In retrospect, it had been a Very Wrong Turn. After finding herself out of the forest (which had now officially been named The Forest of Ultimate Getting Lostness) and suddenly in a sprawling downtown that seemed to start out of nowhere, she had stopped to inspect herself in a reflective pane of ground-level glass. Everything was there except for the black wristband that had for so long resided on her right wrist; but if she looked closer she realized that some of her more visible flaws were more...not there than normal. Not enough to notice, but enough for her to know that something was up. It was pleasurable, so she made the mistake of walking while looking at herself with her head turned sideways and got lost again. She sighed and headed for the largest building in the area. Hopefully it was a hotel or something that could offer a map (not like she could read one) or room and board for the night to come. It was, upon closer inspection, probably a high-rise apartment from the size of it. It was a disturbing shade of lime green mixed with daisy yellow and had conformed windows with featureless decks. It was up until this time that she hadn't realized that there was no-one around her. Perhaps, she figured, the town was sparcely inhabited. As she stepped through the automatic doors, she could understand why. The place was stuffed. Kids, mostly younger than her by two or more years, ran back and forth shouting and jumping around trying to make boyfriends and best friends. The elevators were always bringing new people up and down. The featureless loby was in a total disarray, reminding her why a world run by tweens was never a good thing. She managed to make her way through the sea of childrens to the main desk. The person there was kind of sort of familliar as though she had seen her before in a previous existance. Or another dream or something. "Can I help you?" Oh, the last person she wanted to see. "Lauren-san?" "Yes. Can I help you?" "Um...I'm sorry, could you help me out? I'm sort of lost, do you have a map to somewhere?" Why the hell was Lauren in her dream? "I'm sorry. You know the rules- no outside linking." A fireball whizzed by her ear and she chose to ignore it, as well as the subsequent whine of "OMG! I ALREADY CALLED BLOOM!!!111one!!" "No outside linking? What do you mean?" "No putting links to outside sites. Straight-foreward." A girl about one year older than her came up beside her and said "Hey, how come I can't name my OC's stuff in Italian?" "No foreign languages. We don't know what you're saying." "Aw, so run a translator." "No means no." She walked off, grumbling. "Anyways," Lauren turned to Kanthia, "I'm sorry, but our facilities will prove more than atequate for your needs. No nasty furnature to get in the way. So if that's all, enjoy your time on the 4Kids Boards. Oh, and get rid of those weapons or I'll have you banned-" WHAT THE HELL?, her brain said to her mouth. What the Devil?, her mouth moved to the air. "What in the world?", her voice proclaimed. Something was seriously wrong. She ran out of the building and swore never to return again, not in this dream and not ever. There was a distinct chill in the air as she removed said Claws and shuddered, her clothes still not fully dried. She wasn't carrying anything with her to change into. But if the Boards of Lesser Justice were here, then perhaps... Yes. They had to be here. She picked up her pace as she started to jog down the streets and roads hoping desperately for a familliar face in a town where there were none. She was about to give up hope when she turned onto a smaller path that lead to the cleaner outskirts of the town and overheard some voices that were very close to home. ChibiKitsune? Ronozoro? Snowflake? Duo? Digi? A smile exploded on her face as she begun half-running, half-skipping towards what a strange voice told her was going to be her home for a while. Everything was going to be alright, and the answers were standing in front of her patiently waiting to be told. "HAIIIIIII!" ~Kanthia |

Now, as Sunji found himself walking throughout a town he had never seen before, he could think of only one explanation: God had blessed him and granted his wishes of his imaginary life where (Censored because some of this is private). It was only explanation he could think of, for his clothes had transformed into the ones he had in his imaginary life (I'm guessing this is allowed since it happened to Kanthia). He was wearing a light-blue button-up, long sleeve shirt, under a neon-green jacket, under a large gray cloak like the one Edward Elric wore from Full Metal Alchemist, with navy-colored cargo pants and white shoes. All of them had a sideways diamond design (<>) on their sides, not that the ones on his shirt and jacket were visible, and he was indeed starting to get too warm in those clothes. For a final touch, he had found blue sunglasses in his pocket that appeared out of nowhere. A folding metal rod on his back had appeared out of nowhere as well, with a weird blade seperate from it. So he had that idea of his imaginary life becoming true when he found himself standing in front of a huge building with a sign that said, "One Piece 4Kids Alternate Forum. (Kanji) Abandon your sanity and any liking for the dub at the door, please.", then a long explanation, and Sunji thought, Oh, well, close enough. He was very pleased as well. Actually, a second later, he was ecstatic. ___________ Okay. Greet me! (And I'm sorry if explaining my clothes so extensively makes me look like a Gary-Stu. I won't do it again.) |

