... Why do people constantly tell me to calm down? Do I come across as being stressed or angry whenever I tell someone to do something? I mean, I guess when people say it in 4Kids, I usually am pretty pissed, though not with Prince Kira... he/she is scaring me a bit of late... |

You do a bit, yeah... I'm not sure why. Maybe because you normally do it when people are misbehaving or being annoying, so we just expect you to be angry or stressed, and we read that into it. There's nothing about your phrasing that says it, I just kind of... see it. So maybe it is just us reading stuff into it. |

Guess who's back, baby! Hold on a second... *Blows the dust off account* There we go. Now I'm sorry for deserting, it's just that Roleplaying requires a whole lot of creativity., (Well, good ones like this one do) and that's something I've had very little of, considering my circumstances. I've had to put a whole lot more effort into the real world, and roleplaying hasn't really fit into that. But if the first storyline hasn't ended, I can start RPing again, and I promise I won't quit this time. If it has ended, perhaps I could make a new character or something. I want to be a part of the roleplay again. So, uh... *Kneels* Pleaaaaase?

I'll put up a char...hope its good hehe :lol: Name: Sage Age: 16 Gender: Male Distinguishing Marks: One eye is silver while the other is a dark goldish color. Family: Father left family to look for a certain treasure from a pirate and the mother died giving birth to Sage's littlt brother Alex who is at an acdemy. Sage sent out when he was 15 after finding his fathers journal. Likes: Maps, and Food. Dislikes: Riding boats, but thats getting better with all the traveling he has done. Fav. Saying: '...your joking right?' Hobbies: when ticked off- making sarcastic comments most of the time. otherwise he likes watching stars and sleeping Physical Weaknesses: isnt a defensive person Physical Strengths: fast but weak blows Devil fruit: none...doesnt really know what they are anyway Weapon: kunai and a seperate kunai with a chain for range attacks Dream: to find the treasure his father set out to get. Physical Description: He is about 5'8'' with short dark brown hair that is really dirty blonde. His left eye is silver and his right eye is a dark gold color. Is about 115 lbs. Wears a dark blue sleevless shirt and has black gloves. also dark brown pants that have plenty of pockets for many things (like when he pick pockets ^_^). Wears boots mostly. Has a black jacket tied around his waist for when it gets cold. Personality: Quiet mostly until he gets to know a person. Then he talks a bit more but is still a little shy and not out going. When he is mad or ticked off at someone he usually says a bunch of sarcastic comments to help his anger. History: When he was 10 his father left the island they lived on and said he would come back with 'a great treasure'. Sage's mother was pregent with his younger brother Alex. At the birth there mother died, but Alex being 11 at the time of his brothers birth was able to take care of the both of them. Luckily Alex was extreamlly smart so there friend's father was able to sign an application to an acdemy. Sage was happy that his brother could go out and learn things, and now he was able to figure out what his father was talking about when he said 'a great treasure'. He spent about 3 years studing the treasure called the Rune Items. They were said to be the treasure of a great warrior pirate who spread the 10 items around the world. Sage also found his father's old kunai and started using it. He left the island when he was 15 and he still has to find all 10 items. But he did find word that his father had found one but became to ill to continue. Sage now needs to get north to where his father is (still alive) and get the item. Writing Sample: Sage came out of the boat that he rented to get to a big archpeligo. He was stuck in a forest, but luckily had a map saying that the closest town was about 10 km into the woods. About halfway there a bunch of bandits tried to attack him. He was taken by surprise, but was able to take the smaller lackies with ease. He didn't even need his chained kunai for this. After dealing with the first few with some stabs, a bigger guy came out of the shadows with a giant axe. Sage got out his kunai again and used his speed to get away from the axeman's swings. He scratched his arm against some of the flying chunks of earth and also because the he got to careless and got hit at one time. He jumped up and used the chain to tie the axe to a big tree branch. Sage hissed as his wound started to sting, but took out his kunai dagger and charged the bandit, who was still busy untangling his axe. With a quick slice the axeman was down with a cut across his chest and a few cuts marks on his arms. "That was to easy" Sage said smirking as he grabbed his kunai chain and then walked to the town hissing every now and then from the wounds. thats all...man Sage is an old char of mine but i never really had a bio of him...this was kinda hard anyway i read the rules (gamu gamu...) and i really hope that this is good... |

The rules say "Gomu gomu..." Uh... I don't see any GLARING errors, though the multicolored eyes bit might not be great... I'll leave the final call up to Digi on this one... |

