Hisoka
NEWera Rookie
[ * ]
The scene cuts in to Hisoka sitting on a large comfy looking chair in middle of a darkened room, a wide smile on his face with a thick dusty book sitting on his lap. With a quick nod of his head to the camera, Hisoka begins to speak.

Hisoka: Welcome boys and girls, today is a very special day. Can anyone tell me why?

The camera bobs up and down, nodding as Hisoka turns his ear towards the camera, and pauses for a few moments. A smile slowly works it's way onto Hisoka's face as he leans back in the chair and nods happily.

Hisoka: That is correct boys and girls! Today is story day! Does anyone have a story they'd like to hear?

Hisoka once more leans forward and points his ear towards the camera, and waits. A few seconds pass, as Hisoka leans back shaking his head, chuckling a little to himself.

Hisoka: Hahaha, oh no my sillies, we just read that one last story day! Wouldn't you like something new? Something filled with adventure, excitement, and all manner of tomfoolery and shenanigans?

The camera nods, as Hisoka claps his hands in deleight.

Hisoka: Very well then! I just so happen to have a very special story picked out for each and every one of you.

Hisoka points multiple times at the camera, specifying exactly who he is talking to.

Hisoka: Today's story has a simple title, but is still an interesting one. Today's story is called, 'The Littlest Jester and The Jester's Door'.

Hisoka smirks as he opens up the thick book and begins to flip through the pages, as the camera zooms in on the flipping pages as the scene fades and transforms into something else.

---

Our tale begins inside of a fair and humble hobble, where our dear friend the littlest jester is in quite the tizzy. Let us look in and see what he is up to shall we?

A minurature version of Hisoka can be seen sitting at a to-scale table, the table covered with all sorts of gidgets, gadgets and gizmos. The man is wearing traditional jester garb, with full and proud jingling hat upon his head. The jester looks around at all of the items on the table and just sighs, buring it's head into his hands with a happy jingle.

Jester: How can this be? How can this be? All of these tricks, treats, and merry things. And yet I've grown bored of them all! How can this be? HOW CAN THIS BE?!?

Jester stands up and begins to pace around the room, his hat jingling merrily as he goes. A few moments pass before Jester walks back to the table and furrows his brow as he stares down at the table.

Jester: But what shall I do? The great contest is coming up soon!

Jester collapses back into the chair sighing.

Jester: And I need something, anything, just a tiny little boon...

Oh dear oh dear. What a conundrum our little friend finds himself in! Whatever shall he do? The great contest approaches and he hasn't a clue of what to do! Oh dear oh dear. What's this? Oh my friends, let us look. I believe our little friend is about to get some great news!

Jester is now sitting in front of an empty table, a look of deep worry etched onto his face.

Jester: Oh my oh my. What a predicament...What a conundrum...What a impossible pickle I am in.

A loud knocking on the door permeates through the room, causing the Jester to jump back in surprise, his hat dinging in shock.

Jester: Oh me! Oh my! What a racket that is! Whatever could be making such a horrendous din!

Jester hops up to his feet and bounds over to the door, where he pulls open the door, where there is a package sitting on the steps, and nothing around. Jester pauses a moment and looks around.

Jester: Hello? Hello? Is there anyone out there?

Jester pauses, and waits for a reply. When one doesn't come, Jester shrugs and picks up the package.

Jester: It seems that no one else is around here.

Jester turns back inside of his room and closes the door. He walks back to the table and sets the package down on the table, and looks at it from the left, then the right, then the front, then the back, then the bottom and then the bottom. Finally, Jester sits down and grabs the ribbon on the top and looks around mischeviously.

Jester: I was not expecting a present, but it was left outside of my door...

Jester casually pulls the ribbon out as a wide grin spreads onto his face.

Jester: Perhaps it is from a fan? Then it would be quite rude of me to just ignore.

With a nod and a jingle, Jester pulls the ribbon off and begins to ferociously tear at the box, sending scraps of paper flying in every direction. After a few moments, the present is open, as Jester slowly peeks inside. With an odd tilt of his head, Jester reaches in a pulls out a book, labelled' The Jester's Door'

What a surprise! What ever could this mean? Whoever could of given our dear friend such a marvelous gift! Let us continue watching my friends, for our story is about to manifest.

