast away from Al'eh. However, they were permitted to return to his presence after the evil demon Rah'zor, who had led them astray, was destroyed by Elleighne, Mogadishua's lover. He lost his mind, and was sent away from Al'eh for a while because of his insanity. While in exile, he found an elf named Careem Intarye, who helped bring back his sanity. After many years of war and separation, he was brought, wounded and dying, back into the presence of Al'eh, who forgave him and heaed him. Mogadishua is still better about Elleighne, which is why he does not trust very many people, even dragons. He was sent by Al'eh to investigate the effects of the angel project, and to heal those affected by it who wish healing.

Writing Sample: Here goes! (this is made up spontaneously)

Mogadisha stretched his thin arms over his head with a jaw-cracking yawn and stiffened his lanky legs, trying to get the feeling back into them.

"Hu-AAAAGH! So this is earth, eh? Pretty boring place..."

His long lashes fluttered open and closed like butterfly wings as he blinked at the bright mrning sun. He sat up on a chipped, recycled plastic scribbled-on park bench, scratched his raven-black hair, and sighed.

"It's peaceful, though," he said in his deep, rich baritone. 'At least, peaceful on the outside...' He frowned, his Ilukedani instincts spiking in his mind. Sending his straight hair flying, he shook his head and slid his trench coat off his legs. He reached down with his long, bony fingers and scooped up his chain maille vest. Scratching the middle of his chest (and Gandalf's face on his shirt), he tossed the vest around with his fingertips until he found the head hole, then bent his head down and slid it over his hair, trying not to get the silvery rings stuck in his hair. 'So where is this “Sakura no Yume” place? I hope I got the right directions...' He frowned, then shrugged. 'Oh well! I suppose this amulet thingy'll glow or something when I find it.' He rubbed his bony fingers over the black, obsidian-like stone that dangled from a delicate silver chain hanging around his neck.~~~~~

I'm gonna kick myself when I read that tomorrow...Oh well. It's bedtime, so...

Night-night,
Toromwe-chan

Edit: Digi-sama: He was given a briefing of planet Earth, and was told to choose something he liked about it for a piece of clothing (so he could blend in better). Plus, he doesn't know that the people affected by angels can't be healed. He's just there to see what he can do. He's very secretive about his past, and tends to shy away from people who talk too much. Other than that, yeah, he's angsty, but he lost the only person he cared anything at all about...you know how that goes. XD
So yeah. Are the revisoions good?

Toromwe Telcontar: I'm gonna have to say no to this one. I like your writing sample, your writing seems nice, but your character himself is a huge Gary Stu.

For one thing, your character is way overpowered. I mean, way, way, WAY overpowered. Seriously, cut it down. I'd suggest taking out the healing, the anility to knock people unconcious with just about anything...kickboxing...

Aside from the fact that he weighs 200 pounds, he has no flaws what-so-ever. This isn't good. His personality...he doesn't act like someone whom is angry and bitter, and that's my problem. It's like you couldn't decide between personalities, you wanted him to be angsty but you wanted a laid back flirt as well...pick one of the two, hun.

Also it will be noted that those from the Angel project or who were affected by it in any way cannot be healed.

This is just a pet peeve, but your character shouldn't have LoTR shirts. He's from medieval times, he's not gonna know what LoTR is.

Right...once you fix these up, I suppose we'll be good...

Erm, yeah, and also, Mojo has a buddy. I'll just type up some of his stuff now, then do the rest like, Sunday or something. Word.

