Well, it takes me a while to sleep. Usually it takes me about two hours, sometime longer or less, depending on how tierd I am. I can't sleep in the heat, but I can sleep in the cold. I can't sleep when there's loud noises. Fans don't bother me, but noises such as snoring do. I like to sleep in alot.. The shortest sleep I got, was two hours. I don't like getting woken up, and most times if I am I can't fall back asleep, and am groggy and tierd the whole day. I can also adjust my sleeping schedule pretty quickly.

On weekends/holidays/summer, I go to bed at about 3 and wake up at about one. During school days, I go to bed at 11:30 and wake up at 7.

It takes me 2 hours to sleep only when i'm thinking of stuff. When i stop thinking i sleep pretty quickly unles i did nothing in the day. When i'm outside all day doing physical work then i sleep pretty quick, but like i said if i think (of life etc.) i dontsleep until i stop. lol.

Also my scheudle is messed, if i sleep on time and get up early a few days then i fix my scheudle and is much easier to sleep.

I don't usally get up and am not really picky when i sleep. sometimes my alarm goes off for 2 hours and i still don't wake up lol. (i kidna stopped that habit now)

Oh my sleep is totally messed up. Sometimes I go to bed during 2 or 3, others it's 4. Sometimes I wake up early...most of the time it's late.

The reason I sleep so much is 1) it's cold in my room with that AC on, and 2) becuase I...uh...think of Neo so darn much. *blush*

And then there are moments recently where I became really sleepy for some reason. I dunno, my sleep is very mysteroius.

^__^ yeah, it'll take a while to get to sleep for some people. i have some reasons why, but then again this isn't the advice thread. i'll post if you ask but in the meantime...

yeah, it takes me about an hour to get to sleep when i'm not thinking of things and people...such as squirrel, theories about certain things, etc. :$ some music helps, some doesn't. i can't STAND it too hot, but as long as i have enough blankets and stuff to keep me warm i'm sure i could sleep in freezing weather...(my mom has to have it 60 degrees to sleep. OO;;; COLD! )

it's hard for me to get comfortable so i toss and turn while i'm trying to sleep. i have no idea why, but i just do! i feel comfortable for about a half hour and then i have to adjust some things, and then five minutes later i'm turning over, and then i'm turning to my other side.

yeah, i'm wierd. :clap: i think squirrel will have to wrap me up in blankets really tight for me to stay still...lol

Wrap you up....I might have to wrap myself up with them on ya...or you can do the same with me so wheeee!! I think we'll sleep a whole lot better if she slept together clingy.

Like i said I always have the AC on, so even on the most hottest day, it's ALWAYS gonna be cold in this room. I like that becuase it makes me wrap up in my new big blanket and act like Neo is next to me. It's been helping me sleep lately....along with these pills I'm taking now.

Well it's not sleeping pills but it helps me sleep. It's suppose to control my depression and calim my nerves. Really helpful for those days where I miss you so much.

I've been feeling mysteroiusly tired at random times of the day too lately. And I've always wondered if I move while i'm asleep.

You seem to have the same sleep pattren as me. I mean I cant get to bed early unless if im flat tired. Same thing happens with the noise factor. I mean I can fall asleep with my music playing but even if a cricket is chirpping... It drives me nuts.

Its funny, but I like to think of myself having a breif phase of insomnia. I mean im going back to school in about three weeks and I need to start to get into the rhythem of going to bed earlier. It doesnt seem to be working out so good. :blink:

I go to sleep every weeknight at 10:00 P.M., and I get up at 6:00 A.M. Plain and simple 8 hours. On weekends, because I'm used to going to bed at 10:00, I usually can't stay up past 11:00. Now, when school wasn't in, my sleeping habits were crazy. No definite going to sleep time, or getting up time.
