Killed Luis Alcazar by pushing him off his Penthouse balcony to avenge her sister's murder. Faked a split personality of her late sister so that she could use the insanity defense in Luis's murder. Kept secret from Sonny Corinthos that he was the father of her daughter Kristina. Badgered Sam to allow the use of stem cells from her unborn child with Sonny to save ailing Kristina. It was later revealed that Alexis and Sam were actually mother and daughter. Defended resident psycho Manny Ruiz, because she thought he was reformed. After being sentenced with community service, Manny continued to wreak havoc on Port Charles. Forced Jason Morgan to stay away from her daughter Sam, despite the fact that Sam and Jason were in love. Unbeknownst to Sam and Ric, Alexis witnessed them having sex. She's since kept knowledge of their indiscretion a secret.
