That's pretty cool. It seems like more and more "famous" people are getting these. Johnny has one too (but I think it got hacked....I'm not sure it's back up). I'll have to check out Tanith's page now. :) |

I friend requested Tanith, uh a few weeks ago I think, it was right before Worlds, and she accepted me and also answered the message I sent her on there, it was really sweet! I said that I was a huge fan of her and Ben's ice dance ice dancing and congratulated them on their gold at Nats and wished them luck at Tokyo, and she replied thanking me for my support and said "cheer loud for us so we can hear you in Tokyo next week ;)" It was a really nice message

Thats really awesome!! I wrote them a letter a couple years ago and shortly after the Olympics I got an autograph in the mail. It was pretty much the 2nd best day of my life! |

It was when I went to Champions on Ice last summer. It was pretty much amazingly amazing. PS...we don't have school today because of a SNOW DAY!!! :blink: |

Oh, that's cool! I went to COI in 2002 and 2003 (2002 we were literally 3 rows from the TOP!! but in 2003 we were 2 rows from the ice!! lol.) and it was really awesome. Snow day, huh? The weather's been pretty wacky here too - it rained for like 2 weeks straight, then yesterday it snowed, then today it's 50 degrees and tomorrow it's supposed to snow again! :blink: It's driving me crazy!! But hey, enjoy the snow day! |

Did you have to pay a lot of money for your tickets in 2002? I'm pretty sure I would have been majorly hacked off if I had to pay a lot of money for tickets and then were super close to the top. One time my mom took us to a Martina McBride concert and we paid quite a bit of money for tickets and we were in the very last row clear at the top. My mom was really angry. I think when we went to COI we were 5 rows from the ice. I tried to convince my mom that we needed the front row seats but she didn't go for it even though I would've definately dished out that much money to be super close to all those skaters. I know it takes up a lot of the skaters training time for the next season but I really like how COI went later into the summer last year because then they can do more shows and I don't have to worry about convincing my mom that going to COI is a bazillion times more important that one day of school. We actually don't have any snow on the ground right now. We should've gone to school today but it's raining and it'll probably be icy and they haven't given us a snow day in 2 years so I guess they decided to give it to us. There was one day when it was super bad and pretty much all the schools in the whole state *slight exaggeration* were cancelled but we still had school. The weather has been really weird here. Last Thursday we got 4 inches of snow and one of the days before that it was 83. We are supposed to get 6-12 inches tonight and on Monday its supposed to be like 60 something. I was going to go to a college day thing tomorrow and now we probably won't be going. :( But oh well, at least I got out of a big test today. :D |

We didn't pay TOO much money for the tickets in 2002....but it was still exciting. It was the first live skating i'd been to and I was totally excited. That's weird about the weather, but cool about the big test! :D |
