OOC: no just have your charater enter the internet and then find digi inside the big forum house. or you could prob bump into us while we are figuring out the virus flower basicaly enter the internet and find someone either at the house or outside.

She choked, breath refusing to be drawn. She could feel the fear rushing, paralysing, bringing tears to her eyes and bile up her throat. Her fingers and toes were numb, her face was cold and she could hear nothing. The stars were going out, and the flowers were dying, and they were going to be stuck in the Internet and die, die and be lost in cyberspace forever. She grabbed her wrist and tried to stop it from shaking. She couldn't show them ho frightened, how scared she was. "We...we're not going to die, r-right?" "Die?" They could die here? Although now Saiyako thought about it, she thought she remembered Duo saying something about that. "But wouldn't we just respawn...?" She trailed off, still staring at the vanishing stars. They weren't respawning... if their bodies disappeared like that... if all the data that made them up in this world were wiped... "No!" Shuddering, she tore her gaze from the sky, finally seeing the tears on Kanthia's face, and the way the younger girl was trembling. "No," she said again, more softly, putting her hand over Kanthia's. "We're not going to die. Not even if the sky falls down. We're going to find out what's causing this and stop it." |

Were they going to die? That old panick that Tokubi hated was rising in her chest again. She tried to surpress it. It would do no good and probably turn her into a worse crying mess than Kanthia. She wondered whether their real bodies would die if their digital bodies did. That's what nearly happened to Kouichi in digimon!...okay...enough with the digimon. This was not an anime about a world in the internet with cute little digital monsters...or not so cute ones, but this was not the time to be thinking about this! Saiyako-san seemed to be the one with the most control over the situation at the moment. In the calmest voice she could muster she said, "what do you propose we do, Saiyako-san? Should I run into the house and warn Senchou?" |

Chasm put his arms around Kanthia into a hug. "Oh, don't cry, Kanthia-san. I don't think we'll die." he said, regardless of the greyness spreading across the ground and the stars disappearing. Then he faced the rest of his nakama. "I think we should get back to the forum." Then suddenly, a green flash appeared about some kilometers away, and a big, long, glowing object emerged from the site, zooming along a river, sounding like some cross between a jet plane and a racecar. As it was zooming, the object shot out several beams of light in different directions. One beam even landed on the defective flower that they were just looking at, and the beam was so frightening, Chasm had jumped back, although there wasn't an explosion, there was just a visible green charge running through the flower, and when the charge disappeared, the flower was normal again, and the stars were actually back in the sky. But the glowing object had disappeared in another flash of light. Chasm stood back up, dazed. He was confused about the glowing object, because it seemed like something that came from his imagination. "Um, does anyone think that was some kind of hover train?" _______________ Did anyone have a better plot idea? If anyone did and I just took over, gomen nasai T T. We can just forget this post if anyone thinks we should do something else. |

I never even told him-" began a randomly placed woman before suddenly being cut off when the man on the table leapt sat straight up. "Man.." said Duo, "I was TIRED..." "B-b-but you were in a coma!" cried the doctor. "And you're a soap-opera-class doctor. But I don't complain that you aren't randomly falling in love with someone's evil twin, do I? God..." murmured Duo as he walked out of the room. As he closed the old sliding door behind him, he suddenly stopped, saying, "Wait... that's... MY room..." Spinning around, he reopened the door and shouted for everyone to get the Hell out. The doctor who demanded he pay or allow them to keep his room as payment later had to write himself an I-owe-you for having his hand grafted back on. Green streaks of light filled the sky, blasting away at the fading patches of the landscape and restoring them in an instant. A small group of internet-goes looked in wonder as the flowers that had been reverting to patches of data suddenly revived. "Okay, where the HELL is Demeanor!?" bellowed Duo, destroying the mood of the moment completely, and not especially caring. "That freakin glass smith charges an arm and a leg, and there are only so many noobs locked in that closet to appropriate them from!" |

Ah. Ah, ah, ah. Dancing singing twirling stars and beams of light. It was Mr. Norton on the Net, Antivirus-san. Norton Antivirus-san. She laughed, dry and cold and thought about viruses and dead things. "We...should go tell Digi and Duo. Perhaps they know what happened with the flowers and stars and Antivirus-san. They are...not always succesful at getting rid of the things that come from flowers and stars." She got up with shaking legs and cursed her weakness, grabbing OverChasm's arm for support. They might have died. The Internet was much more dangerous than it let on, but damn she wasn't going to die with all of her nakama to support her and give her reasons. "Ah, so should we go back? Or perhaps we should go on further, to where Norton came from?" -- To go on further, turn to page 47. To go back to your home and tell Digi and Duo, turn to page 164. To eat bananas and maybe some pie, turn to page 1337. ~Kanthia |