Name: D'ashiv Sh'etranich (most call him "Dash")
Age: three hundred years or so
Gender: Male
Race/Species: Erechmasi (elvish)
Distinguishing Marks: has one eyepatch that looks like a real eye, half an ear, and a horrific scar that runs from the top of his forehead all the way down to the back of his neck, is missing half of his right pinky finger and his left orm from an inch above the elbow; has a mustache and gotee
Anime/Manga/Whatever they're from: my very very very overcreative imagination!
Family: none that he knows of
Likes: Axes, drinking (sadly), talking, slaughtering monsters, laughing, making friends, telling mostly true tales about himself
Dislikes: Orod (twenty-foot tall orcs basically. they eat people, elves, pretty much anything with red/whatever color blood), food (taters especially!) and Careem Intarye and anybody related to him/who knows and likes him
Fav. Saying: "Hauld yer wheesht, lad!" and "Do ye remember the time when..."
Hobbies: learning tricks with his axe (such as how not to cut his remaining arm off when he twirls it around in his fingers), talking to people (it's an art)
Physical Weaknesses: he's a bit too wary with people his size, and tends to underestimate people smaller than he is. He's also not so agile.
Physical Strengths: Strong, good endurance, good reflexes.
Powers (if any): sort of a telepathic thing in which he can talk to you mentally
Weapon: Axe!!!!!
Physical Description: Broad, tanned, and very muscled. He's gat a dark brown gotee and mustache, bushy eyebrows that go up down and every other possible dierction when he's talking, and he has a sort of permanent frown, even when he smiles. His face is somewhat lined; at first glance, he looks about forty-ish...He's got a square, stubborn jaw, a square chin, a twice-broken nose, and several scars: one on his left cheek, one across his nose (right over the break), and one on his left eyebrow that goes into where his eye uesd to be. He has high cheekbones (like most elves), and if you bar the fact that half his face is missing, he actually doesn't look that bad...XD
Eyes: twinkling hard grey
Hair color:...he's bald. XD
Height: about 6'0"
Weight: around 200 (he's rather broad and big-boned)
Clothing: chain maille shirt over Gimli shirt (if they don't hve one I'll cry), somewhat tight breeches, leather boots like Mojo's (only Dash's are brown), wrist guards, a cross necklace made of spikes on a leather thong, a leather belt with a plain steel buckle, a leather pack (like a backpack with just three inner pockets, the straps aren't adjustable, but he luckily got one that fits him) with a stainless steel buckle to keep it closed
Personality: outgoing and roughly cheerful, rather shy/nervous/respectful around females and dragons (I think he gets the two confused....), forceful and stubborn.
History: He was found by Careem Intarye and some of Careem's warriors lying half-dead in the snow int he middle of the woods with dead Orod all around him. He was wounded severely, and the only reason he's alive today is because Zikeda'ya (a dragonsih healer) stopped by to visit Careem. After he revived and recuperated, he could remeber nothing of his former life except that he was a guardsman at the north gates of Earoom, city of the Erechmasi, and that he had some skill with axes and metal work. He lost his left arm an inch or so above the elbow, his left eye, and half of his left ear. (he also hates turning left, for some odd reason.) He joined Careem's warriors and has been with them ever since. After the Great War of Treneye, he was assigned to go with Mojo to earth for some odd reason. It was not revealed why he had to go, but he was chosen.
Writing Sample: I'm probably gonna kick myse-...woah, deja vu!

Dash stretched and yawned. Mojo was muttering something or another up on that blasted bench. Dash sat up and cracked his muscled neck saying in his broad accent,

"Y'know, laddie, sleepin' on the grass nivver hurt nobody." He looked up at Mojo with sleepy grey eyes. Mojo was staring at him with his unnerving violet gaze, as if acknowledging his presence for the first time. Dash merely grinned, then, using his good arm, he pushed himself up and stood, loking sown at the dragon. He felt slightly nervous around dragons, even after Treneye, when he rode one, so he wasn't topo cheeky. He picked up his maille vest and deftly slipped it over his head with his four-and-a-half fingers.
"Where did ye say that boarding 'ouse was?"
Mojo looked down at his chest, where a black obsidian-like amulet was dangling from a silver chain.
"I don't know," he said in his deep, rich voice. "I suppose this"-he poked the amulet-"will glow or something when we get there. Until then-" he stood up, picking up his pack,-"we should keep walking." Dash nodded, and managed to get his arm and a half through their proper holes, then he stooped and grabbed up his battered leather pack, sliding it onto his shoulders swiftly. He grabbed his half-moon axe by it's trende-wood haft, slipped it through the ring on his belt, and stroked the wicked spike on the tip.
"Ready when ye-" Mojo was already halfway down the street.
"Thank's fer waitin' fer me, lad!" he muttered, trotting to catch up.

Yeah. *geos and collapses into bed*

Erm, yeah, Digi-sama?
About my Mojo...

He is going to stay a healer, because that is his power in Hermitticha (his home), but he will be weakened and strengthened severly in different ways. For example, he normally heals physical wounds, right? Well, on earth, if he heals more than a small cut or sprian, he'll gt a headache or get a bit nauseatd. Dragons can also heal some mental problems, but he was never good at that bcak in Hermitticha. On earth, however, he can do amazing things that other dragons haven't even dreamed of with mental issues. He can "heal" brain damage to a certain extent: He can help people live normal lives and deal with their issues, but he cannot replace actual missing memories. What he can do is create new cells (only a few hundred, not many if you think about it), which allows the person to have a bit more capacity for normal, everyday things. Plus, the kickboxing isn't quite like standard kickboxing. It's more like wrestling, only you're allowed to kick, plus he's not very good at it (don't tell him I said that...>__>).

So yeah. I'll rpobalby define what he can do as the story commences, but until then, you decide.

EDIT: Digi: I talked with Tokubi taoday, and she says you don't understand what I meant about LotR shirts...
Well, basically, the two (Dash and Mojo) were given one thing they could officially choose from a lot of popular stuff as their clothing and the thing they liked and talked about. The other "unofficail" thing they picked on their own. (I'll add that)

About Mojo...yeah, he's overpowered, but he'll be a little woozy and ill for like, the first few days, so he won't be able to do too much. Also, he's not realy supposed to use his powers too much. And um, yeah, I'll post more tonight. ^__^; Church calls!
Read, read, read, read, read. Of course you must learn English grammar...but reading, endless general reading, is the only way to develop the sense of rhythm and language which enables a writer to 'hear' good prose inside his or her head. and write it down...reading is more important than writing...Although I write for television, I feel passionately that children should watch it very seldom;... and instead read a book.
