The Hooligans is a group of people that love riding, breaking each others chops and are out there to have a good time. If that sound good, then read on. The Basics 1. Courtesy and Respect - It works so use it. 2. Signing Up - Signing up to the message board makes you forum board member. That's it. 3. Web Board - The web board is good for shooting the shit while at work or planning a ride and getting specifics lined up but it's not for club issues and personality problems. Let's keep it that way. 4. Rides - You don't need to be a member to come on a ride but you must follow our lead. If you are a new rider, let us know up front. We wanna know if we have to make adjustments. 5. Membership - We will let you know what the deal is as things progress.
