+ I'm faster and therefore more manouverable, more so taking into account his front forks which will drag and slow him down.

+ I'm quicker to accelerate and pushier than him, plus his forks only have effective wedges at the very tips. My hinged wedges should get underneath them from most other angles.

+ His saw and lifter are two separate weapons, so that cuts the saw's power to 7. He's also not invertible, and could take damage from my flips.

> Bollards up. Start off calmly and let him come to my half of the arena. I don't plan on getting caught in the narrows, and the house bots will chase him out if he camps there. Approach one another, and swivel myself in to get under his forks from an angle, where my wedges should outdo them. Burrow under him a little more, preferably to his main chassis, then flip him over. He might take a while to self-right, but once he's overturned, get myself in position to shove him towards the OOTA zone in the center of the arena. Give him a push and a good flip, I should have enough power to get him over and end the match there and then. If not, then stay on him and keep flipping him when he self-rights. Direct him to the house bots for some damage, Cold Steel could take out those unorthodox-ly mounted wheels of his.

> If he does get underneath me and attempt to bring the saw in, the bollards could get in the way and prevent too much damage from being sustained. Also, when the saw lowers and the forks raise, that will undoubtedly tilt the rest of his bot forwards, especially with the front "suspension" of his, so he will have a very tough time actually delivering me anywhere. Plus the forks are probably shallow enough for me to drive off, so I'll be doing that with my superior Speed. Fire the flipper to kick myself free if that fails. Keep off his forks, keep getting under him and keep flipping. Aim for an OOTA, or the house bots if that doesn't work. Hopefully I can net that OOTA or at least a KO if it all goes to plan.

Good luck, attackfrog, and may the best bot win. =)

I'm using the standard, no-shield configuration.

Looks like I've submitted another robot people just don't like. Allow me to do my best to bring you to my point of view on this thing:

The forks on Obsession ride along the ground as it drives, and the tips are loose unless the saw is down, making them act as a hinged wedge. I guess I didn't explicitly say that in my description, but it should be apparent from my render of the mechanism.

The sides of the forks should be reasonably good at wedging too. Yes, Obsession is 4WD, but the front two wheels aren't supporting the whole weight of the front of the bot, meaning the forks are riding on the ground.

Anyway, with that out of the way, some roleplaying:

No Exit is 4WD and has a shell-type construction, so if I get underneath it then its wheels should come off the ground. If they don't just from wedging it, lowering my saw and thereby raising the fork tips and thereby lifting up part of No Exit further should definitely do the trick. I'll then be able to saw it. My saw arm might even be able to hold down the flipper, but I don't know how that all works. In any case, I'll lower the saw as fast as possible once I've got control to hold No Exit in my grasp.

The tricky part will be getting No Exit in my grasp in the first place, but it looks like its wedging capability is all in those hinged wedges, which should have equal or lesser priority to my forks (tips, at least.) I'll stay aggressive and use my long forks to get under him before he can get under me.

If flipped, right with the saw arm and run away until it's back in its regular place (if possible, if it's not possible then keep facing No Exit and try to wedge.)

I'm probably out of space now, so good luck!
