He returned? I was never notified of that. Yes, he did attack a PHA member without remorse, and they did what they wanted with him. He told me their attacks were over and that he would like to start the game over. I gave him a stonie drop to prevent from other attacks. The profile is as it says, he does not like diplomacy. However, unless he forcibly attacked any one of you, either in a letter of rage or with a fleet, I do not see him as an attacker, I see him more as the victim, in this situation. Again, I do not speak for him, just as my opinion on the situation. And I know for a fact he told me that he was going to quit the game and had no intention of coming back. If he did sign on and spawn an isle...then I just have no idea what is going on. If I am not mistaken, and let me run the facts.... 1) join a top alliance..... 2) attack a pact member that is active... without permission without provocation 3) do not answer IGM's from your admin asking what is up 4) have a profile that says "Admins of big alliances, get off the high chair and tune down the power trip.Stop talking so pompously cause you’re really not the hot sh*t you think you are." If I had not responded by giving him to PHA, this would have broken the pact and possible causing a war, Wait --check his profile --"There’s too much insel and not enough kampf." How can I not see this as "trying to start a war"? So he got what he asked for... no diplomatic intervention. To quote his profile again "stop the kiss-a*s diplomacy", So when I dealt with him.. thats exactly what I did. and to come back with that still in his profile... then to complain about being attacked?? Whose alliance is he in?? HTU?? when I checked he is under no protection of any alliance.. "Fair Game" by his own profile "stop the kiss-a*s diplomacy".... I do not see what the argument here is.... Jacob is he in your alliance?? if not leave it be... Since I see he is "on his own" let him ask for assistance.. Join an alliance and join the game they way we play it... or let him go... where ever... |

I don't think Jacob is gonna be on for a while so I will attempt to answer without p!ssing in anyone wheaties. Lazyazn is not and never has been in our alliance. I am the only HTU member who attacked him and offered to help him out when he emailed me that he was gonna try playing again. He did not request assistance. This was before you informed us of his past attacks on PHA. When you posted I canceled my ships and asked for his side of the story. He has not responded. My reasons for offering him help will be questioned by people on here regardless of what I say so I'm not going to offer any. I will say that if we had known then what we know now things would have been handled differently. |

I don't question your offer to help when you find an active player... I am surprised you didn't look at his profile..but then when he was admitted into OEM we didn't look either...so I can understand... If I start attacking someone ...and they IGM me..I do one of two things... either ask for their island with compensation or stop attacking and offer assistance... its the nice thing to do.... No one faults you for helping... What they are faulting people for is the constant "its not right to attack me" attitude. (not to say that is yours, I have no problems with you or Jacob). In fact I am on Jacobs friends list and we IGM ever so often to see how he is doing and OEM supported him during the Mafia attacks. (opps I should say that too loud) No one likes to see a little guy trampled... but in this case ... he has brought it on himself... he refuses to even IGM anyone... enough said I think |

oh we did look at his profile, hence why he was attacked. no, the criteria to get into HTU is kinda high. * well, unless you are Gman. * htu is all real life friends. |