Jester is now outside, walking happily next to a drab looking donkey who is slowly plodding along. Sitting on top of the donkey is a very regal looking owl, standing firm and looking around resolutely.

Donkey: Will you please tell me where we are going again?

Jester sighs, as he stops quickly, causing a jangle to arise from his hat.

Jester: If I've told you once, I've told you twice. And now this time makes thrice! We are going after the Jester's door!

Donkey frowns, as Jester rolls his eyes.

Jester: Beyond the door lies a realm of pure imagination, a realm of magic. A realm filled with everyting I absolutely adore!

Donkey continues to frown.

Donkey: And how do you know about all of this?

Jester sighs and holds up the book he recieved last night.

Jester: Why silly Donkey! It's all here outlined in this book!

Jester extends the book to Donkey.

Jester: If you do not trust me, feel free to take a quick look.

Donkey just frowns as he continues to plod forward, the owl looking around without saying a word.

Our dear little friend has found himself a solution it seems! If he doesn't have what he needs to win the great contest, all he needs to do is find something new! What a stroke of luck our little friend has had! If he finds that door, his victory is most assured.

The intrepid trio are still walking along a path, when they come upon a house. From inside, a lot of noise is being heard. Our trio looks at each other.

Donkey: Come on, let's just ignore it. We don't know how long this is going to take, and I'm already tired of walking.

The owl turns and caws.

Owl: Nonense, my good sir. Whatever would the point of all this adventure be if we did not go chasing after strange noises. Would make our entire journey quite pointless.

Jester nods.

Jester: As much as I am remiss to agree with our feathered friend.

Jester turns and stares at the noisy cabin.

Jester: The journey is just as exciting as the quest's end.

With a sigh from Donkey, all three walk up to the cabin and knock on the door. The noise inside subsides, as the door is thrown open, revealing a two-headed monster. One head is covered with various doodles and is wearing a very strange looking hat, the other one is looking very primp and proper and is wearing a top hat. The two heads both look down at the littlest jester and his friends.

PrimpHead: Why hello there! It seems we have guests! And it could not come at a more opportune time! Please call me Romeo!

The other head perks up and nods in agreement.

SillyHead: Dude! That is great! I'm Romeo too! This'll make it so easy for you to remember us!

Romeo: Don't be silly. You lost that name, or did you forget?

The silly head frowns.

SillyHead: Aww man, I forgot, sorry bro. My name's Princess SillyPants.

Jester looks up at the two headed monster with a look of confusion.

Jester: I'm the littlest jester! These here are my friends, Donkey and Owl!

Owl: Good to see we did not cheap out in the names department sir.

Jester turns and stares angrily at Owl.

Jester: Quiet down mister Owl! No one wants to hear you howl!

Romeo nods his head.

Romeo: Fine fine, names do not matter! What matters is what I have for you to see in here! Come come! Tell SillyPants here what you see!

SillyPants: PRINCESS SillyPants to you bro!

The monster grabs the jester by the shoulder and roughly pushes him into the room, where there is a wall of empty canvases on display in front of them.

Romeo: SEE! Can you not see! Look! Look at my masterpieces!

The monster sweels up with pride, as the jester walks up to the canvases and begins to look at them, very confused.

Donkey: They're empty.

The monster continues to beam as Donkey turns and faces the monster.

Donkey: There's nothing here to see at all. Why are you wasting our time?

The monster suddenly snaps free of his swelling and turns angrily to face Donkey.

SillyPants: See! I told you bro! There's nothing there!

Romeo: NOTHING?!? NOTHING! ARE YOU BLIND! CAN YOU NOT SEE THE EXQUISITE DETAIL! THAT IS IT! YOU MUST BE BLIND! PERHAPS YOUR FRIEND HERE IS LESS BLIND THEN YOU!!!

Jester: I'm afraid I must reluctantly agree with my donkey friend.

Jester turns around and nods at the monster.

Jester: These canvases give me nothing upon which my eyes can attend.

The monster rears back and lets out a furious roar.

