I have recently redesigned my website (grabeorama.com). I have also remade the reviews page, so you can now sort the reviews by different headings. I am no longer going to use my old blog, grabeorama.blogger.com, because I have coded my own in PHP. I still plan on adding an archive, comments, categories and a few more features. There are no games up yet (I might put Worm3 up), and the resources page hasn't been transferred yet. There is still quite a lot of work to be done to the site, but you can still have a mosey around  To Do List

Thanks for the feedback, I will put a link to the forum a.s.a.p. Waldo and I are the only two that add reviews, but no if I like ones in the reviews forum, I might add them too. What do ye think of the new layout/theme? |

He's not really interested... I will change my siggy too...when I get time! I have just got the comments system working on the new blog, drop me a comment if you're passing! Next will be to fix up the reviews a bit....I've been having a bit of trouble with them

Also, you need to look into the links at the top of this page. I keep getting "HTTP 404" errors. |

Yeah, they are all relative to the old site (I renamed the directories and pages so that's why you get the 404). I'll try get around to that tomorrow. Thanks for reminding me! EDIT: Just fixed the links at the top of each forum page. It doesn't return a 404 error now

Okay, the games page is up along with a login system. The plan is that registered users will be able to have a small page each with a description (currently works!) and they will be able add games to the website (not hosted but put a link to) where others can play and rate. I'm almost finished, and will need testers soon. Let me know if you're interested and what you think of the site so far! |

I personally think that the website layout is a bit 'cheesy' ... thats the wrong descriptive word to use... You have a vertical menu and a horizontal menu saying the exact same things... I think that the vertical menu should be sort of a sub menu... like on the games page it would have a list of contributing members... etc. The layout I think is too structured and you need an interesting title... (you could always you what I did... or I could edit it so that it is a transparent image (transparent background) and the title would look similar to that picture I posted back in the off-topic... And I think Games & Forum should be before Reviews in the menu... I think the forum is more important than the Reviews |

I've always put forum last because it's not actually part of the website. Thanks for the feedback, does anyone else think it needs to be changed? I probably won't work on the design for a few days, I have to finish the user pages and games first

sorry, my second paragraph was kind of crumby... what I was talking about was that promotional logo that I posted, and that it could be edited to be shorter (smaller width) so it is suitable for your website |

anyway, how do you get the pages up on the internet? I've never had an understanding of it, I just have made them with Dreamweaver mixed with Flash (at school) |
