We have a few criteria for new members but exemptions will be made, message angel_anna for matters of recruitment. Our requirements are pretty low for a top-10 alliance and that's because our doors are open to most. Anyway, here are our requirements: 1. A score of 750+ 2. A colony 3. A decent sized army and fleet, lets say about 700+ spears and 60+ LWS 4. Experience 5. Friendliness 6. A sense of humour We are a fairly peaceful alliance, as you may know, but we're not against taking isles from people or anything absurdly peaceful. After all this is a war game. We are recruiting from all oceans, at any time.

Posts: 876 Group: G-Admin Member #198 Joined: November 15, 2006	Lol, well most of the smaller players that have joined came before these requirements were decided on. The requirements are more like guidelines though, they can be bent but we're looking for bigger players mostly.

I thought it a bit stupid to be really restrictive with entry requirements, since any player with any sense can see that we'd only like to take the bigger players. That said, I think that it's good to have a decent mix of sizes of players; weighted towards the bigger end though. EDIT: We have a new mentoring program that's just started up. New players of a low score are assigned a mentor to give advice, strategies and resources. This scheme has met with success and satisfaction.
