I'm voting for the dead economist.

Mallard Filmore says to vote for Walter Williams, a live economist.

You know, Mike Gravel is looking interesting to me, and of the presidential candidates in the two major parties, I think he may be my current 2nd favorite.
He seems more solid on civil liberties and antiwar stuff than any of the other Democrats, save possibly Dennis Kucinich (but Kucinich is a communist). Yes, Gravel is doing IMO silly things like supporting various big government programs. However, none of the Democrats are likely any better on these issues, and many of the Republicans candidates are about as bad. (See: Mitt Romney being pro-government health care and John McCain's environmentalism.) Plus, Gravel likes the FairTax.

John McCain? Environmentalism?
Man, I gotta see this. I guarantee you that there is something about "homosexuals are not allowed on public grass, due to destruction of property by gay auras" or "Children cannot think on their own. We are raising the age of consent to 25 and banning the selling of condoms to those under 30".

Clarke, are you going to be able to vote by the 2008 presidential election?
I'm also a Ron Paul supporter.

Nope. I'm not even going to see Obama. This was just an excuse to make a Blackbury joke that nobody picked up on. But I have a brother who I could probably convince to vote for me.

Uh. No. He really is an environmentalist, or at least he's reddish-green. >_>

Well sure. But since when do any bills created by politicians only apply to what they say they are? I'm sure the things I mentioned in my previous post will be included in any environmentally friendly bill he makes, if not something worse(or both).

Barack Obama is pretty much receiving some major affirmative action. Let's face it: he wouldn't be such a huge contender if he weren't black, because he really hasn't done anything noteworthy.

Hillary's getting more of it, then. Of course, her career is a little more extensive than Obama's.