Romeo: BLIND! EVERYONE OF YOU IS BLIND! YOU CAN NOT SEE CLEARLY BECAUSE YOU ARE BILND!!! DO YOU NOT SEE HOW SAD YOU ARE? HOW HOPELESSLY DULL AND DRAB YOUR LIVES ARE BECAUSE YOU ARE MISSING OUT ON MY MASTERPIECES!!! BLIND EVERYONE OF YOU BLIND!

The monster roars as he steps around in front of the group and stares down angrily at them.

Romeo: YOU! DONKEY! CLEARLY YOU ARE TOO LAZY TO SEE MY WORKS, BUT THAT'S NOT THE ONLY REASON! YOU ARE BLIND BECAUSE YOU'RE TOO SHORT! THAT HAS TO BE IT! YOU JUST CAN'T ELEVATE YOURSELF UP TO A HIGH ENOUGH PLANE TO SEE MY WORKS OF BEAUTY! WHY DON'T YOU JUST REAR YOURSELF UP AND BASK IN THE GLORY THAT I HAVE PRESENTED YOU!!

SillyPants: Hey now bro, that's uncalled for!

The monster turns his gaze onto Jester who is looking up with a look of concern on his face.

Jester: I'm terribly sorry to offend.

Jester lowers his head down.

Jester: We did not know you wanted to play pretend.

The monster just scoffs his head as he roars back laughing.

Romeo: PLAY? PLAY?!?!?! THE ONLY ONE PLAYING AROUND AT ANYTHING AROUND HERE IS YOU! ALL YOU DO IS PRANCE AND PLAY ALL DAY LONG AND THAT IS WHY YOU CAN'T SEE! IT MUST BE SAD TO BE YOU! NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD! LIVING IN THE ECSTASY OF THE MOMENT ALL THE TIME! YOU NEED TO STOP BEING SO HAPPY ALL THE TIME BECAUSE IT'S MAKING YOU SAD ON THE INSIDE AND THAT'S WHY YOU ARE BLIND! BLIND TO THE BEAUTY IN FRONT OF YOU! IF ONLY YOU COULD SEE THIS WORK, YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND WHY YOU ARE SO SAD!! BEGONE!

The monster lets out a roar and begins throw things around the room, as the intrepid trio flee from the scene.

Donkey: Man, what a kook that guy was.

The jester nods.

What a strange fellow we just met dear friends. How strange for him to bluster and moan about everyone being blind, when he cannot see the simple truth laid bare in front of him. What a strange fellow indeed. Oh, it seems our friends have found something else, let us return, and see what it is!

The trio is once more back on the path, walking, looking rather distraught at their last interaction.

Donkey: I don't care how important the journey is, we aren't stopping for any more houses. I am not putting up with that degree of mindless blustering anymore.

Jester nods.

Jester: Nonsense my friend, we must continue to explore, even if he was quite a strange fellow.

Jester looks up at the sky and admires a cloud for a moment.

Jester: I'm sure that whomever we meet next will know better then to blust and bellow.

Up ahead our trio passes by a tall gnarly tree, as they group walks past a horrific bellow comes from inside as an ethereal figure swoops out from inside and plants itself in front of the trio.

Ghost: Baaaaaaack Awaaaaaaaay from this plaaaaaaace!

Donkey tenses up and takes a step away.

Donkey: A-a-a-a GHOST!

Donkey turns to run away, but Jester holds out a hand and stops him dead in his tracks.

Jester: I'm terribly sorry spectre, but backing away is something that I just cannot afford.

Jester takes a confident step forward and looks up at the ghost.

Jester: We are seeking the Jester's Door, and I need to find it and it's great hoard!

The ghost swoops down and gets right into the face of the littlest jester.

Ghost: There is nooooooothing for you aheaaaaaad. Turn aroooooound and begooooone!

A terrifying scary ghost my friends! What shall our little friend do? I will with cease my distracting narration and let us return to our thrilling interaction!

Jester just stares angrily at the ghost.

Jester: I will not be deterred from my epic quest! Thought maybe I can give some use for your existence...

Jester's face softens a bit as he looks up at the ghost and smiles.

Jester: Do you know the way to the Jester's Door? I fear we may be lost, after having covered quite some distance.

The ghost rears back and comes howling back down and screaming in Jester's face. The howling continues, as Donkey continues to take a few steps back.

Ghost: FLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE IN FEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!

