Pretended that he was Michael's father when in fact his brother AJ was the biological dad. Took away the mob from Sonny after Sonny refused to stop dating Jason's sister. Pushed Sam away after she was shot in his arms, because he felt their relationship endangered her life. Sam was so hurt by Jason's rejection that she ended up sleeping with Ric Lansing. Slept with Liz Spencer while she was still married to Lucky in reaction to Sam sleeping with Ric.
