Perhaps the NSWs at Pittwater the following season? Is there something that we could tie in with there.

Haven't got those other dates, but they should still be there.

The HcW would be a good one to do, I think that with the coverage that the race will generate this season makes it even more important. It is for a good cause raising $2ok last year for Cancer. Perhaps we can get parking for the week.

My two cents,

Elusive would most likely be keen to compete at Lake Mac for NSW States??

Jarvis Bay Definately

ACT State Titles

Geelong Week - House already booked.

Batemans Bay

We will most likely be at Marlay and I am trying to convince the lads to do the Bay to Bay but these will be in a 28 foot floating caravan. If it is back floating by then!

Very Keen on the 3 Drops, this allows a reasonable participation but with flexibility.

Great season this year, look forward to more of the same 07/08.

It was 5 out of 8 to count last season. As you say, flexibility is a good thing. The Nationals are double points to increase entry for the major regatta.

I would vote for a Pittwater regatta over Lake Mac, I'm sure Justin would not mind now we have 5 or 6 boats in Sydney.
I would also like to to a SYD Pittwater race or a Pitt /Syd race depending on the wind, Don can bring the big boat as a rescue boat.

Have to ask Jim the great Syd local, just before or after Xmas would suit. Be great fun we could all make the call thursday with long range wind forcast.
OR we could have it as the last race of the NSW states in Pittwater that would be fun........

I would not call it a race, but a coastal cruise. Starting near Palm Breach and finishing at the Squaddy !

As fun as crusing on the Elliott is, I wanna race! I'm gonna put my new suit of sails on and line you up, Jim! If you can see me by the time I drop the chute at the mouth of Careening Cove, you'll be doing well!

Also, I can't think of a name for Number 48. Amy and I have been thinking about it since the day be bought it. I'm going to try and put some thought into it instead of naming it after the Cherub, or in your case the 12ft Skiff...

Port Lincioln Week at the end of Feb. 2008 is a better week than Geelong Week. I have attended 2 so far and will be going again. This is worth consieration.

You're a funny fella, aren't you? No, I don't think that name really reflects the height of the boat's owners very well...

I'll keep you posted. Is there any racing on the Harbour or Lake Macquarie over the June Long Weekend? If so, I'd be keen for a run if any Sydney (or other) boats want to teach me a lesson! Better now than during the States or Nationals!

Doc, The thing with Geelong is it's easy to get a couple of days off to get down there as it is around Aus Day.