Samma squealed happily as Digi scooped her off the ground in a crush of a hug. When her friend had set her back down, Samma blinked - as her feet touched the ground, she felt as though she was shrinking. After a moment, after being at a height where she saw only the knees of her comrades, she shot back up to her five foot and four inches of height. Her chibi form had flickered, lasting for just a moment. ...The hell? After a moment, she shook her head and decided to try and pay attention to the explanation of this strange world. She stared blankly over her glasses rims as Digi fell to the ground from an apparent lack of food. She cocked her head to one side. What a strange place, indeed. Okay, not immortal, she noted to herself. Makes sense. She had no urge to jump off a building, so it was all good. HTML, bad thing to know? Crap, she noted to herself. Okay. Be on the look-out for ninjas. :ph43r: Ninja bad. Samma was rather . . . afraid of the image that popped up in her mind, but she realized stranger things would happen, so she shrugged it off. Stay away from :ph43r:s. Wait. :ph43r:s? Eh. She could do that. Samma looked to the building. Just like Banzai Lodge, she thought to herself with a grin. ((Ugh. Sorry if it's... weird. I'm listening to Eddie Izzard XD)) This post edited by Duo from here on out: Well, uh... I actually adressed the digitaldreamer-food situation a bit in my post, which apparently came up at about the same time (but think how much WORSE it would be if this were 4Kids...)... so... uh... sorry for this, I'm just going to cut that last line, if that's alright. |

"HAAAAI!!!!" Came the cry through the air as Duo began to close the door behind the two new members of the forum/house. Turning around, he saw two people he instantly recognized from the glowing blue names above their heads as fellow forum members, Kanthia, and Overchasm, proving that he was, evidently, wrong about being the only guy who signed up for this role play, which, suffice to say, would have been awkward. Kanthia was clothed in a black pants and a green tea (that was the word you used, correct), and she ran/skipped towards them. Her thoughts were, in fact, literal, as most of the answers were written right out on the giant, 10 foot sign in front of the house that was recquired to fit that amount of information at any respectable size. Overchasm, apparently going by Sunji wore an overcoat with a dark shirt and pants beneath it, and blue sunglasses. The two appraoched the house at a fast pace, and Duo stepped out of the doorway to greet them. He quickly elaborated on the minor details that the sign had, despite its size, left out, including the warning about the skeletons in the closet and the fact that there were rooms all set for them, though they were like 3x3 cubicles until directed to be otherwise by their owner. He paused several times to yell at no one in particular, sometimes adressing the person with "Sword," somtimes with "Shingetsuitou," which was kind of rare since that's a mouthful, and often as "you," often followed by "idiot," or "jerk," or "asshole." As with the others, he ignored the silent inquiries that the other's glances shot him. Holding open the door, he gestured for the both of them to head inside the old-styled yet brand-new looking Japanese building. As the two walked inside, their shoes dematerialized from beneath their feet, leaving them standing in their socks on the floor. Duo's samurai-esque sandals did the same as he too, stepped inside, explaining that shoes and certain other conveniences needed only on particular occasions could appear and disappear when recquired to. He showed Kanthia and Overchasm to where Ronozoro and Snowflake were, then suddenly stopped short for a moment, deep in thought. Duo began snapping his fingers, as if trying to think of something, while staring up at the ceiling. He had no idea what he was forgetting, and constant jabbering about the state of his mind from his disgruntled ninja Zanpaku-to did little to help, mixing in with the chatter as the rest of the group talked amongst themselves until it became a wall of conversation that blocked his thought even further. Because of this, it seemed much louder than it actually was, so when Duo finally remembered what he had forgotten, he shouted "Holy crap! Digitaldreamer's still lying on the groud outside the front door!" much louder than the situation called for. Everyone stared for a second, then took off running, their speed slightly hampered by the constant fits of laughter that left them gasping for breath. |

