Treating me like a pokemon (even if i make that connection) makes you lucky that you can heal youself (no heals for you). J/K if my friend bails i may be availible to heal. UFC is more then just watching 2 guys beat the piss out of each other. It also includes drinking, smoking(the illegal kind), and shooting airsoft at each other. Also what time would this be, if we can jump on early i might be able to do both. I am mountain time so i would get home around 7ish server time. |

how about if we make it 7:15 then
 I usually stop playing BF2142 by 7. Hopefully alenzo checks this and logs in, if not onslaught or hannk would be fine, but I think alenzo needs the helm from there so ...

I'll hopefully be on about 8-8:15 if traffic allows. -edit- Onslaught and I ride home together, and we don't get off work until 7pm  Sucks to be us sometimes.

ah, well in that case we will have to wait till vikas get's home... so 8:15 seems like it will be the new time. I guess if nak can't make it then it's cool... at least he will be making good use of his time

'Tis quite a bit to read, and only slightly entertaining, unless you enjoy the suffering of others, in which case it is immensely funny. I was on my shaman, looking for a group for SM. I decided to wander up to the instance and just wait to see if anyone would just pick me up, cuz shamans are lfg magnets. The guy who invited me was a shammy as well, who was trying to get a run going for the Cathedral. You see, the shaman guy wanted the 2h mace that drops off of Mograine I think. That's fine, because I'm a Axe shammy, and I figured I could at least finish the quest to get the Dragon Blood Necklace. So after getting together a few more people, and waiting around 30 minutes for everyone to actually get there, we finally start what was to be the worst run I've ever gone into. The group makeup was: 2 Shammys, 2 Warriors, and 1 Priest (Level 32 btw). Anyone see anything wrong with this group yet? The group's average level was about 37.5; so you do the math. Anyway, desperate to level up, I went along with these guys. The pulls were done by the guy I like to refer to as 'jackass leader warrior guy.' He's a jackass because he often pulled when either nobody was ready, or nobody was paying attention. This was a big problem since there was zero cc, and we weren't exactly the required level for the instance in the first place. More often than not, they were body pulls that ended up getting three instead of just one. And all the guy could do whenever we wiped was "sigh." Eventually the jackass leader warrior guy kicks the 32 priest and we get a 41 priest, who doesn't show up until after we've opened the cath doors and started clearing it. Somewhere along the way, I had to burn my ankh because of a bad pull by jackass leader warrior guy. That really pissed me off because the other shammy didn't even have full mana yet and the new priest hadn't even shown up, but I digress. We finally clear out the cathedral, and try to take on the boss. ... Yeah, that didn't work out too well. (Got Whitemane down to about 9%, with Mograine still up around 90%) So after running back, one of the warriors leave and gets replaced promptly by a 60 mage. Yeah, whatever, at least I'll finish the quest and get my Dragon Blood Necklace. We blow through the boss easily enough, lo and behold, a 1h mace drops with a very sweet healing bonus. Me, being the idiotic idiot I am, decide to let the priest have it. I also pass on the mail gauntlets Mograine drops. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Oh, but we're not done yet. The jackass warrior guy decides we should breeze through the armory since we still have that 60 with us. So I tag along, thinkin, hey, maybe I can finally get my Ravager, or maybe something good will finally come out of all of this. And despite having a 60 mage, more hurried pulls ensue, some of which happen when the mage is oom, and Evo is on cooldown. After killing Herod, we check the loot and tada! The Ravager is there, just waiting for me to pick it up and equip it. Remeber the shaman who invited me in the first place. The one who wanted the 2h mace? Yeah that one. He decides to roll need on the axe because, hey, its a freaking 2h axe and shamans can use 2h axes, despite the fact that he was using a 1h mace and shield the entire night, whereas I was using my Corpsemaker (2h axe) nearly the entire time. Fine, whatever. I guess its his right to do that. So after much internal swearing, I click need as well. I'm sure you know what happens next, so I won't bother saying it. The run ended about 1:08am. I remember the time exactly, because it was the last thing I saw before I fell face first into my pillow. And that's what happened with my pug last night. I can see why most of you guys hate them so much now. And I'm not sore about it, since it was my alt and all, but it's damn depressing, playing for four hours and getting very little out of it. |

roth you would be so proud of me! i healed in scholo all by myself, and i think i did a pretty good job! We even killed the ogre thingy and i'm moving onto the next part of my .5 tier quest... so close to done i can taste it. |
