Hyper-Ventilate 1.2 vs. Ring Around the Ambulance

Ring Around the Ambulance:
Speed-3
Traction-5
Weapon-10
Armor-4

Hyper-Ventilate 1.2:
Speed: 8
Armour: 6 (+1 front wedges, -1 elsewhere)
Torque: 5
Weapon: 3

It doesn't really make a difference to me whether RATA uses the wedge or the hammers, I'm still going to get kicked in if that spinner hits me :P
I plan to start the round with the arm raised, and then ram across the arena at full speed to slam RATA into the arena wall, and get underneath him with my wedges, then bring the arm down to clamp it in place. This will hopefully allow me to then take RATA to the pulverisers and the killsaws, or whatever gets me the most points

good luck!

I feel like a fucking celebrity around here.
I'm using the hammers in this match for two reasons. The first is that his lifting spike sticks up a little high than the rest of the wedge, and my hammers should be able to hit that. The second is that his armor is 5 on everything but the spike, so I should definitely be able to deal some damage to him.

I have to avoid an initial box rush so that I can spin up. If I start sideways, I might be able to drive out of the way in time. Once I'm at full speed I have no problem with him hitting me. My hammers will catch on his spike if it's in the down position, and his sides are flat enough that I can nail some good hits on them if it's up. If I go up his wedge spinning while his spike is up, I'll still hit it. His spike is only 7 armor to my 10 weapon, so it will still get damaged when I hit it, maybe eventually getting bent so that it's unusable.

I need to stay spinning and take advantage of his weaker armor. The hammers shape combined with my high torque and weapon power should give him a good whack every time I hit him. His wheel holes are awfully skinny and could dent into the wheels if hit hard enough.