RedPirate stared at the green and the green stared back. Nightmare words flashed in endless parade past her eyes. Zolo. Spam. Noob. And worst of all: -------------------- RedPirate was feel clostrophobic, even oppresed as her self expression was curbed in the oddest of ways yet never in the same way twice. Then she noticed that among the drivel and handfull of good stuff there was a light. A beacon. The 4kids Pharos tended by the one and only Duo. The past was difficult, layed out in clues. The walk was slow but where before there was noise now there was the music of conversation. Just at that moment Jesse the cat walked across RedPirates keyboard and blink in surprise to see himself outside. "Those voices... I know those voices." RedPirate gasped as the keyboard disappeared. "Duo!" RedPirate began to run. "I'm here. I escaped! Keep talking so I can find you!" And then the clearing was revealed and there was much glomping. "Squee! I feel free!" |

Saiyako stepped out of the forest, covered in blood that mostly wasn't hers, and still not quite believing this wasn't a dream. (Although the fact that this whole scenario had so far been a lot more consistent than her dreams ever were, and that she'd woken up under the same tree she remembered collapsing against the night before, was pretty strong evidence that she was, in fact, awake.) She wasn't quite sure why the guy who seemed to be Duo was dressed as a Shinigami, and yelling at someone invisible, but he had to be better company than all those disturbingly cute, angst-ridden women she'd had to fend off on the way here, even if he did appear to have gone slightly crazy. After all, she was beginning to think she was crazy, too. Then, as she approached him, she heard a really familiar voice yell, "Keep talking!" and turned to see RedPirate run into the clearing, accompanied by a small cat, and looking like she'd been forced to listen to David Moo read Shakespeare. "Red-chan? Are you OK?" ------------- Meh. I wrote a whole massive scene earlier today about getting there, but I didn't feel like typing it all up again... So this'll do. |

RedPirate stopped and spun at the sound of her nakama, and Zoro fan-girl nemesis, Saiyako. She looked the red-head up and down. "I'm OK. What happened to you? Cut yourself shaving?" |

Saiyako grimaced. She was tired and famished, and really not in the mood to spar with her nakama right now. "Most of it's not mine," she said wearily. "I ran into a pack of Zolo Noobs outside a warehouse on the way here. Freaky place... all blue and yellow, and people were talking with gaps in their sentences... Not to mention all those Mary Sues I ran into." She shuddered a little at the thought of one particular Sue she'd seen, who'd looked disturbingly like Sakura Tenshi. She paused suddenly. "And... yeah. I'm talking like this is all real, and like you're really here, and like that's really Duo-san over there... I think I've finally flipped." |

Digitaldreamer just kind lay in front of the house for awhile, twiching and distantly wondering why the hell the grass looked purple. Another part of her brain, the part with common sense, was berating herself for forgetting to eat. But she had ignored that side of her brain before, she could do it again. Eventually someone must've remembered that the GM was still lying on the lawn, as she was dragged inside and managed to make herself a bowl of ramen. The blonde had then situated herself in front of the house, inhaling her noodles and chugging coffee while waiting for any others to arrive. The blonde waved enthusaistically to Kanthia when she ran over, but her mouth had been too full of ramen to give her hyperactive response, so she settled for glomping the other girl. She then proceeded to glomp OverChasm and well, squealing through a mouthful of noodles. After finishing several bowls of ramen the GM seemed to be no longer about to pass out from hunger, so she deemed it safe to go hunt down anyone else whom had shown up. Thankfully, she didn't have to go hunting, as she spotted two girls whom she assumed to be RedPirate and Saiyako approaching the house. A wide grin spread across the blonde's face and she quickly swallowed a last mouthful of mocca latte before hopping to her feet and charging over to the two to glomp both of them. "SQUEEE~! MY SANJI AND ZORO~! FINALLY!" She cheered as she flung herself at the two, somehow managing to catch them both. |

