For one reason why a new JF shall dawn..... click here!

Do you know why the fourm games section is closed? Becuase of this server's limit of 10,000 posts. We are getting close to that limit....thus why the adminstrators of the jetblack faction with the help of members silent knight and captian captialism, we are moving to the 2.0 system ether the upcoming weekend...or the next week.

Once we make this move, it'll be a new era for the jetblack faction. And as one of your adminstrators...I'm gonna do what I can to make this place bigger....better...and....gain more attention around the internet community. But that's just the beginning.

We'll also be creating a website for the new image of the jetblack faction. This site will have lots of interesting things on it. Including hopefully some voice podcasts from me on...just about anything. It's also where the JFN (jetblack faction network) could have a home too. We'll also have a little section on the site that has a big news story of the day, as well as links to every faction slice complete with descriptions!

We want you to be more involved with the JF....becuase after all, the JF wouldn't be what it is without you. Remember, we're different from the rest...and we have our own way of doing things in making a message board. Your gonna see a whole lot of new stuff once we've been converted to 2.0. Don't worry...you won't lose your posts or threads or accounts. Although you might have to upload images agian.

And lastly....if we're gonna go with an idenity, we gotta have a logo. So presenting to you....the new JF logo...a sheild. But a awsome looking sheild. Think of it as something you'd see on a shirt or a hat. You'll like it. Check it out here:

And what more can I say? Other than we'll have a ton more features than we get in this server now?? Oh and did I mention forum games will be opened agian once the move is complete? So get ready for reluanch of the jetblack faction: Answering the call.

Starting soon, there will be a new kind of interaction on the JF. Jetblack Faction Network, or JFN, will have me using my digital camera.....and reporting on jsut about anything.
Some of it will be on political iusses (such as one I want to do tommorrow) or it could be on something like a videogame or a person.

It's just another example of how the jetblack faction contuines to be different from all other message boards. Seroiusly, name one message board out there that has such a thing as this? No one...we do. And I expect this idea to be stolen by others and try to claim they did it first...but you all know who orignally started. Expect a JFN report sometime this week, as I attempt to be a reporter of sorts. ^_^;

There will be no faction slice this week becuase of the thanksgiving weekend. The same will apply for christmas and new years as well.

But after christmas....you'll see the "Peevies"....an awards thread of sorts. Should be interesting.

We seem to be getting a surge of new members the past few days. We have had to remind a couple of you to introduce yourself. Just post in the introduction/goodbye thread after you join, that way we know who you are. If you don't know where it is, it's in the stickies in general discussion. Or here for those of you who are too lazy to find it.

Yes....the first lady of the jetblack faction, my princess neo....will be doing the next faction slice (#43) for this saturday. Why, becuase if you saw my new post in the sickness thread...you'll know why I am unable to get it up for the JF this weekend.

Damn colds.....but hey, the faction slice could for once use a woman's touch.

I have just re-instated our finest moderator, Captain Capitalism, formerly known as Gandalf. The reason behind his promotion is because I no longer believe the Frog stuff and we're putting the past behind us, while hoping for a new future. I think Captain Capitalism can give that to us once again.

Well, I have decided to now post the faction slices on saturdays. Reasons are becuase I pick up the nephews on fridays, and the potential for more stories to be included in the slices when they are posted fridays and saturdays.

This will hopefully make future slices longer. In order to keep that going, I really beg any of you to PM me anything that is bugging you lately. You must post a good explaination of it and what you think of the iusse. All rants must be PMed to me no later than saturday, 3pm. I think this is a good change of pace so it'll make the faction slices much better.

I shall keep this pinned for 2 weeks...so everyone will be notifed of the change.

I'm gonna be honest with you all...I have no idea what the fuck is going on. I don't know who to believe, or who to trust anymore. In light of recent events, I'm sad to report to you that our fine staff has been relieved of their duties for the time being. This site has been attacked consecutively ever since late March, when we were at Miumu. We feel thatwe have to go through a healing phase of such. To sort things out. To start things fresh. When I say to start things fresh, no, I do not mean starting over the board. I mean we need to expand...get more members from fresh places other than that Nintendomain place. I also mean that since Max and Dax's confession has shocked us all, that we don't know what we need to do about it. We may take a week to come up with something to deal with this. Whether anybody at this board has a connection or not, will be determined and dealt with accordingly. And if we don't find out what's really going on, then we are just going to move on, and never look back.

I appologize for the whole mess, but it's just gone too far to ignore anymore.

A few of you may be wondering about some recent changes I made. Well, you can thank a certain member by the name of Red, gaspricesarehigh, moonprincess, rebel nigger, etc. that keep on trying to ruin the rest of us at the JF from having a good time, not to mention they'll do anything there is to ruin someone because they don't like the person or don't like what they stand for and wanna silence them before they grow bigger.

So as of now, there will be no new registrations, guests will have to log in before they can use the board, and a few other Admin options.

Me and Mallow have decided to impliment a five strike warning system regarding short posts. We feel these are appropiate measures.

Strike 1 - Post is deleted, no questions asked
Strike 2 - Post is deleted, and the user is given a pm reminder to cut it out
Strike 3 - The user is given a warning
Strike 4 - The user is given a 3-5 day suspension
Strike 5 - Banning

Should you continue to ignore our warnings, you will eventually be banned. There are some exceptions to the rule, and the moderators and admins judge the posts that should be deleted. We are also keeping a track of who makes the posts.
