so... the odds are stacked, he's faster and more controlled, and my weapon won't damage him, however, it can still grant me some points for agression if i can land some hits, and if i catch him once and overturn him, there is a chance i can chain hit him a couple times, and once he's upside down, he's very easy to catch on the sides with a vertical spinner, not to mention that his 2 weapon lifter means he won't be in the capacity to self-right right away, here lies my only hope essentially, try to chain hits on him and not get pushed around too much

I'm faster and have a better control ratio, so I should be able to get to Chill Out's side, get underneath, and push it around. I'd like to take it to the vertical spinner things, or even better the house robots once they're on the attack.

If I get under it I'll lift it a little to get at least one of its wheels off the ground. If it gets under me I have the speed to get away and am very unlikely to be high centered.

If Chill Out is lifted from its side (or even just gets lifted that way by the gyro effect when it's turning) it looks like its wheel would come off the ground, so I'll take advantage of that too.

If I get flipped over somehow, note that the picture of Rogue Wave self-righting doesn't show the full extent the lifters go: they will be able to rotate far enough to push me back over.

I'll avoid the hazards myself and the house robots.

Good luck Mystic!