Saiyako had begun to read the huge sign outside the house, and was still trying to figure out whether she was crazy. As she read more about how awesome this place was, she started to hope she wasn't. But those thoughts were cut off when she was suddenly glomped and "squee"d at by a blonde who looked oddly like... "Pirogoeth?" A moment later, she realised what the girl had called her, and cursed herself for a baka. Of course it could only be one person. "Uh, gomen, my brain's kinda fried... It's good to see you too, Digi-senchou," she grinned, hugging her captain warmly. |

RedPirate squeed in surprise as the Piro-like blonde hurtled towards Red and Saiyako. The pink-clad brunette's mind flicked back to a certain series of drawings on the Most Awesome... "Digi-senchou!" Saiyako cried next to Redpirate just as the connecions fired in her brain. "Digi-sama!!" Redpirate cried and glomped all available nakama. Meanwhile a little spotted cat rubbed around Digi's ankles and warbled happily. "Are they here? Are they all here?" RedPirate asked Digi excitedly, moments from bouncing up and down. |

[Side Note of Doom! Kanthia said Tee like T-Shirt, but wearing a green Tea Shirt sounds more fun. ^^; Even though this doesn't really belong here and perhapsh on the Submit Your Characters page, Kanthia! (Just pretend that weird bracelet thing is an armband. Kanthia doesn't want to try to touch it up ¬¬;)] ...But Kanthia was nowhere to be found, because she had made a beeline for the Closet of Ultimate Doom. Minutes later, after emptying her stomach of anything food or food-related (those maple leaves she had eaten on a dare had finally decided to come back) and having made second thoughts about the coolty of skeletons, she hopped back outside slightly less-than-energetically and tackle-glomped everyone new in sight. It was amazing. Only ten minutes ago she had felt lost and alone and now she was surrounded by nakama in what was definately the smallest and most gorgeous communal building in the entire city full of ugly old high-rises. It reminded her of the Narutaki Villa from Mabahora Heartful Days; small, beautiful and surrounded by ugly giants. She didn't know any HTML and considered herself lucky, but she already had plans for making a flower garden out front. Her stomach reminded her that it would have to wait. Was there anywhere to eat here, or was the city just 'forums'? It would be nice if they could go out as a group to eat. She walked up to Digi-san and tapped her on the shoulder. "Is there anywhere in the city that all of us from the Forum of Great Justice could go out to eat?" ~Kanthia |

Digi let out a final squeal of delight before releasing Saiyako and Red-chan and focusing on the cat at her ankles. The blonde let out another squeak and bent down to scratch behind the kitty’s ears. ”Well, not everyone’s here, but a lot of people are! Man, you have no idea how lonely it was…I mean, Duo’s nice, but that is a rather huge house and I was lacking a good few of my nakama.” She said, beaming up at the two. The blonde blinked at Kanthia’s question and poke, then stood up and spun around to face her. “Food? Um…well…there’s a really nice sushi place somewhere in the city~! I would cook something for you myself…but my cooking’s pretty horrendous…I burned water…” ”So we should go get sushi!” Digi declared decisively, clapping her hands together. “Wait…but some people don’t like sushi….hmmm….is anyone against getting sushi?” She asked, glancing around at the people still on the lawn. She’d go tackle everyone inside after she got everyone’s opinions here. |

((Gonna be a mite short >.>)) Samma flushed as she heard Digi's question. She had a feeling most everyone would want sushi, but she... couldn't. She felt herself shrink again. She realized, as she looked down, that she had, quite literally, shrunk to a third of her size, though her fox ears stayed the same size. Her kendo outfit was replaced with an outfit reminiscent of Ryoko from Real Bout High School, and her shinai ended now with a quill tip. She looked puzzled for a moment, but brushed it off. Internet, she reminded herself briskly. Strange things. Yes. All the information she needed to know. "Uhm..." she ventured in a small voice, one that sounded like she had just inhaled some helium. She raised her now small hand. "Digi-san... I'm... uh... allergic to sushi." ((Ugh, meh, and other words describing how I dislike this post. >.> ^^; ) |

“Awwwwwww, really?” Digitaldreamer visibly deflated a bit, but immediately perked up and let out a little squeak of delight at the chibi-Kitsune. She immediately knelt down to give the chibi a big hug. ”Well, that’s fine! We’ll just have to find something else...” She frowned. “Ummm…any ideas, anyone?” She inquired, glancing around. |
