My logs do however say I brought the main house from 7 to 0. From my calculations I lost 19700 gold, 1250 stone, and 12150 lumber more than you did. Lee has shown me documentation that prove his attacks and losses in preparing this island for colonization. cchkb has made claims about similar undertakings but has failed to provide any evidence. Moreover, his claims are factually impossible given the documentation lee has presented. Thus, from the evidence I've seen, lee's claim of ownership of this island is rightful and cchkb's is not. In short, cchkb's recent claim that HTU now "owns" this island is false. I'm sure you all know that supporting documentation is a standard requirement in diplomatic disputes, and I am dismayed by the apparent dishonesty that has occurred here. A note to any other bullies looking for a small alliance to pick on. While you can forcibly take islands from us, do not expect us to hand them over because you flexed. At the end of the day I would much rather have 0 islands and have stood my ground than have 1 less and have handed my lunch money over to the older kid in the cafeteria. |

Calm down there stud...attack reports always decide ultimate ownership in a colo dispute. This is not bullying, send all your reports to Lapis and myself, we'll compare notes and let you know the final decision. You must remember courtesy above all else in these issues, no matter the tone of the other party too. |

By the way that isle you were talking about belongs to a friend of mine. Did either of you message him to see if he was active? Did either of you notice that he was building his mainhouse and building troops? I did message leethegiant quite a while ago and perhaps he forgot. I signed on yesterday to see that my friend had a score of 0 and 0 islands. He now has quit the game. And for the record, if you want to see the attack reports I can get them. From what my friend sent me, leethegiant had cleared the isle multiple times, despite my request to stop. |

Yah. Those messages were pretty condemning for cchkb. I don't know how many times I read something like I won't give away reports without admin consent and yet it seemed cchkb expected leethegiant to ask the HTU admin for him. At the same time I don't agree with "I dont need your cooperation. I can force your cooperation. Diplomacy Over, thanks for playing". That was just extremely rude and well... pompous to say such a thing to a smaller player or any player really. But this issue really shouldn't have carried on so long. If I was lee I would've had my colofleet in the water anyways. I can't tell if he hesitated or did have a fleet in the water during the messages, but well... meh. Anywho, with just that information I'd totally agree with lee. HOWEVER, cchkb, you complained about being picked on by a smaller and this whole issue started because you picked on an active smaller player. How hypocritical. And lee, attacking someone you've been asked multiple times to not attack. A player who would obviously be showing activity with troop growth. Good job to the both of you for further lessening w2's diminishing numbers. |

I see your point Billy, but I never told him to contact Jacob or that I wouldn't. I also didn't directly say that I would and that I should have. As far as the reports go I had no reason to trust CyC and have even less now. Jacob was not on today, but if he told me to send the reports or even to hand over the island I would have. But I'm not going to jump when flexed up no matter how impatient the other person is. As far as Lazyazn is concerned I did not consider him (or her) to be a helpless new player. I felt taking over a 1000 point island would be much more of a challenge than taking over the sub 100 point islands that is the norm in IK. My temper really was not flared until I was called a liar. Thank you Penguin and those who have emailed me offers of compensation, but it is not needed. I will pull down the main house and cancel troops to that island. He's welcome to it. A side note to Lazyasn if you are reading. Mail me in game. |

So you felt like taking over a poorly defended 1000 pointer instead of a poorly defended hundred pointer or larger defended 1000 pointer and you say lee was the one flexing muscle. Woopdeefuckingdoo you didn't consider him to be a helpless player. You didn't notice he was being curshed by someone else? You didn't notice you were stronger than him. You want a challenge, start a war with someone your own size, don't pick on the weak. If I was PoD I definitely wouldn't be offering compensation to someone who proved to be a smaller version of the person bullying them. If I was either of your admins I would contact the admin of the other alliance and come to an agreement to give the island off to a smaller player with no affiliations to either of the alliances. |
