Summer 27th, 07 10:00AM Breathing in a breath of fresh air, Eirlys found herself standing on top of a grassy knoll with a hearty grin. It's been awhile since she had settled into the environment of the island, and now, finally, she could explore the place to her heart's content! The blonde had missed the idyllic harmony of natural gardens such as the Sapphire Glade, so it came as no surprise that she was in a rather good mood once she set food upon this little paradise. To Eirlys, her life on the island so far had been an interesting phenomenon. While she had admittedly just came to the island for no more than two weeks, it was still puzzling for her to find herself losing to her childhood friend in the social department. How did that happened, she had no idea. Still, she wasn't particularly bothered by that fact. The blonde was sure she'll make more friends soon enough. After all, the small community seemed to be growing in size in recent times. Taking a sip of water from her canteen, Eirlys' thoughts briefly went back to her homeland beyond. Gramps was probably doing fine, since she still had contacts with him through the occasional mail. Besides, mum and the others would help out if anything happens anyway. Hopefully, Leila wouldn't do something crazy again, although the reactions from her parents were kind of amusing. Smiling in remembrance of the past adventures she had been part of, Eirlys sat herself down on the slightly damp grasses. There had been a small dribble last night, so the grounds were still a little wet. But then, Eirlys liked it better that way, anyway. Spirits high, the blonde leaned back and gazed out towards the horizon. "Looks like it's gonna be a pretty good day today!" |

Luckily, she didn't bring her axe because she was just exploring the island. "So... peaceful..." She thought out loud. This was a great spot to get away from other people for a while. It was nice and quiet. She gazed out at the flowers, a look of wonder gleaming in her eyes. "A place like this... could make anybody believe it was blessed..." She mumbled.<br> <br> Suki heard someone shout happily nearby. She looked around, to see who it was as she walked along a grassy hill. But, while she was slightly distracted, she slipped on the wet grass, causing her to roll down the hill a little ways. Until something warm, with blonde hair, broke her fall. Suki almost immediately got up, and looked down to see who's back she had rolled into. "..." Suki helped the girl up, though her face was quite emotionless, inside Suki was slightly embarrassed. </div> ![]() </td></tr></table> [/doHTML] |

Having been to the island for about half a season now, Eirlys had had her fair share of exciting adventures and interesting encounters. Still, to the blonde her time on the island had been a rather dull one, compared to the years she had spent back in Welsh. Although she appreciated the brief respite from her previously over-active lifestyle, and enjoyed every moment she had spent with the friends she had made on the island, the girl was longing for something unusual to happen. Which, to some, might describe what happened moments ago as just that. Quickly, with the help of the person who apparently crashed into her, Eirlys pushed herself off the humid grassland. There were some mud clinging to her clothes, as the impact earlier had knocked her off balance, and she found herself falling to a side as her hand slipped out behind her. Still, mud weren't anything alien to the blonde, so she paid little mind to it, wiping away only the bits that made contact with her skin. "Thanks." Eirlys grinned sheepishly, "Say, you alright there? The hill's pretty deep after all. The grass were kinda wet today huh?" {OOC: Ah! Sorry, my router bailed out on me and I had to find a new one...I'm really sorry about how late this is. DX} |
