If you play Pyro, it's very important to -never ever- charge the enemy head on. Due to the Flamethrower's low range, unless you're using your shotgun, you will pretty much always lose. To that end, it's best to get to know the maps you're playing on and learn alternate ambush routes. An unseen Pyro can send a large enemy force in to total disarray: Being on fire tends to do that. To that end, don't worry if you get killed as a Pyro, at least as much as other classes- a couple seconds of flames spread across several enemies can have far reaching consequences.

If you see an engineer building up near spawn (like a teleporter) you can go engineer to help build/upgrade then switch back.

I do that from time to time- the engineers will appreciate the help, for sure, and it doesn't take too much time.

Not that good of a spy, but don't rely on your costume. Use the cloak. The costume is just what buys you that one or two seconds of time to either back-stab or run away.

As a god at War Rock, I can say that a computer/connection is the largest factor on skill ever. Like actually knowing the maps isn't nearly as necessary as a good connection and computer, and that applies to pretty much every FPS.

Actual TF2 tactics? Uh, as demoman, learn to use both weapons really well. I like setting up sticky bombs right above and outside a doorway so that they can't see them, then luring them out with the standard launcher. Usually hurting someone pisses them off that they'll try to pursue you. Well that or go get healed. I mostly play as demoman these days because medic got boring.

Thanks! :D

It's that or camp most of the time, unless you're like me and love to snipe snipers as Demoman. They usually panic and don't take very good shots when they know IMMINENT BOOM is about to be upon them. >>
