Obama's first term will end around 12-21-2012 AD. Ironically, it is said that the world will end on or around 12-21-2012. DISCUSS! |

you can stomach Hannity? that being said I watch new sources based on how much they entertain me. and I gotta admit fox is more entertaining then CNN. CNN just repetitively spews shit that as often or not I don't give a damn about. whereas Fox brings on democrats and tries to demolish them. its much more fun to watch fox. (oh and personally I don't think fox is that much more biased then CNN I mean I used to kinda agree with that sentiment until the larry craig scandal where all CNN covered was that for like 4 weeks. so when I was in public places and wanted news on actually important stuff like North Korea testing nukes instead of some republican being gay I started watching fox. then determined they covered more interesting material and where more fun to watch. Hell any news source is biased) That being said I only watch Colbert and Stewart at home cause they are the most entertaining if u can even call them news. |

mamba. as much as me and you don't get along sometimes, I think we have the same beliefs about this, in a way. I may be more pessimistic than you but other than that we share somewhat the same views. [EDIT] GOSH!! |

I agree. I took it for what it's worth and double checked when I was in doubt. Rush did more for me too vote for Obama than against him with his weak arguments and unscrupulous tactics. Jov - I must say I like the way you think, you have taken the words right out of my mouth with many of your posts on this topic and religion. But this is politics and making change in Washington is easier said then done. Guess we'll see how Obama fares. |

Anyone who legitimately believes that the world is going to end in 2012 is an idiot. |

Yea, I find calling people to your show and then shouting at them so they cannot speak is really entertaining and informative.
That is true. |

Well, it comes, mostly, from the Mayan prophecies based on their calendar. If I remember correctly they have made other "prophetic" statements that came true, so its not completely unfounded. |

I don't believe in superstitions, it is easy to make vague predictions, especially from a people who were unable to maintain their culture that also committed blood sacrifices to their Gods and pierced their penises with obsidian shards. |

They were very intelligent, but yeah, naive. In any case it's not their fault they offered all their richness to Spain and they took advantage of them and killed them. Blame em for being so evil
Btw they didn't consider a sacrifice, they considered it a honor to be chosen to die for their gods, so at least they died happily. |

I can't wait to do my "I told you so" dance in 2013 when we're all still here and nothing significant has changed. |

That's good because I severely lack rhythm. On topic: I find it surprising that the popular vote was something like 51% to 47% (Obama's favor). I would have thought the gap would have been much larger. |