The howling continues on for a few moments longer, before Jester just hunkers himself down and takes a step forward, marching right up to the terrifying apparition.

Jester: If you will not be lend us some simple assistance.

Jester walks right on through the ghost.

Jester: I will not allow you to give us any resistance.

The ghost looks down, a little mortified as Jester walks right on through him and on to the other side.

Ghost: Ah! You can't do that...

Donkey starts to look relaxed. As he plods up and walks right through the ghost. The ghost looks down, terrified as he moves back to the tree.

Ghost: B-B-b-but you were supposed to cower in fear! Flee before me! FLEE BEFORE YORK!

Donkey lets out a quick laugh.

Donkey: Ya ya, we're fleeing alright. Fleeing right on by you.

Jester lets out a cackling laugh, as the trio walks right on by, leaving the ghost to slink back into the tree, soundly defeated.

Well, what a crafty little fiend we have. And what a nasty scary apparition that was. Glad to see our little friend keep his cool under even the most adverse conditions.

The trio is still on the path, still walking ahead, still without direction. Donkey is now looking very tired, and a little perturbed at Jester.

Donkey: We've been travelling all day! And we haven't found anything!

Jester nods, and turns around a beaming.

Jester: But think of the day we've had! Think of the friends we've met!

Jester laughs as he tumbles backwards and rolls up facing forward again.

Jester: A painting monster, and a scary ghost! All very strange manners of threat!

The jester continues to bound ahead as Donkey sighs and plods after him. Soon, they reach a fork in the road, where a giant imposing statue is sitting at the crossroads. Jester approaches the fork in the road and looks left and right, a worried expression on his face.

Jester: Oh my oh my...A choice lies before us, a choice we much make. A choice about which way we must traverse!

Jester tumbles backwards and rises up to his feet in front of Donkey.

Jester: Is it left? Or perhaps it is right? One leads to boundless pleasure! And one to something far far worse!

Jester tumbles back to the statue, a terrified look on his face, as Donkey sighs and plods ahead.

Donkey: Just keep your cool...Let's just take a look at the statue, I'm sure if this door is as marvelous as you make it out to be, there'll be some mark on it telling us where to go.

Donkey plods up to the statue and begins to walk around it, as Jester is fidgeting in the background, looking up and down the left and right pathways, spinning around, and tumbling to and fro in a worried state.

Owl: Do hurry sir, I believe I friend is about to take off into orbit if we do not make a choice shortly.

Donkey sighs, as the Jester vaults over the back of him and lands on the top of the statue, where the Jester immediately begins to look around the area.

Jester: From up here I can see far and wide!

Jester stands up and looks around from left to right, before he slumps down in sadness again.

Jester: But I can see nothing on either side...

Donkey sighs as he continues up to the statue, kicing it a little with his hoof.

Donkey: Doesn't seem to be anything in here either. Looks like it's time for a random guess.

Jester nods as he stands up a top the statue and begins to look around.

What ever shall our little hero do friends! Do they go left? Or maybe right? What a challenging choice to make! Quickly now, back to the action to see what they accomplish!

Jester is still on top of the statue looking around, with a very annoyed looking donkey beneath.

Jester: To the left...Or to the right...One leads to glory, the other to our doom...

Jester leans back, and tumbles off the statue, where he lands perfectly perched atop of Donkey, much to his annoyance.

Jester: A deciscion I must make...To the left I say! So come now let us resume!

Jester begins to take a step forward, as suddenly a creaking and cracking sound is heard. Jester pauses and looks down at Donkey.

Jester: Are you in need of a stretch my dear friend?

Jester laughs as he rolls off the side of Donkey and onto the ground.

Jester: It sounds like your bones do not wish to bend!

Jester laughs again, as he goes to take a step forward, when a booming voice is heard.

Voice: You know, it is incredibly aggrivating to be stood on for some time. And even more aggrivating to be so plainly ignored. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHO I AM!

Jester tumbles backwards, as he looks around, his eyes widening in shock as he sees the statue moving around now.

Jester: The statue? It can walk? It can talk? Tell me sir! Can you sing and dance too?

Jester tumbles forward, and begins to run around the statue, fascinated.

Jester: How about a two-step? A cha-cha? Maybe a little filla-fro-bogaloo!

