Helped save Lucky's life when he was injured in the Glencoe Tunnel train crash. Supported Emily Quartermaine after she was brutally raped. Confronted Lucky about his addiction to painkillers, and remains determined to watch out for his problem. After learning that Lucky was addicted to painkillers, Liz agreed to help him get over the addiction. When he relapsed she realized she had to let him get help on his own. The Bad... Was violently raped while walking home from a school dance. With the help of her friends Liz found out the identity of her rapist and had him arrested. Tried to make her marriage with Ric Lansing work, despite the fact that Ric had been slipping her birth control pills, and was also guilty of kidnapping Carly Corinthos. Slept with Zander Smith while still married to Ric Lansing. Elizabeth became pregnant with Zander's baby and did not tell Ric the truth right away. Broke the law by participating in an illegal surgery for Sam McCall. The surgery ended up saving Sam's life. After finding out Lucky was having an affair with Maxie Jones, Liz sought comfort by sleeping with Jason Morgan. Recently discovered she was pregnant, but has no idea whether Jason or Lucky is the father of the baby.
