In accordance with Article 4 of the Charter:
While I am not sure how this has been handled in the past, I would move that we find a volunteer to host the coming General Assembly session from among current active members. ~ Dr. Josie-Marie Kettle Secretary General |

It is the opinion of this delegation that Article 4 of the Charter should be amended that the General Assembly of CIDUS should be held in neutral territory - Democracity, capital of The Free Lands of the IDU. |

One does agree with Dr. Saunders of Sanctaria. It would be biased to place the General Assembly in non-neutral territory, and, besides, IDU was the founder of the region, I don't see why GA shouldn't be held there. |

We concur with these opinions, and would like to see the General Assembly permanently based in Democracity assuming we can obtain the quorum for so amending the Charter. ~ Spurky Twollop Ambassador to CIDUS, DSR |