Our little friend has found a fascinating discovery! Oh no! Watch out dear little friend! I do not thing he's as glad as you!

As Jester runs around the statue, the statue's giant stone foot raises up and crashes down in front of Jester, nearly crushing him flat. Jester runs straight into the leg and stumbles backwards, rubbing his nose.

Jester: Hey now! Be careful where you step! Half a second later and I'd be a pancake!

Jester finishes rubbing his nose as he turns and stares angrily at the statue.

Jester: You don't have to dance if you don't want! I'm starting to think this is all one big mistake.

Owl: Indeed it is sir. We all should of abandoned you back at the ghost.

The statue lets out a low grumble as it steps forward into the left path.

Statue: I do not care for your mindless running. I mean look at me. Look at my perfection!

The statue flexes as Jester looks on angrily.

Statue: So tell me. Why it is you have disturbed the greatest of the great. Why have you awoken me from my dream filled world.

Jester walks up and shakes his head.

Jester: You misunderstand me my stony friend, for waking you was not at all our focus!

Jester nods as he smiles again and tumbles back to be with Donkey and Owl.

Jester: Our focus, as it were, is the Jester's Door! Perhaps you could help us, in exchange for a crocus?

Owl: Please sir, just stop using words for the sake of a rhyme. There has not been a flower around for hours.

The statue just laughs as Jester stares angrily at Owl.

Statue: Why would I, the great Xander, stoop so low as to help you? I am the greatest you know. Look at me, already a champion!

Xander once more flexes as Jester looks on in confusion.

Jester: The greatest you say? But in what I wonder? What ever could it be...

Jester begins to walk around Xander looking him up and down.

Jester: I think I have it...I think I know it...I know just what what I see!

Xander wells himself up with pride, as Jester crosses his arms across his chest and nods his head proudly.

Jester: I've got it! Yes indeed! You are the greatest statue! And I think we all agree!

Donkey looks at the statue, then sort of nods.

Donkey: Best statue I've seen.

Owl: He is the only statue we have seen sir. Of course he is going to be the best.

Xander looks on angrily.

Xander: Oh no! Oh no! I AM NOT JUST A STATUE! WHATEVER IT IS YOU SEE! I AM THAT AND MORE! I AM THE GREATEST YOU SEE! AND NOTHING LESS!

Jester begins to back away, as Xander begins to step forward, looking a little angry.

Jester: I did not mean to offend, my dear stony friend! But the greatest in what, and please be discrete!

Jester stumbles as Xander begins to chase him back, but Jester catches himself and rolls backwards smoothly back up to his feet.

Jester: In carpentry? In skeets? In washing clothes clean? I admit you are the greatest, but what is your feat!

Jester takes another step back and stumbles down as Xander stomps his way forward, where he bends down and stares directly into the Jester's face.

Xander: I am the greatest in all those things and more! I am the best, the greatest, the proudest of the proud.

Jester cowers a little as he throws his arms up defensively.

Jester: But I've seen you do none of these things my dear stony friend! All I've seen you do is just stand on your feet!

Jester suddenly tucks himself up as he rolls under Xander's legs.

Jester: So I admit, you are the greatest statue in the land. But until I see the others, I'm afraid we must retreat!

Jester jumps up to his feet, as the trio turn and run down the left path, leaving Xander there blustering angrily about being the best.

Oh my! What a daring trick our little friend took! Right through the legs, and down the left branch! What an angry statue he was, claiming the best before even a simple test! Whatever shall await our dear friends next, whatever shall they discover? I don't know about you dear friends, but I can't wait to see what else they encounter!

The trio is once more walking down the path, though the scenery is now dark and dreary.

Donkey: Are you sure this is the right path? I can't imagine keeping a door of imagination in such a dank and dreary place.

Jester nods as he continues to bound forward, hat jingling happily.

Jester: We grow closer with each and every step! I can feel it inside of my breast!

Jester places a hand onto his chest.

Jester: Soon we shall find it. The jester's door and the end of our great quest.

Donkey just sighs as they continue to walk, ahead, when suddenly a loud bark is heard. Donkey stops dead, as Jester does too, and they each look around for the source of the hubabaloo.