Well, for the most part I'd say the character himself is fine. The problem is your spelling. It kind of really needs work. I'd suggest running your posts through a spellcheck before posting or typing your posts up in Microsoft Word, then copying and pasting your post into the forums. Other than that, no problems from me. ^^ Admittedly the golden eye thing is a bit unusual but I'll let it slide since this is One Piece. Keep in mind that at the moment there really is no opening for your character. Your best bet is to wait until AFTER all the battles are over (and trust me, they're ALL going to continue to drag on unless a certain ADMIN posts...seeing how I left that certain ADMIN an opening for his character to ATTACK...not that this MATTERS or anything...) and then post your characters intro. |

*is ignoring the hints to whoever needs to post* o ok...but what did i spell wrong? its usually my grammer that is worse...my brain just turns off after school so i usually dont really care that much...and sometimes it happenes to run into the RP's im in...lol...and dont worry i can wait...unless there i can find an opening of some kind...then should i take that or still wait? |

Well theres' Academy, for one. There's an 'a' there. Your should be "You're". If you don't work on this I will be forced to use the "your" joke on you, and that amuses me but everyone else HATES me when I constantly use that joke so...yeah. Same goes for using the magic known as apostrophe's and comma's... Sleevless should be sleeveless. "there mother" should be their. extreamlly = extremely. One cannot be extream, I'm sorry. pregent = pregnant studing = studying archpeligo= archipelago. I can understand on this one since it's a bloody HARD word to spell, but that's what spellcheck's for. No much, but your spelling and grammar could become a problem which is why I suggest typing in Word since Word tends to pick out mistakes. |

ok i did use spell checker for archipelago...it didn't bring anything up...so that one is not my fault...the rest...umm ok ya got me...and i woundn't care if you teased me...i would just get mad if i had a bad day then you started bugging me...thats when I would snap...

She was an only child. Likes: Screwing up things for the 'bad' officers of the Navy, sushi, riceballs, dragons Dislikes: The officers in the Navy that resemble 'Axe-Hand' Morgan's mentality, people who are too nosy Fav. Saying: "You think you know just abut everyhting about me, don'cha? Well, y'might want to hit the books again, 'cause you don't... *smirk*" Hobbies: Drawing, writing poems, finding some way to screw stuff up for the 'bad' Navy people, again Physical Weaknesses: Kitai isn't very strong as a human-- she is kinda sorta a little skinny, and she isn't strong enough to break a very good grip. If she is morphing, she needs a few seconds to fully transform into whatever she's morphing. Those few seconds are when she is most vulnerable to attack. Her forms also have weaknesses-- Blade-Tailed Dragon: Tail needs momentum to cut things. Goes nuts when it sees any kind of sword-related item. Uncommon in Japan (or ANYWHERE, for that matter) Wasp: Small. Not very powerful. Easily smushed by a flyswatter. Shark: Predatory instincts are not easily overpowered by her will Wolverine: Goes nuts if it sees blood. Not very fast. Uncommon in Japan. Cheetah: Fragile frame. Bones can easily break. Can only run at max speed if it's in short, energy-consuming bursts. Physical Strengths: Kitai has some Self Defense skills, but only basics. Her forms' Strengths are as listed-- Blade-Tailed Dragon: Tail muscles are very strong; can easily pick up and toss a grown man if she sees the need Wasp: Perfect for eavesdropping and spy 'missions'. Painful sting that itches a lot afterward. Shark: Strong bite, immunity to numerous diseases. Wolverine: Very sharp teeth and claws. Storng, enduring build. Cheetah: Very fast, maneuverable and agile. Devil fruit: None (I'll explain ow she got her powers in a bit) Weapon: None Dream: To return to her own time, in modern America Physical Description: Kitai looks like this:  Except no wings at the ankles ^^;; Personality: She can be as quiet as a mouse towards people she doesn't know, but as soon as she knows them well, she can be excitable and very outspoken-- she isn't afraid to speak up and state her opinion and individuality. She is often very observant and curious orf the world around her. History: In the year 2006, in modern America, Kitai had found a dusty-looking piece of bluish quartz, or what looked like it, when she was twelve, discarded on the side of the road on her way to school. Being the curious soul she was, she picked it up and examined it closely, then put it in her backpack's side pocket, and continued on. At school, they had the end-of-year field trip to a Museum of Biology, a few hours away. At this museum they got to touch numerous skins and pelts, including those of a cheetah, a wolverine, a mako shark, and one odd-looking shedded skin that the museum scientists had no idea where the heck it came from. In the Insect wing, they got to (very gently) touch a large specimen of wasp that only lived in Eastern China and Northern Japan. After it was over, Kitai was walking home when she was hit by a nauseating dizzy spell, and she fell over, losing consciousness. (OK I couldn't think of anything better... -__-;; ) When she came to, she found herself lying on the side of a deserted dirt road, not a paved one. She looked around, noticing trees that were definitely NOT in America. And the last time she looked, her town was 17 miles from the closest body of water. And yet, she could hear water crashing like thunder on the side of a rockface gotta go bye ill finish the rest later |
