Elizabeth Spencer came to Port Charles as a rebellious teenager and has since matured into the role of wife, mother, and successful nurse. She's overcome life's biggest obstacles to finally end up with the love of her life, Lucky Spencer, but their fairytale marriage has been anything but smooth sailing. Recently, Lucky became addicted to painkillers, and the more Elizabeth tried to help him, the more he pushed her away. When Liz discovered that Lucky had relapsed and was continuing an affair with Maxie Jones, she realized her marriage was over. Came to town: 1997 Marital Status: Married to Lucky Spencer Occupation: Nurse The Good... Stood by Lucky when he was under Helena Cassadine's mind control, and had no memory of his love for Elizabeth. Stood by Lucky's side when he was in a coma and never stopped believing in his survival. When Lucky came out of the coma, he and Liz gave in to their feelings for each other. Agreed to be a surrogate mother for Jasper "Jax" Jacks and Courtney Matthews when they were unable to have children of their own. Elizabeth later miscarried. Helped save Lucky's life when he was injured in the Glencoe Tunnel train crash. Supported Emily Quartermaine after she was brutally raped. Confronted Lucky about his addiction to painkillers, and remains determined to watch out for his problem. After learning that Lucky was addicted to painkillers, Liz agreed to help him get over the addiction. When he relapsed she realized she had to let him get help on his own. The Bad... Was violently raped while walking home from a school dance. With the help of her friends Liz found out the identity of her rapist and had him arrested. Tried to make her marriage with Ric Lansing work, despite the fact that Ric had been slipping her birth control pills, and was also guilty of kidnapping Carly Corinthos. Slept with Zander Smith while still married to Ric Lansing. Elizabeth became pregnant with Zander's baby and did not tell Ric the truth right away. Broke the law by participating in an illegal surgery for Sam McCall. The surgery ended up saving Sam's life. After finding out Lucky was having an affair with Maxie Jones, Liz sought comfort by sleeping with Jason Morgan. Recently discovered she was pregnant, but has no idea whether Jason or Lucky is the father of the baby. |

Tried to rescue Emily Quartermaine when she was kidnapped by Helena. Lucky was then shot by Helena and went into a coma. Worked with Carly Corinthos and Jason Morgan to get the Encephalitis antidote to Port Charles during the virus outbreak. The Bad... While under Helena's control, Lucky forgot his feelings for Elizabeth and his family, and continuously pushed them away. Butted heads with Jasper "Jax" Jacks when Elizabeth became a surrogate mother for Jax and Courtney Matthews. Asked Maxie Jones to steal drugs for him from the hospital during his addiction. Hired a cop to follow Elizabeth when he mistakenly believed she was cheating on him. Kissed Maxie while still married to Elizabeth. Had a full fledged affair with Maxie so that she would continue supplying him with drugs. After promising Liz he'd get off drugs, Lucky relapsed and went back to his affair with Maxie. Pressured his sister Lulu to keep her baby when it came to an unwanted pregnancy. |

Worked with Skye to free Edward from a mental institution after he was wrongly committed. Allowed Dillon and Georgie to get married when Dillon was nearly on his death bed during the Encephalitis outbreak. Made a promise to God that if Dillon survived the virus she would change her ways. Tracy has since gone back on the promise. Continues to keep the memory of her late and beloved mother alive among the Quartermaine family. The Bad... Blackmailed Skye Quartermaine with the proof that she was not a Quartermaine by blood. Partnered up with Sage Alcazar to take naked pictures of Georgie while she was showering and posted them on the internet. Persuaded Georgie Jones to break up with Dillon in exchange for Tracy disabling Dillon from getting involved in dangerous mob activity. Went as far as faking her own death and framing Luke Spencer for murder to avoid granting him a divorce. Plotted to break up Dillon and Georgie's marriage. Worked to cover up an ELQ scandal when the company manufactured faulty condoms. Plotted to stop Lulu from getting an abortion by suing for custody of her unborn baby. |

Put his life at risk during the Encephalitis virus so that doctors could extract antidote from his blood. Forced doctors at General Hospital to give Lulu the life saving antidote and ended up saving her life. Returned to Port Charles to support his daughter Lulu through her unwanted pregnancy. The Bad... Guilty of killing three Cassadines--- Mikkos, Stavros, and Stefan, all of which had caused harm to his friends & family. Notoriously known as an absentee father to both Lucky and Lulu. Recently, Luke is making more of an effort to be part of his children's lives. Tricked Tracy Quartermaine into marrying him so that he could end up with her money in the divorce settlement. Tracy has yet to grant him a divorce. When Lucky was in a coma Luke gave up on him surviving and decided to turn off his machines. Lucky later survived and had a difficult time forgiving his dad. Returned to Port Charles from the Maarkam Islands and inadvertently brought the Encephalitis virus to town. Has a habit of leaving town when those close to him need him most. |

Convinced Luke not to kill Lorenzo Alcazar when he discovered Alcazar was responsible for Skye receiving the antidote during the Encephalitis plague before Luke's daughter who needed it more. The Bad... Jealous of Emily's relationship with Alan, Skye tried to get her out of town. Partnered up with Edward Quartermaine to takeover Jax's fortune. Orchestrated various situations that would cause Jax to come to her rescue after she'd started falling for him. Attempted to frame Jason Morgan and Brenda Barrett for the murder of Luis Alcazar. Kidnapped Kristina Davis with the help of AJ Quartermaine. Worked with Luke to make Tracy believe he was trying to kill her so that Tracy would grant him a divorce. With the help of Robert Scorpio, Skye escaped Port Charles so that she could raise her baby without Lorenzo. |

Sacrificed his crime-free life by rejoining the mob so that his son Diego would not face jail time once again. The Bad... Kidnapped Carly Corinthos to gain leverage in his rivalry with Sonny. Kidnapped Courtney when Carly escaped his clutches. While trying to escape from Lorenzo, Courtney had a miscarriage. Hired a woman to impersonate Sonny's late wife, Lily, in hopes of giving Sonny a nervous breakdown. Kept the secret that Nikolas Cassadine was alive and suffering from amnesia. Had an affair with Carly Corinthos while she was married to Sonny. Switched Lulu Spencer's charts with Skye's during the Encephalitis outbreak so that Skye would be the first person to receive the antidote. Abandoned by Skye after he rejoined the mob. |

General Hospital Happenings Two Paging Dr. Noah Drake! Noah expresses his concern over the risks Patrick is taking. Peter shares a tale of tragedy with Lulu. (Listen carefully!) Sonny orders Jason to stop Carly from marrying Jax! Needless to say, Carly is not pleased. Lainey wants Sonny to be honest about his feelings regarding Carly's engagement. Dillon is angered by Edward's behavior towards Maxie. Maxie has big plans. Both for her pregnancy and ELQ! Poor Mac doesn't take any of it very well! Ric takes a sudden interest in Lucky's business after discovering that Liz's baby daddy could possibly be Jason. Liz hears from Rodriguez that Ric knows about Jason as candidate for daddy, and she warns Jason that Ric may try to use it. Liz pays a visit to Lucky in rehab. Nik is curious as to why Alexis stays married to Ric. Alexis attempts to explain. Emily makes a worrisome discovery regarding Colleen. Colleen continues to descend into madness. |