Owl: Sir, you seriously need to stop this rhyming nonsense. It's starting to spread into the overall narration.

Jester smirks as they look around for the source of the incessant noise. A few moments pass, and soon they find a large dog.

Owl: Another thing sir, why is it that everything in this world so large?

Jester just scowls at Owl, before walking towards the still barking dog.

Dog: BARK! BARK! BARK! I'M THE BEST SHOW DOG IN THE WORLD! BARK! BARK! BARK!

Jester looks at the dog a little confused.

Jester: Are you truly? I believe we have a dear stony friend that would contend with you on that particular point.

Jester chuckles a little to himself.

Jester: Perhaps you could help us, my barking friend. We seek the Jester's Door, for without it, a town I shall disappoint.

Jester lowers his head down shameful, as the dog just continues to bark.

Dog: BARK! BARK! BARK! WHO NEEDS A DOOR! I'M THE BEST! LOOK AT MY RIBBONS! THEY SHOW YOU! I AM THE BEST! BARK! BARK! BARK!

Jester looks at the dog, who quickly steps aside, showing off a wall filled with second place ribbons, and runner-up trophies. Jester takes a step forward and frowns as he looks at them.

Jester: I'm terribly sorry my dear barking friend, but these show that you are not the best.

Jester turns and looks at the dog.

Jester: Quite to the contrary my barking friend, they show that you are no better then the rest.

The dog leans forward and growls at Jester

Dog: BARK! BARK! BARK! IGNORE THOSE! I AM THE BEST! FAR MORE THEN THE REST! THOSE WERE MERE FLUKES! SOME MISTAKE HAPPENING IN THE PAST! BARK! BARK! BARK!

Jester goes to take a step back.

Jester: But my barking friend, that is not what you report!

Jester gulps a little in fear.

Jester: So come now, let us all be a good sport?

Jester begins to laugh nervously as the dog looks on and growls, before lunging forward biting at Jester's arm.

[narration]OH DEAR! Friends I cannot watch, tell me when the gruesome act is over.[/narration]

Jester flinches, as Donkey lets out a shocked gasp. Jester pauses, as he looks around.

Jester: My arm...it is not wracked in pain as I was led to expect.

Jester looks down and sees the dog with it's mouth firmly clamped onto his arm.

Jester: What an odd predicament...I think your teeth need to be checked.

The dog releases the arm and leaps back growling.

Dog: BARK! BARK! BARK! SEE! THAT'S WHAT THE GREATEST BITE IN ALL THE LAND DOES TO YOU! BARK! BARK! BARK!

Jester looks down at his arm, and sees nothing more then some saliva, as he smiles and bounds to his feet.

Jester: Well, my dear barking friend. This has been quite an interesting encounter.

Jester walks up and pats the dog on the head, smiling as the dog growls and barks louder, snapping out with it's jaws ineffectually at Jester.

Jester: But we must depart, for without the Jester's door, the festival will be quite the downer.

Jester laughs as the three head off down the pathway again, leaving the dog barking in front of his wall of ribbons.

Dog: BARK! BARK! BARK! TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW THE MIGHT OF THE KIDD'S GREAT BITE! BARK! BARK! BARK!

What a brave little friend we've acquired! To taunt such a ferocious dog! But deep inside, he is no different then the others. All talk, all bluster, without even a tooth to back up his thunder.

The trio is now at the end of the path, and in front of them is a great stone wall, stretching up to the heavens and out to each side. Standing tall in the middle of the great wall is a door, vanishing into the clouds above. Jester approaches the door, his face awash with glee.

Jester: Donkey, Owl! We did it! We made it! We found it! We found it!

Jester falls back into the grass, as he squeals happily up to the sky above.

Jester: The Jester's Door! It is ours! We made it! And never once did we quit!

Jester hops back up to his feet and begins to carefully examine the door, running his hands carefully across the wooden exterior.

Jester: But now, how do we open it? How do crack it...How to we enter this magnificent door?

Jester runs around to the other side of the door, and leans in on it, pushing it forward as much as he can. After a few moments, Jester stops panting heavily.

Jester: It...it definitely is stuck shut...I did not think opening it would prove such a chore.

Donkey plods forward as he looks at it.

Donkey: Well, you'd have to expect if it was easy to access, everyone would already be using it.

