94. JUDGES’ DECISION FINAL In all cases the Judges’ decision is final. a) Any complaint against a Judge must be made in writing to the British Dressage Office not later than fourteen days after the relevant competition or incident. b ) The Judges Sub-Committee shall investigate any complaint or query, giving details to the Judge concerned, who may reply prior to, or at the time of the investigation. c) The Board of British Dressage upon giving reasons may re- test any Judge, or remove him/her from the Official Panel. If deemed necessary complaints may be forwarded to the Disciplinary Sub-Committee. d) Any Judge, subject to investigation will be suspended until their hearing. |
