We will start on normal mode (not like we have a choice) and will move onto heroic once we are keyed. Karney it should be noted that you don't buy a key from Shattered Sun Offensive at honored to run Magister's Terrace on heroic. Instead there is a quest line you start at neutral and will have to run Magister's Terrace a few times to complete.