Owl: Sir, I strongly suggest you back away. I expect we shall have a slightly thematically appropriate guest arriving shortly.

Jester turns and scoffs at Owl, when suddenly a loud crack is heard from the sky as a skeleton drops down from they sky and nearly crushes Jester, who is struck still with fear as he looks up at the giant skeleton standing above him.

Skeleton: Who dares seek to pass through the Jester's Door?

Jester slowly steps forward, his hate jingling with fear as he does.

Skeleton: What a meek and meagre little thing you are? What makes you thing you are worthy and able to pass through the Jester's Door!

Jester turns around and hesitantly looks up at the Skeleton.

Jester: I seek to open the door good sir. Why do I deserve to pass through it's wooden gates?

Jester pauses and looks down at the ground, hesitantly.

Jester: I guess...I propose...I say...I deserve it because of the dire straits!

Jester finally seems to catch his confidence as he starts to swell up a little with pride.

Jester: Through my questing I have found, a magical house filled with wonder. A ghost who's afraid of being thrown asunder.

Jester takes a confident step forward.

Jester: Met a statue who is irate! And a dog who just couldn't deliver! All of that, all of this! Just for a taste of it's wonder!

Jester points at the door.

Jester: So, my dear bony friend, I do not know just whom you are. But I am positive of just one simple thing!

Jester stamps his foot angrily into the ground, along with an accompanying jingle, as he tilts his head back to look at the skeleton's face.

Jester: Before I leave, before I depart. That door shall be opened, AND THROUGH IT'S THRESHOLD I SHALL SPRING!

Jester looks up at the Skeleton, who looks down stoically at the Jester.

What a speech! What a speech! What a magnificent heartfelt speech! Surely that devious skeleton can't refuse such a deep and heartfelt request!

The skeleton continues to stare at the Jester, before breaking out into a loud guffawing laugh.

Skeleton: Ah if I could cry I would. What a magnificent tale you weave.

The skeleton straightens himself up as he leans down and stares at the Jester face to face.

Skeleton: You think I care about the trials you faced? I'm the one who laid them in front of you! I am the leader of this path, and everything you encountered was merely a test to weed out the weak.

The skeleton leans in and laughs again.

Skeleton: But it seems they are not quite good enough if you still managed to weasel your way through! Let you through the Jester's Door? Never. Not a chance. No way. Go home. Go Back.

The skeleton stands back up and laughs, as Jester looks on, a little heart broken.

Jester: But you can't...But you must...To come so far...to see something so grand...

Jester stomps his foot down, as he looks up angrily at the skeleton.

Jester: Indeed! This door shall be opened! And that is precisely what I DEMAND!

Jester crosses his arms across his chest and stares up angrily at the skeleton who just laughs and leans down, shaking his head as he does so.

Skeleton: I am the ruler of this door, and leader of this path. Scream and shout until your lungs give out. It won't matter, you can demand nothing from me, and I won't give in to the likes of you.

The skeleton laughs as he brings down a hand and flicks Jester in the head, sending him sprawling backwards onto the ground. Donkey lets out a shocked gasp.

Oh no! Our dear little friend has ran into a seemingly insurmountable task! His goal is so close! But what shall he do!

Jester fumbles backwards as he grabs his forehead in pain, as he jumps up to his feet, looking angrily at the skeleton. The skeleton slowly rises back up to it's full height while laughing mockingly

Skeleton: And just what do you expect do? A little jester like yourself! How can you hope to withstand against my might! How do you hope to stand up against this!

The skeleton adopts a showing off pose, as Jester's eyes spark with inspiration.

Jester: How can a little jester like myself hope to oppose such a grand a marvelous foe?

Jester cracks a wide grin as he runs forward and grabs onto the skeleton's foot.

Jester: Why it's simple dear friend. All it takes is a little twist upon your big TOE!

Jester twists the bone around, and rips it off of the skeleton, as the skeleton howls in pain.

WHAT A SHOW! WHAT A FEAT! WHAT A GREAT MARVELOUS TREAT! GO MY LITTLE FRIEND! FIGHT ON AND WIN!

Jester tumbles backwards, as the skeleton raises it foot up and stomps it down where Jester was standing.

Skeleton: STAND STILL AND FIGHT YOU INSIGNIFICANT LITTLE WORM!

Jester just laughs as he tumbles off to the side, and hurls the toe bone he has at the back of the Skeleton's leg. With a loud crack, the two bones meet as the Skeleton lets out a shrill shriek of pain.

Skeleton: AAAAGGHH! YOU LITTLE BRAT! HOW DARE YOU THROW THAT!

Owl: Great job sir, now the villains are rhyming.

Skeleton begins to turn around, as Jester runs up the wall with all his nimble might. Just as Jester's feet begin to slip, he leaps off the wall and hurls himself at the slightly dislodged leg bone. With a thump and a grunt, Jester clamps onto the bone and pushes forward ripping it straight out of place. The skeleton lets out a howl of pain as he crumbles down into a pile of bones, as Jester rolls forward tumbling roughly with the bone he took out.

Jester: I did it...I did it! I WON! I CONQUERED THE GREAT AND MIGHTY BEAST!

Jester drops himself back into the grass laughing, as he breaths heavily. A few moments pass as he quickly jumps up to his feet and runs to the door.

Jester: Now the time comes...To open the door, and claim my grand prize, and maybe a feast.

He did it dear friends! OUR DEAR LITTLE FRIEND DID IT! Now all that's left is for him to open the door! What is behind it? What is all just a myth? Whatever could it be! I'm so anxious my dear friends, I can barely wait!

Jester approaches the door, as he reaches out his hand and places it onto the door. A loud clicking sound is heard, like the door unlocking itself. Jester turns around and looks back at Donkey and Owl.

Donkey: Come now! Do not keep us in suspense! Open the door! We've got quite the return trip to make!

Jester nods as he walks forward and goes to open the door, then pauses as he thinks.

Jester: Tell me dear friends. Our adventure...Our journey..was it not quite great?

Donkey nods as he takes a step closer to the door.

Jester: A Monster, A Statue, A Dog, A Skeleton and A Ghost...And none of them second rate...

Jester removes his hand from the door, smiling as he looks back at his friends.

Jester: Don't you see my dear friends! What the secret to this door is! It is not what's behind it!

Jester laughs as he flops back down into the grass.

Jester: It's is the quest! The journey! That's it's great and mighty gift! And my, what a great fit!

Jester continues to laugh as Donkey walks up looking confused.

Donkey: So you aren't opening the door? After all we went through? After all that danger we overcame?

Jester nods, as he sits up, still smiling.

Jester: Behind that door lies what I seek, but what exactly is imagination?

Jester laughs again as he flops back down.

Jester: Nothing at all without a source of endless inspiration!

Jester laughs again.

Jester: So you see, my dear friends. The journey was what we acquired!

Donkey steps up and looks down confused at Jester.

Jester: Not the door, not the treats, but what happened! What transpired!

Donkey: So...We're heading back?

Jester hops up to his feet and nods.

Jester: With such a grand and wonderful tale, the festival won't be such a drab encounter!

Jester turns and begins to walk down the path towards home.

Jester: But instead a great wonder! A great feat! Though, I am sorry to have been such a bother.

Jester frowns as he turns and looks apologetically towards Donkey and Owl. Donkey just sighs as he shakes his head.

Donkey: It's fine. Anything at all to help a friend.

And so do our dear little friends return down the path, their hearts soaring high, their minds filled with inspiration. A grand adventure was had, and much was learned. Everything has turned out well, for the littlest jester.

The scene cuts back in to Hisoka sitting in the chair, a wide smirk on his face, as he closes the book.

Hisoka: Such a touching tale, and my dear friends I hope you have enjoyed. For much like the jester, we've had a great journey!

Hisoka smiles as he stands up and sets the book down in the chair.

Hisoka: So my dear friends, I hope you've all learned something. I hope you've understood the story this was telling, about how great the journey, and how grand the rewards. Until next time my dear friends, I bid you adieu. Perhaps next time, the story shall be about you?

Hisoka lets out a quick cackle as he turns and walks away, as the Camera slowly zooms in on the cover of the book, which is lined in gold. As the camera zooms in on the book, the grinning guise of the jester can be seen on it, and as Hisoka's maniacal laughter fills the room everything slowly fades to
black.
